Glenn Page - 'Gen7 Fuel' - Pretendians

Glenn Page, owner of 'Gen7 Fuel' brand of discount gas stations was smacked with a court-ordered freeze on his worldwide assets in 2024 amid accusations of fraud. The court case was related to Original Traders Energy (OTE) a purportedly indigenous fuel supplier that built a chain of discount gas stations in Ontario. Page, who isn't native, acquired trucks to buy and ship bulk fuel from the U.S. into Ontario. The fuel was mixed into gasoline on three different reserves and then was sold at gas stations on band land. Page was fired and sued in 2022 by his former partners, brothers Miles and Scott Hill, of the Six Nations of the Grand River. They claimed Page stole millions and owed millions more by charging but not remitting sales tax on the fuel.
OTE owes more than $310m in unpaid fuel and excise taxes to the Ministry of Finance and CRA, in addition to more than $40m to a long list of creditors. Up to 10 gas stations were involved in the scheme.

Their $3.6m USD yacht named ‘Cuz We Can,’ was transferred to two offshore companies owned by Page months before the court froze assets.
Page and his wife, Mandy Cox lived an opulent lifestyle. Their yacht is currently under the monitor’s control. Interests in private jets were paid for by one of Page’s numbered companies with an estimated $9m in OTE funds. Money also flowed into their palatial home in St. Lucia.
Their Waterdown, Ont. home was sold for $2.1m.
“The incentive to do the business on reserves was to minimize sales tax, thereby offering a competitive advantage,” say court filings. “It was critical that Indigenous individuals with status under the Indian Act … hold a majority interest." The Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) program sets aside billions of dollars annually in federal contracts for Indigenous-owned and controlled companies. There are many cases where Indigenous are brought onto a project only for others to reap benefits.
KPMG confirmed that it had been contacted by the OPP with respect to its investigation of Glenn Page. The total stolen is at very least $30 million. Gen7 Fuel operates one gas station in B.C.; Gen7 Fuel Silver Grizzly, 101 Green Mountain Rd, Penticton.
