HA Mathieu Pelletier’s home shot up twice

The house of HA Mathieu Pelletier in the Sommet Road area outside Quebec City was shot up twice in a week in May. The home is located in a densely wooded residential area and no one was hurt. Intimately connected with conflict with the Pelletiers is Dave ‘Pic’ Turmel. He is the leader of the BFM (Blood Family Mafia). Since his arrest in March after 610 days on the run, Quebec’s most sought-after criminal postponed his legal case in Italy, where he has been incarcerated for almost four months. His case has now been postponed until the end of September. He took a brazen approach in 2023 when he refused to pay the Quebec City HA their 10% street tax.

The tax was being collected by a subsequently murdered Michel ‘Doune’ Guerin. Guerin was the head of trafficking in the area. The Hells Angels chapter in Quebec City functions as a mafia family. It had 16 members in 2023, many related to each other. Ex-president Marc ‘Tom’ Pelletier, 70, is Mathieu Pelletier’s father.

Another family connection in the Quebec City chapter are the Hudons. Virtually all members are related in some way. The Quebec City chapter has been considered by far the weakest of Quebec’s 5 HA chapters and their territory is large. Italian police busted Dave ‘Pic’ Turmel in March. He is being extradited to face a mountain of charges. Turmel and the Blood Family Mafia have ties with the Profit Boys, a Montreal street gang from Rivieres-des-Prairies.
