Spallumcheen lab bust – update

Forfeiture action is being taken for the lands and structures at 1615 Reservoir Road in Spallumcheen. The forfeiture names property owners Gus Christopher Adams, Mary Ellen Ann Medema and Anne Darlene Adams. Listed as living on the property at the time was tenant Terence Chaplin. In February cops attended the property for a warrant and observed materials that suggested the presence of a drug lab. A synthetic drug lab was observed “in plain view” in a workshop adjacent to the home. Cops went back with a search warrant two days later and “located various items relating to the production of controlled substances, including: various chemical precursor, solvents, acids and bases and equipment used in production of synthetic drugs.” Police seized “reaction vessels, heating and cooling equipment, floss, and various glassware” as well as “various unidentified liquids and solids.” The fortunate lab bust was a pure fluke and simply the turn of an unfriendly card for the Sandher crime family.

1615 Reservoir Rd is a 2,016 square foot house on a 52.3 acre lot with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It last sold on June 05, 2019 for $630,000. Current assessed value is around $1.1m. The Township of Spallumcheen took legal action against the owners in 2023 to “address the property owner’s failure to comply with the township’s bylaws” Buildings and other structures had been erected without permits, trees had been cut down and prohibited chemicals burned.

Vernon North Okanagan RCMP busted a lab on a rural property in Spallumcheen February 20, 2025. The property on Reservoir Road was another of the Sandher crime family. Gurtaj Singh Sandher was at the lab weeks before the raid.

This was the 3rd Sandher lab bust after Falkland and Langley. At this point it was 3 labs plus the precursor storage in Enderby. This blogger predicted more busts and those came in the spring in the Lower Mainland. Rumour was of more Sandher fentanyl labs scattered from Kamloops to Osoyoos. Information flowed from US authorities in January and it points out the flaw in the narrative in Canadian press. There are wholesale quantities of fentanyl, meth and MDMA flowing south and the ‘3%’ spewed by reporters and cops reflects the fact that virtually none of it is being busted.

Gurtaj Singh Sandher best get his affairs in order. Its said the U.S. is increasingly annoyed with the RCMP’s inability to nail the Sandhers and is formulating RICO charges. There’s a cell waiting for Gurtaj Singh Sandher at Florence Admax H-Unit right this moment.
