Despite this, there are many hundreds of unresolved complaints. “In 2024, 985 complaint files were opened and sent to a screening officer for review. A majority of the complaints considered in 2024, 955 of them, were dismissed by a screening officer under subsection 90(1). Total files closed in 2024 = 1068″
CJC complaint 25-0591 alleges Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Richard Wagner ($510,000 per annum and boss of the CJC) is negligent and failing to do his job properly by failing to vet his good friend Daniel Byma before appointing him to the Supreme Court of Canada. Byma clerked for him from August 2012 through August 2013. The complaint against Daniel Byma’s good friend Justice Ward K. Branch was dismissed without consideration because Ward had ‘discretion’ to ignore Government of Canada documents proving Daniel Byma’s client’s affidavits were perjury. CJC 25-0066 will also be dismissed without any consideration because Chief Justice Wagner has ‘discretion’ to ignore his buddy Danial Byma’s deep ties and misconduct related to the Sandher Crime family.

Branch ($338,800) was summarily rejected, and his very, very good friend Richard Wagner employed him at the Supreme Court level without any vetting or a competition with qualified candidates.

Richard Wagner has been a justice on the Supreme Court of Canada since October 2012. He was named the Chief Justice of Canada in 2017. In 2023, Richard Wagner was criticized for his handling of the complaint against judge Russell Brown. In 2024, Wagner was criticized for having a bust of himself exhibited inside the Supreme Court building. Wagner was also criticized for his excessive foreign travel as chief justice, racking up huge expenses. He was criticized for overstepping the court’s constitutional role. “I think that the courts in Canada are seen to be impartial, independent, and are well-regarded.” He spewed … “Mr. Byma is an exceptional jurist, with significant experience in private practice”.
Daniel Byma filed a criminal hate crimes complaint with the Surrey RCMP 4 business days before filing the Sandher defamation claim. Corrupt lawyer Daniel Byma knew his client’s affidavits were false, were perjury and meant to obstruct justice. He is a party to multiple indictable offenses. He denied that before a judge and that is also perjury. Our warning for folks to stay away from the Sandher drug lab bunker on Black Mountain in Kelowna resulted in more threats from Daniel Byma.
The offense that is Justice Paul Thomas O’Marra ($310,000 per annum) Here. is another example where the CJC does less than nothing for Canadians. Like every other Justice, including the grossly obtuse Chief Justice Richard Wagner of Canada’s highest court, O’Marra has full license to do whatever he pleases with zero oversight of any kind.
