Florence Admax - 'Alcatraz of the Rockies'

The USP Administrative Maximum Facility; Florence ADX, is a federal prison near Florence, Colorado. USP Florence ADMAX is a supermax penitentiary.

Prisoners are searched, shackled, and escorted by multiple officers each time they enter or leave their soundproof cells, which are 7 feet by 12 feet. Inmates are confined 23 hours per day. A window 42 inches high and 4 inches wide allows natural light but prisoners can't see beyond the building. Cells have unmovable stools and desks made of concrete. High profile inmates are assigned to the Special Security Unit, also called the H-Unit. H-Unit cells are reserved for inmates with DOJ-imposed Special Administrative Measures intended to strictly limit all communications with the outside world.

A recreation hour is allowed in an outdoor cage. Meals are delivered to cells.
Joaquín 'El Chapo' Guzmán will spend the rest of his life in H-Unit.

Everything at USP Florence ADMAX is about control. "As soon as they come through the door ... you see it in their faces," former ADX warden Robert Hood said. "The Supermax is life after death, it's long term, it's worse than death."

Title for Sandher plant = BMO inter alia

A body has a few things to consider about the Bank of Montreal (BMO) inter alia financed Sandher plant at 3231 Old Vernon Rd, Kelowna.

In law, inter alia is a Latin term which means “among other things.” In real estate, an inter alia mortgage is a type of loan which is secured by more than one property. Called a blanket mortgage, the loan crosses titles of security for the lender. Inter alia mortgages are rare in Canada, and they are not available to everyone.

Maurice Law - 'Indigenous law firm' - Ron Maurice

On August 18, 2025 'indigenous' law firm Maurice Law filed a statement of claim against Rob Louie, the founder of the Band Members Alliance and Advocacy Association of Canada (BMAAAC), alleging Louie defamed the firm’s founder, Ron Maurice. The claim is seeking $5m in damages. Founded in 2002, Maurice Law claims on its website to be the first – and only – Indigenous-owned national law firm in Canada. Maurice’s bio states he is of Cree-Métis heritage. That is disputed.
Maurice Law has represented a number of First Nations in their land claim and agricultural benefits claim settlements and has been accused of stealing millions. Maurice Law most recently made headlines when Keeseekoose First Nation in southeastern Saskatchewan decided to terminate the firm’s services due to the cost of legal fees. In a letter addressed to Keeseekoose band members, the chief and council stated that in two of its previous claims – Racing Lake and Agricultural Benefits (Cows and Plows) – the cost to Keeseekoose was $8.9m and $6m, respectively.

Beardy's and Okemasis Cree Nation won a decision against Calgary-based Maurice Law in July 2025. Legal fee agreements between them and its former law firm were unfair and, in some cases, unenforceable, a Saskatchewan judge ruled.
Beardy’s had won a $4.5m judgment for withheld annuities, and in 2024, the nation reached a $4.1m settlement with Canada for unpaid salaries to chiefs and council. Maurice Law demanded more than $1.1m in fees plus a share of future contingency payments, even though it had already been paid.
The agreements included what the court called “poison pill” clauses: if the clients switched lawyers before a settlement, they could owe up to half the expected contingency fee, plus other charges. The judge ordered Maurice Law to reimburse Beardy’s more than $826,000, as well as $100,000 in enhanced costs. Records showed one lawyer claimed 25 hours in a single day, and the nation was charged 338 hours just to draft a declaration of claim.
The judge found many of the same problems with contracts Maurice Law had with One Arrow First Nation, including confusing terms and harsh penalty clauses, and ruled those agreements were also unfair or unenforceable. Maurice Law said it intends to appeal the judicial decision. “Poison pill” clauses are not common in most law firms. Mikisew Cree First Nation launched litigation against Maurice Law in March 2024 regarding their 2018 Cows & Ploughs (Agricultural Benefits) Settlement. Among other claims, MCFN asserted that Maurice Law was unjustly enriched.
rmaurice@mauricelaw.com, bregehr@mauricelaw.comThere were two aspects to the claim: 1. Maurice Law agreed to repay MCFN $2,692,264.17 of Treaty monies that were sent to him as “legal fees” (equivalent to 2% of the settlement, while Maurice Law took 6% in legal fees); and 2. MCFN claims that the Nation was denied the right to challenge the total legal fee of $8,158,376 paid to Maurice Law. (tanya.adams@mikisewcree.ca)
In 2016, the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal found that Maurice Law had already been hired on an hourly basis to represent Sakimay First Nation in land and flooding claims. After a multi-million dollar settlement was nearly finalized, the firm pushed Sakimay to sign a new deal that would give Maurice Law a 3% bonus. Experts say predatory practices by Maurice Law result in windfall profits and unfair outcomes that disproportionately harm First Nations clients. Legal experts say the issue is more common and causes more harm among First Nations than with the general population and the worst offender is Maurice Law. In its statement, Maurice Law blamed its competitors for "encouraging clients to challenge our fees."
Indigenous organizations are pushing for reforms to how law societies regulate legal fees charged to First Nations by preditory law firms.
MLT Aikins LLP, the firm representing Bready’s in the matter involving Maurice Law, said Maurice Law has initiated a defamation lawsuit in Alberta against the firm and three MLT Aikins lawyers personally. In 2025, Sweetgrass First Nation went to court after Maurice Law demanded immediate payment of over $5.4m in legal fees from a settlement trust. Sweetgrass had already ended its contract with the firm and wanted the fees reviewed first. The judge ruled that Sweetgrass’s right to have the fees assessed comes first, and Maurice Law cannot demand instant payment before a review.

Nicholas David Carroll - Nikki-B

Quebec cops are still searching for Nicholas David Carroll, 35, the son of notorious HA David Carroll. He hasn't been seen since May 18, 2025. Nicholas Carroll's black 2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class was abandoned under the Route 158 overpass on Archambault Rd with his identification inside. The Sûreté du Québec forensics unit visited an ice fishing resort in Saint-André-d'Argenteuil on May 22. That location has been the scene of conflict between the HAMC and street gangs. Carroll has links with the Marauders, a Hell's Angels training club, as well as with the Vikingz, a gang involved in pimping and drug trafficking. Carroll's hip hop persona was 'Nikki-B'.

Nicholas David Carroll
In 2020 Nicholas David Carroll tried to claim self-defense in his attack on a barmaid on August 9, 2019. A drunk Carroll decided he was owed free drinks, which he was carrying when he kicked the 95 pound woman. Carroll earned 22 months, and after time in custody was out in months. Carroll has a long criminal past as the judge noted he was 30 years old and his file 39 pages. He was described as "not very tolerant. Open to frustrations, impulsive”.
Carroll is the only son of famous Hells Angel David "Wolf" Carroll. David Carroll, in his late 70's, vanished just before Opération Printemps 2001, a sweeping police operation that buried the Nomads of Mom Boucher. David Carroll has been wanted ever since and remains one of Canada’s most wanted fugitives.

KTF hitting new lows for scams - revisit

Last fall we recorded progression of Khalistani scams.
The Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) has hit new lows with the people they are bringing here. New arrivals work for Telus/Rogers for a short period of time. Then they leave, taking as much corporate material as they can steal. They then become phone scammers pretending to be Telus/Rogers employees. They con folks into giving up their PIN number, and with that do all manner of crime. They create and restore accounts, then order as much product as possible - phones, tablets, gift cards, all on the victim's dime.
The logins are from Punjab, but the stolen goods are delivered to addresses in Surrey and Brampton. They also change account passwords, and home billing addresses to Surrey/Brampton. TD bank has also been throughly infiltrated by KTF scammers. They scrape confidential client information, and put it on the dark web, or else use it to impersonate you to get credit.
There are rings operating in the GTA, and Greater Vancouver area. They also open bank accounts in people's names to launder money for various enterprises, including the Sandher crime family. Cops are on to them, but folks MUST stay aware to avoid being a victim.

Sandher Crime Family try to sell - fail

Behold the Sandher's $650k helicopter. "SkyAcres and Sandher Fruit Packers partnered to launch a major indoor vertical farming project in Kelowna, B.C. By converting an unused cold storage facility." Ishaan Kohli leads Asmehar Singh and Daanish Arora in the next big Punjabi/Khalistani thing.
"How much can each module earn? About $2,600 a year at roughly 40% margin on top crops such as basil. Breakeven is around 8 months."

The price of fresh packages of Basil (15g to 20g) is between $2.49 and $3.50 at major retailers in B.C. In order to return a gross of $2,600 (@$10 per kilo) one would need to sell 260 kilos from each 'module'. 24.5 kilos per month each. These Punjabi must figure their Ponzi marks are very stupid. It would take a special type to swallow this insulting bullshit.
The propaganda for Gurtaj Sandher's Ponzi scheme begs disbelief. This ad could not have been approved by Pattison brass before hand. It has to be a brilliant idea of the Khalistani, done without permission.

Gurtaj Singh Sandher is no businessman, he is a gangster drug dealer. That fact shows with every failure he participates in. Problem with the latest brainstorm is obvious. There is no way to achieve economies of scale to make the scheme close to economic. Only somebody extremely stupid could consider this a legitimate investment.
The Sandher crime family is looking for an exit, as things are getting extremely hot for them. They turned to the Jim Pattison group who initially showed interest in acquiring their operations.
Problems are obvious, the Sandher Crime family is out-of-compliance on several issues, like unresolved pollution, lack of permanent water rights and permits.

The Sandhers illegitimate operation can't be sold in one piece. They must sell orchard properties separately and that would take many years. It's not curious the Sandhers are seeking an exit. What's curious is the apparent fact that funding for Okanagan Khalistani has dried up over the past year. 18 months ago Canco Petroleum was announcing new locations monthly. That has ended. Also apparently gone are plans for a new hotel by Gurjit Singh Jhajj from 2 years ago. Another development permit for Durali Properties has also been abandoned.

Its possible that after Ryan Wedding's bust and being designated as a terrorist group, the Sinaloa Cartel is now redeeming capital in the Okanagan instead of adding it. Should the Khalistani fail to pay back the many millions owed to the Sinaloa Cartel they will surely be killed.
Sandhers are now courting private equity for an exit. They are said to be highly negotiable. Bir Singh Sandher, 62, is getting too old to do any real work and wants to get out while still a free man. Sons Gurtaj and Prabtaj are far too lazy and entitled to do real work, and all Khalistani wish to be paid out.

Any deal to transfer property and assets acquired through the Sinaloa Cartel will be investigated as the money laundering it very clearly is. Sandher Family Trust owns a luxury suite in Dubai. That might be a good place to go for all the Sandhers, and soon.

Dave Birchmore, Brandon Jacobsen, Ken Owens

A fraudulent ALC report was produced for the Sandher Crime Family on June 6, 2024 stating an inspection occurred at 4502 Pyman Road and the illegal activity including unpermitted quarry near their massive drug lab was compliant. The Sandhers referred to the fraudulent document in their paid press.
Mike’s Creek was diverted illegally into an unpermitted lagoon in late 2021. Gurtaj Sandher obstructed an ALC inspection and cops needed to be called in January 2022. After that Sandhers bribed eager unionized civil servants.
Conservation officer Ken Owens (ken.owens@gov.bc.ca) was busted cold receiving $50k for quashing the investigation into Black Mountain. Fintrac flagged a crypto cash out sent from a Sami El-Helou bitcoin wallet at the bank account of Ken Owens at RBC in August 2024. Dirty cash went to Brandon Jacobsen (brandon.jacobsen@gov.bc.ca) of the ALC, and MLA Gavin Dew. (gavin.dew.mla@leg.bc.ca)
A legal threat came from Jason Yamashita and B.C. Government employees union boss Paul Finch. The BCGEU is paying all the legal costs of corrupt union members Dave Birchmore, Brandon Jacobsen and Ken Owens. They took grease from Bir Singh Sandher to ignore the fentanyl lab buried on Black Mountain.
Nothing was heard about their employment status, disciplinary hearings, enforcement on the Sandher Crime Family's Pyman Road, or criminal charges for corruption.

Jason Yamashita (jyamashita@farris.com)
"We are legal counsel to Dave Birchmore, Brandon Jacobsen and Ken Owens. We demand that you immediately cease and desist making defamatory statements about our clients, and remove all online content which includes defamatory statements about our clients. You have defamed Dave Birchmore, Brandon Jacobsen and Ken Owens ..."
I responded. "You may fuck off."

Paul Finch (paulfinch@bcgeu.ca)
Dave Birchmore RCMP visited Dave Birchmore (Dave.Birchmore@gov.bc.ca) with a duty to warn in October 2024. Cops uncovered a 'credible threat' against the life of Birchmore. “Police have a duty to warn persons who are subjects of a clear, serious and imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm. This obligation begins the moment police become aware of the threat.”

Dave Birchmore's premature demise benefits Bir Singh Sandher and his Sinaloa Cartel. On September 25, 2024 dirty Fasken lawyer Daniel Byma learned that Dave Birchmore was a rat and cooperating witness. Sandher lawyer Daniel Byma ratted Dave Birchmore out to Bir Singh Sandher, putting his life in danger. Birchmore's affidavit in support of the Sandhers' civil lawsuit soon followed. Here

Bir Singh Sandher
Daniel Byma - Appointed to Supreme Court of Canada by Richard Wagner.

The reason ALC boss Dave Birchmore provided an affidavit to Daniel Byma to support the Sandher Crime Family lawsuit on November 1, 2024 was because he feared for his life. A conflict of interest is the least of Dave Birchmore's concerns.

Dave Birchmore's affidavit conspicuously says nothing about any 'Duty to Warn' from the RCMP. If not true he would be fully expected to deny it. He doesn't do that because it is true. His false affidavit was made under duress. Also missing from Dave Birchmore's affidavit for the Sandhers is denial of the fact he was pulled in for questioning by cops. He swears he knows nothing of any investigation, and that is another straight up lie.

6 fentanyl labs, including the largest ever seen on Canadian soil in Falkland, and the precursor storage in Enderby have been busted. More labs are in the crosshairs. RCMP know the Sandher Crime Family is behind them and they know who is being greased.
