El-Helou hasn't left his bolthole in Moscow for nearly a year, this despite having 3 passports under 3 names and a private jet.

Sinaloa Cartel killing of Donald Lyons - 1 year anniversary

Donald Lyons was murdered by Prabtaj Singh Sandher and Gurtaj Singh Sandher exactly one year ago.

On June 15, 2024 Donald Bryce Lyons, 51, was gunned down in his Princeton driveway. Donny Lyons was no choirboy. He was a major gangster, one of the founders of the Independent Soldiers. Lyons spent his entire adult life doing crimes. Lester Jones, the out bad thief VP of the Kelowna Hells Angels, was a close friend of Lyons. When Lyons was murdered he was a major player in the production of synthetic drugs including fentanyl. Lyons was shot down like a dog by his partners, and that was a fate he likely deserved. There has always been compelling circumstantial evidence in the murder of Donny Lyons. Prabtaj Singh Sandher and Gurtaj Singh Sandher are the killers. Strong circumstantial evidence against them is not enough to convince a judge of their guilt.

Donald Bryce Lyons' story is notable for the fact that those he trusted eliminated him, common for those in his line of work. Gangsters need to fear those closest to them. Lyons trusted the Khalistani Sandhers, and the Sinaloa Cartel. That was a fatal mistake.

Prabtaj Singh Sandher

Prabtaj Singh Sandher and Gurtaj Singh Sandher executed Lyons. Prabtaj Singh Sandher was likely the man who pulled the trigger to make his bones with the Sinaloa Cartel. Donald Lyons was murdered because he was competition in the synthetic drug lab business. Lyons was eliminated by his partners, and orders came from the highest levels.

The decision to eliminate Donnie Lyons was arrived at by Sami El-Helou and Edgar Watson. Chapito Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar gave the final nod of approval. Gurtaj Sandher and Prabtaj Sandher were the hitmen. Unless the Sandhers are charged with the murder of Donnie Lyons, nobody will be. The decision to whack Donnie Lyons was an extremely bad one. Murdering your partners may be fine in Sinaloa Mexico but its frowned upon in Canada. Lyons was well connected and revenge on the killers through rats has been large. His killers have seen 6 labs get busted, and nobody in gangland wants anything more to do with them.

The Sandhers, Donny Lyons and to a lesser degree Dale Habib were in partnership in the synthetic drug business and that business was booming.

The huge load of meth precursors found in Enderby and lassoed by cops belonged to them. RCMP raided a rural property in September 2024 and seized over 30,000 kg of precursor chemicals. The precursors fed multiple labs, including the Falkland lab, which was busted in October.

The Langley fentanyl lab was also busted in Oct. The Spallumcheen lab was nailed in Feb 2025.

3 fentanyl labs in the Lower Mainland busted this spring also belonged to the Sandhers.

A truck registered to Lyons was on the Enderby property. Precursors were acquired by Sami El-Helou and came through DeltaPort via the HAMC's Ricco the Pig Puncher.

Sami El-Helou's Brightway is the conduit for precursors.

P2P meth is manufactured with phenyl-2-propanone (phenylacetone). Purity is above 90% and it is cheap to produce. This was the first time it was found in Western Canada. Other reagents in meth production include hypophosphorous acid, iodine, sulfuric acid and red and white phosphorus. For every kilo of meth, 5 to 7 kilos of toxic waste is produced. For every kilo of fentanyl, up to 15 kilos of toxic waste is produced.

Donny Lyons must be laughing in the afterlife. For all of the dark plots of the Sinaloa Cartel, his murder was the beginning of the end for their operation. Half a dozen labs have been shuttered. American intelligence received in January resulted in busts of labs scattered across B.C.

Donny Lyons, HA Larry Amero and Sukhvir Deo. Lyons survived over 25 years in gangland. He had a very long history with police.

Lyons was a member of the defunct HAMC puppet club The Kingpins run by Dale Habib. The Sandhers were also involved with the Habibs and have close ties with them.

Dave Birchmore, Brandon Jacobsen and Ken Owens - update IV

Nothing came from the legal threat of Jason Yamashita and B.C. Government employees union boss Paul Finch. The BCGEU paid all the legal costs of corrupt union members Dave Birchmore, Brandon Jacobsen and Ken Owens. They all took grease from Bir Singh Sandher to ignore the fentanyl lab buried on Black Mountain. Nothing has been heard about their employment status, disciplinary hearings, enforcement of the Sandher drug bunker, or criminal charges.

Cops uncovered a 'credible threat' against the life of Dave Birchmore. Dave Birchmore's premature demise would benefit Bir Singh Sandher and his Sinaloa Cartel. On September 25, 2024 dirty Fasken lawyer Daniel Byma was told that Birchmore was a cooperating witness. That was a lie. He is not the informer. Daniel Byma ratted Dave Birchmore out to Bir Singh Sandher, putting his life in danger. The reason  ALC boss Dave Birchmore provided an affidavit to support the Sandher lawsuit is because he fears for his life. Here A conflict of interest is the least of Dave Birchmore's concerns. He can name names, and that is dangerous knowledge when those cartel names are facing serious jail time.

A fraudulent ALC report was produced for the Sandhers June 6, 2024 stating an inspection occurred at 4502 Pyman Road and the illegal activity there was compliant. Conservation officer Ken Owens was busted cold receiving $50k for quashing the ALC investigation into Black Mountain. Fintrac flagged a crypto cash out sent from a Sami El-Helou bitcoin wallet at the bank account of Ken Owens at RBC in August 2024. Dirty cash went to Brandon Jacobsen of the ALC, and MLA Gavin Dew. Edgar Watson is seeking permanent residency in Canada, sponsored by his mother, Canadian permanent resident the Black Witch. The Black Witch works full-time for the Sinaloa Cartel and has for years. She resides in the Lower Mainland. Ovidio Guzmán López, 34, and Joaquin Guzmán López, 38, are cooperating with the US to avoid life sentences at Florence Admax. Joaquín Guzmán López forced Ismael Zambada García onto a plane bound for the US in July 2024. Ovidio Guzmán López will plead guilty in July to sprawling federal drug charges. They have flipped. These are serious storm clouds for the Sandhers, Edgar Watson-Olivarra, and the recently troubled Sami El-Helou.

Chapito Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar is widely recognized as the current leader of the Sinaloa Cartel. Top level Sinaloa cartel operative Edgar Watson-Olivarra is a key member of the Sandher drug operation and answers only to Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar. Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar was nearly captured on the night of Feb 19, 2025, the same operation that nailed 'El Güerito' and 'El 200'. Guzmán escaped through a tunnel and was injured. Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar is living in fear due to U.S. heat. Guzmán "no longer sleeps" and is "betraying those closest to him, thinking they will betray him."

The Mexican government's offensive against his Sinaloa Cartel resulted in the arrest of two key henchmen. Canobbio Inzunza 'El Güerito' led fentanyl trafficking. El Güerito was arrested in the city of Culiacán. He was the right hand of Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar.

The U.S. designated the Sinaloa Cartel a terrorist organization. Canada designated the Sinaloa Cartel a terrorist organization February 20. Anybody doing business with Edgar Watson and Sami El-Helou stands to be extradited to America.

Bir Singh Sandher

Sinaloa Cartel thugs are being extradited. Former leader of the Sinaloa drug cartel in Juárez was extradited to El Paso from Mexico. Daniel Franco Lopez, 40, 'Neon' was one of the leaders of the Gente Nueva, in Chihuahua. Top Sinaloa cartel operative Edgar Watson-Olivarra met with the Sandher crime family again the week of August 21, 2024 in Kelowna. The thug is senior management and directly responsible for Sinaloa Cartel operations and multiple drug labs in B.C. When disputes arise, it is Edgar Watson who resolves them, often using murder.

Edgar Watson is a former Mexican Marine. He learned combat helicopter flying with the Marines. Watson tipped off drug raids for bribes that often exceeded a year’s salary. Watson soon worked for the Sinaloa Cartel full-time. As well as being a cartel pilot, Edgar Watson was also an enforcer/sicario. He protected cartel bosses and their lieutenants from enemies. His loyalty to the cartel paid off. He was brought into Canada to manage Sinaloa affairs. Watson oversees much of Canada. When he sets foot in Canada he is the most senior Sinaloa gangster in the country.

Sandher helicopter pilots were Sinaloa Cartel operatives, brought to work as drug runners for the Sandhers under the Agricultural Stream Program. Edgar Watson was nearly busted with the Sandher brothers in 2018 in 'Operation Valley Cloak'. The Sandhers have abused visa entry programs to import Sinaola Cartel gangsters into Canada for years.

The other Sinaloa Cartel pilot was Roman Figueroa Ramirez.

Sami El-Helou

Key financial intermediary is Moscow based Sami El-Helou. Gurtaj Sandher and Edgar Watson are closely linked to Sami El-Helou. The trio are tied to Sinaloa Cartel drug business at the highest levels in Canada.
