Reliable sources are saying Gurtaj Singh Sandher is a degenerate gambler and has racked up significant gambling debts. Word is cocaine addict Gurtaj Singh Sandher cannot control his gambling, and his capital for doing that every day has come from gangster sources. Its said his huge cash drain on the family fortune has been cut off or severely restricted, meaning he cannot pay his debts even if he wanted to. Gurtaj Singh Sandher was in Moscow in May 2025 for meetings with Sami El-Helou. After returning from Russia, Sandher issued a death threat to this blogger.

The e-mail account concernedcitizen009@proton.me, used to send the illegal threat of Gurtaj Singh Sandher, was suspended. "Good Morning (Ace), We almost got you yesterday! SOOO close! It will not be long now and you will feel the first few blows rain down on your skull before you drift away into nothingness... You are a useless piece of shit and your time has come. No one is gonna miss you. Probably best at this point that you hide out in jail....but then that might be even easier for us to get you. Pull your stupid website down or face the consequences you little prick!"

On June 4, 2025 the threat was sent to a little used gmail address from the Proton e-mail account concernedcitizen009@proton.me. The only significance of the gmail address was that it was used to register the 'Gangsterism Out' blog on Wordpress. Key conspirator and information source regarding the gmail account was Fasken lawyer Michael Parrish. (mparrish@fasken.com)

2 weeks after Gurtaj Singh Sandher's threat, Parrish tried and failed to remove the 'Gangsterism Out' website on Wordpress by serving his flawed legal documents. Proof of Gurtaj Singh Sandher's direct involvement came from RCMP by doing a password reset on the concernedcitizen009@proton.me e-mail account. Gurtaj Singh Sandher used his own cell phone when setting up the account, instead of using a 3rd party or a burner phone.

Gurtaj Singh Sandher and Fasken lawyer Michael Parrish are guilty of participating in a murder conspiracy. We were advised by RCMP to cut off all communication with the corrupt Faskin lawyer Michael Parrish and his law firm. Sandher and his well compensated speech impediment Fasken lawyer Micheal Parrish are guilty under CC 264.1.

264.1 (1) Every one commits an offence who, in any manner, knowingly utters, conveys or causes any person to receive a threat (a) to cause death or bodily harm to any person; (b) to burn, destroy or damage real or personal property; or (c) to kill, poison or injure an animal or bird that is the property of any person.

(2) Every one who commits an offence under paragraph (1)(a) is guilty of
(a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years; or
(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.

Gurtaj Singh Sandher, living the lifestyle of an alpha level drug trafficker, fails to pay his bills regularly. This is a common theme from the entire Sandher Crime Family. They simply refuse to pay what they owe and are deadbeats. Sandher returned from Southern California and took a helicopter ride to obtain photos to post on Instagram. Later we learned he went into rehab for cocaine addiction around the time the photos were posted.

Airborne Energy Solutions wasn't paid by Gurtaj Sandher. Gurtaj Singh Sandher returned to Instagram to gloat about his California trip. The Rolex is seen often. New is what look like 1 carat diamonds on his wrist. This from a 'man' that has never worked a day in his life. Amazing how a bona fide hit target advertises his location and travel on social media.

Sandher was living large in California, hanging out at the 5 star, $1,200 per night Peninsula Beverly Hills.

In an unrelated matter, Gurtaj Singh Sandher was paid a visit by RCMP in July 2025 for threats against a neighbour. He was warned not to have any direct, or indirect contact, other than through legal channels, otherwise he would face charges for uttering death threats. The Sandhers were soliciting low-ball offers for property near the Kelowna Springs rezoning.

The Sandhers have become increasingly bellicose and belligerent as they tried to buy more land near the Kelowna Springs development. Gurtaj Singh Sandher cried at length to cops that his family had blown over $300k on lawyers, and $250K on personal protection services for what he perceives as threats. That number could be 7 figures by now. He complained how the courts suck and cops and courts aren't protecting him and his family. The Sandhers are under investigation for flying 'agricultural drones' in restricted airspace near the airport. After we published a drone flight video near their drug lab on Black Mountain, the Sandhers started using drones for survellance themselves. A large area around Kelowna airport is a restricted Class D control zone air space with drones being prohibited. Shortly after that there resident reports of automatic gunfire on Black Mountain.

One of the things making it difficult for RCMP working on the Sandher case is the disclosure law based on the precedent setting case of Regina v. Stinchcombe. That ruling is one of the things that has derailed attempts at nailing the Sandher crime family.

Sandher crime family Fasken lawyer Daniel Byma decreed that unless he was paid tens of thousands, in advance, he would NEVER allow cross examination of Bir Singh Sandher, his sons, and others open perjury. Here. "In short, I expect the cost would be $4,000 to $5,000 per witness." "Until you pay the conduct money required under the Rules, you are not entitled to examine any of the affiants."

Perjury in Canada is an indictable offense with a maximum sentence of 10 years. Obstruction of Justice is an indictable offense with a maximum sentence of 12 years.

Corrupt lawyer Daniel Byma knew his client's affidavits were false, were perjury and meant to obstruct justice. He is a party to multiple indictable offenses. Daniel Byma filed a criminal hate crimes complaint with the Surrey RCMP 4 business days before filing the Sandher defamation claim. He denied that before a judge and that is also perjury. Our warning for folks to stay away from the Sandher drug lab bunker on Black Mountain in Kelowna resulted in more threats from the corrupt Daniel Byma.

"Any communications to these groups, or others, with the false allegations of criminal activity you continue to make against my clients are defamatory and constitute further harassment of my clients. I expect to get instructions to further amend my clients claims with respect to these defamatory and harassing publications."

Fasken is the largest law firm in B.C. and 3rd largest in Canada with some 900 lawyers.

It was and is dangerous for folks to wander past the Sandher bunker on Pyman Road on Black Mountain. This blogger wouldn't dare go near that bunker without an armed RCMP escort. 6 separate groups were sending folks past the Sandher bunker. Daniel Byma and Fasken know people could get hurt, or worse. The terrorist KTF (Khalistan Tiger Force) Sandhers have spent $11m on their bunker/lab on Black Mountain, backed by an $18m BMO interalia mortgage. Their purpose is to produce fentanyl, meth, MDMA and methylphosphonyl difluoride (sarin). Daniel Byma and Fasken know that too. Daniel Byma and Fasken are paid criminals in complicit service to the formerly largest fentanyl producer in Canada.

The Sandhers say their $11m drug lab at 4502 Pyman Road is a water cistern. It is a fully equipped and comissioned illicit lab ready to spit out drugs.

Toxic waste from the Sandher lab would go to ground, contaminating the water table in the area forever. This is nothing to the Sandhers. They couldn't care less.

Taking the Fasken reigns for the drug trafficking Sandher crime family now is Michael Parrish. Ignorance must be bliss and this bummy looking fellow must have deliberately failed to read any documents ... that is the only excuse for an ETHICAL lawyer having anything to do with the soon to be nailed Sandhers. Next to fall we suppose is GROSSLY filthy dirty Justice Ward K. Branch. Justice Ward K. Branch had another complaint lodged against him at the CJC by David Drover. Justice Ward K. Branch refused to look at documents proving the Sandhers liars. He did this after failing to disclose he was a good friend of former Sandher lawyer Daniel Byma. Branch even attended Daniel Byma's wedding as a guest of honour. 6 Sandher fentanyl labs were subsequently busted, with more busts expected.

Branch issued an order finding that nothing this blogger said was credible and was causing 'irreparable harm' to the fentanyl producing Sandhers. "This page contains links to the 3 initial affidavits of the elder Sandher and son Gurtaj, as well as a copy of the LMIA that saw Edgar Watson-Olivarra enter Canada in 2018 as a 'Farm Foreman'. It must follow that Sandher affidavits are perjury on their face. It takes no legal knowledge to reach that conclusion. It's obvious. Progressive affidavits TRIED to compel Justice Branch look at this and other documents, including 'Operation Valley Cloak'. All attempts failed."

The conflict of interest was hidden by Justice Ward K. Branch and Daniel Byma. A complaint to the Canadian Judicial Council about Branch's misconduct was rejected summarily by a bureaucrat Feb 20, 2025. That was just before rumours of an RCMP investigation hit. Here More than HALF of all complaints submitted to the CJC are rejected.

The backlog of approved cases at the CJC is in the many hundreds.

NO oversight of judges in Canada means Justice Ward K. Branch works for Canada's largest fentanyl producer.

"The defendant held out the LMIA of Edgar Watson at his first hearing before Justice Branch. He refused to look at the document. He issued judgement for an interlocular injunction and assessed costs on the indigent defendant. Affidavit #4 discloses both documents referred to previously, the LMIA of Edgar Watson and the formerly top secret CFSEU document 'Operation Valley Cloak' This affidavit was intended to have Justice Branch set his order aside. That was summarily rejected by Justice Ward K. Branch. He declared his order could only be appealed and would not be set aside. Justice Branch did not read Affidavit #4.

Affidavit #5 outlines the true nature of the litigation. The defendant thought the Sandher defamation claim was to prevent exposure of an illegal, unpermitted quarry and illegal, unpermitted irrigation lagoon, and the graft paid to civil servants to overlook it. The motivation of the Sandher claim was to prevent exposure of their $11m buried drug bunker, which is now fully operational and capable of producing drugs including fentanyl and methamphetamine. The Council ensures that Canadians will be heard fairly, by impartial, unbiased, and independent judges.

Justice Branch REFUSED to look at immigration documents of top Sinaloa Boss Edgar Watson that proved plaintiff affidavits were lies before issuing his interlocular order. He then refused multiple attempts of the defendant to point this out. He imposed costs on an indigent defendant. After 3 failed attempts in chambers, almost 1,000 people in B.C. have died directly of fentanyl overdose. That is the cost of Justice Branch's Sandher corruption.
