When Dale Kelland/Donovan heard bikers had been turned away from a hotel for wearing colours he called on his 1% world to slag the business online. Legal experts said at the time what he was doing was a crime. Criminal offences include extortion (CC section 346) and intimidation (CC section 423). 1% supporters world-wide took to social media to express their extreme hate for the Marion Hotel, which none had visited.
