There has been an e-mail sent (info@cjc-ccm.ca) to the anonymous bureaucrats pretending to oversee judges in Canada. This time we're looking for the EXACT legislation that governs them and the complaint process. There are many rules and deadlines. Fail to follow them and the complaint, no matter how justified, will be dismissed without consideration. This is the fate of 97% of complaints to the CJC every year. Despite this, there are many hundreds of unresolved complaints. "In 2024, 985 complaint files were opened and sent to a screening officer for review. A majority of the complaints considered in 2024, 955 of them, were dismissed by a screening officer under subsection 90(1). Total files closed in 2024 = 1068"

CJC complaint 25-0591 alleges Richard Wagner is failing to do his job properly by failing to vet his good friend Daniel Byma before appointing him to the Supreme Court of Canada. The complaint against Daniel Byma's good friend Justice Ward K. Branch was dismissed without consideration because Ward had 'discretion' to ignore Government of Canada documents proving Daniel Byma's client's affidavits were perjury. _________________________________________ We have sent another missive to the Canadian Judicial Council, the alleged guardian of the administration of justice in Canada.

Richard Wagner has been a justice on the Supreme Court of Canada since October 2012. He was named the Chief Justice of Canada in 2017. In 2023, Richard Wagner was criticized for his handling of the complaint against judge Russell Brown. In 2024, Wagner was criticized for having a bust of himself exhibited inside the Supreme Court building. It was apparently paid for by taxpayers. Wagner was also criticized for his excessive foreign travel as chief justice, racking up huge expenses. He was criticized for overstepping the court's constitutional role. "I think that the courts in Canada are seen to be impartial, independent, and are well-regarded." He spewed ... “Mr. Byma is an exceptional jurist, with significant experience in private practice”.

Byma clerked for him from August 2012 through August 2013. Ex-Sandher Crime Family lawyer Daniel Byma describes himself as 'Executive Legal Officer and Chief of Staff Supreme Court of Canada'. Daniel Byma didn't obtain his position through merit or any competitive process with other qualified candidates, it was obtained through his personal relationship with Richard Wagner.

Daniel Byma's conduct while representing the designated terrorist Sinaloa Cartel through Bir Singh Sandher has been documented in extreme detail here. It is IMPOSSIBLE for him to claim ignorance of the fact he advanced the interests of Canada's largest fentanyl producer. Under his watch 6 Sandher fentanyl labs were busted in B.C., including the largest illicit lab ever seen on Canadian soil in Falkland. Daniel Byma has proven himself corrupt and a perversion tool of justice and the terrorist designated Sinaloa Cartel.

It is OFFENSIVE for a man utterly devoid of ethics to become a malignant cancer on the highest court in Canada. The Rt. Hon. Richard Wagner, P.C. is entirely incapable of elementary due dilligence before burdening the Supreme Court of Canada. His blindness is not acceptable. A CSIS/CFSEU security assessment is required on Daniel Byma with his position going to a candidate with merit, not 'connections' to a deliberately obtuse Wagner.

The Chief Justice of Canada, the Rt. Hon. Richard Wagner, P.C., announced today the appointment of Mr. Daniel Byma to the position of Executive Legal Officer. Mr. Byma has joined the Chambers of the Chief Justice for a two-year term. Here This grossly ignorant judge has not examined Daniel Byma's track record since the last time Byma stroked his penis as a clerk. Byma served as the right hand of the Sinaloa Cartel via Bir Singh Sandher and he did that openly.
