At least 38 fraudulent immigration consultants are operating in Surrey, and 18 more in Brampton. Canco recruits directly out of that pool that come as fake students to the multitude of bogus strip mall colleges. Fake college letters are produced and then submitted to the Canadian embassy in Delhi, where they are rubber stamped. New arrivals never set foot in any college, they are put to work in scam call centers to rip people off. Canco Petroleum is being fingered for having an army of illegals and overstayers working under them.
