Cops raid Hells Angels in Finland

Cops confiscated drugs, weapons and explosives during a raid on clubhouses in two cities in Finland. A new gang called Red Roots had been established. Red Roots was set up to replace the Lahti chapter of the United Brotherhood gang, which is banned.

The group dissolved into the Hells Angels.

B.C. appeal court sets aside part of forfeiture ruling against Hells Angels

Judge Davies sided with the Hells Angels over three of their clubhouses in Vancouver, Kelowna and Nanaimo. He decided they ought not be forfeited to the B.C. government as instruments of criminal activity. That decision was appealed in July. The attorney-general is appealing the finding that the forfeiture act is unconstitutional, while the director of civil forfeiture appealed the decision against forfeiting the clubhouses. Davis made the curious finding that no evidence proved the HAMC was a global operation. That contradicts a recent Netherland court that found evidence of thousands of HA linked crimes. It also proves the judge doesn't read this blog as HA gangsterism is half my material on any given day.

“The director has not proven that the Hells Angels is a worldwide criminal organization,” Davies said. “Although the evidence adduced does establish that many members of the Hells Angels in British Columbia and Ontario have committed serious criminal offences, there is a paucity of admissible evidence concerning such criminals offending in other jurisdictions.”

Barry Croft some piece of work - Wolverine Watchmen

Barry Croft is one of several men charged with plotting to kidnap Michigan Governer Gretchen Whitmer. The alleged scheme involved months of planning and even rehearsals to snatch Whitmer from her vacation home. Croft was active on social media and coined this gem. “True colours shining through, wanna hang this mf’er too!!!%” Another post the next day read, “I say we hang everything currently governing us, they’re all guilty!!% And what a deterrent, Rope!!!%”

Other profanity-laced posts spoke of hanging former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton “for war crimes against humanity.” A photograph of a noose carried a caption calling for hanging Obama, “both Clinton’s, Democrats, Liberals, Muslims” and others including “Ihan Omar” and “A.O.C.,” references to Democratic U.S. Representatives Ilhan Omar and Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez. Eight members or associates of a paramilitary group called the Wolverine Watchmen are charged with counts including providing material support for terrorist acts. Some are accused of taking part in the scheme against Whitmer.

Mexican cartels top buyer of Colombian cocaine

Mexico's Sinaloa, Jalisco Nueva Generacion, Zetas and Beltran Leyva drug cartels are the top buyers and traffickers of cocaine produced in Colombia. The Sinaloa Cartel is said to be the most active. The Zetas have connections to the Los Pelusos crime gang, which controls trafficking along Colombia's border with Venezuela, while Jalisco Nueva Generacion buys from a group in Buenaventura on the Pacific. The Beltran Leyva cartel works with a gang in the southwestern province of Putumayo. Colombia had some 154,000 hectares (380,000 acres) of coca last year.

The Colombian Navy recently seized 2,829 kilograms of cocaine hydrochloride in four operations in a single day. Operations were carried out on August 5, 2020.

Notorious Mexico cartel leader ‘El Azul’ has been arrested. El Azul, 'The Blue' - is behind the vicious murder of Mayor Jesus Tinajero. Killers dumped his dismembered remains in bags along the roadside with a message which warned of further violence. Ochoa's reign over the cartel lasted just three months. It is another victory for Jalisco New Generation Cartel in it's war with Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel. Guanajuato is the most dangerous state in Mexico with an an average of 14 murders every 24 hours.

González is brother-in-law to 'El Mencho'.

Two recent cartel videos are from an “elite group” of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG). Heavily-armed and masked men shouting support for CJNG leader Nemesio “El Mencho” Oseguera Cervantes while standing beside a long convoy of heavily armored vehicles has gotten attention. The elite group was formed last year and is led by Juan Carlos González, 'El 03'. The leader in Jalisco is Ricardo Ruiz Velazco, 'El Doble R'.

Members of an elite force within the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) assembled a military parade. The men wear state-of-the-art body armour, sit atop a range of armoured vehicles with gun turrets and CJNG paint. Many hold .50 calibre weapons, while others hold grenade launchers and high-powered assault rifles. All shout allegiance to the boss, El Mencho.

Former police chief turned pin-up model busted for workers' comp fraud

She used names such as "Tuff As Nailz" and "The Black Widow Bettie".

Brenda Cavoretto, 47, was chief of police in Coulee City, Washington when she was called to a scene involving a man who had hanged himself. The heavy corpse fell on her as cops took it down, leaving her with "severe psychological trauma." Her case worker became suspicious after 4 years of payments resulted in no improvement. Cavoretto had been working since 2015 photographing pinup models. She organized fundraisers, appearing herself in dozens of publications.

Cocaine supplier to Green Berets extradited

Gustavo Adolfo Pareja, 26, of Cali, Colombia, was extradited to Pensacola after a DEA investigation. Pareja is charged with two federal drug trafficking conspiracy charges involving large amounts of cocaine. Master Sergeant Daniel Gould of the United States Army 7th Special Forces Group and Henry Royer, formerly of the United States Army, conspired to distribute large amounts of cocaine. Gould and Royer tried to smuggle 40kg of cocaine hidden inside two gutted punching bags. A suspicious embassy employee had the packages x-rayed, revealing the plot. Pareja is said to be the source of supply of their cocaine. If convicted, Pareja faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years up to life in federal prison.

The 2 former Special Forces soldiers pleaded guilty to drug trafficking late last year and will spend nine years each in federal prison.

DEA lands Mexican General Salvador Cienfuegos - El Padrino

U.S authorities detained the defence minister for Mexican ex-president Enrique Pena Nieto at LA airport on a DEA warrant. Defence minister General Salvador Cienfuegos was a powerful figure in Mexico’s drug war. He joins several other of Mexico’s former top-ranking ‘drug war’ officials who have been implicated in the country's drug trade.

Cienfuegos – nicknamed El Padrino, or The Godfather was a powerful figure.

Cienfuegos used his office to protect a faction of the Beltran-Leyva cartel, directing operations against rival gangs and even finding maritime transport to ship drugs. He accepted bribes in return for protection that included warning cartel members about investigations. One of the Beltran-Leyva brothers was killed in 2009, another arrested in 2014. By the time of Cienfuegos’ crimes between 2015 and 2017, the gang had a new leader, Juan Francisco Patron.

'Katta Kamini' busted

Tamil Nadu cops arrested Sri Lankan drug trafficker 'Katta Kamini' who reportedly maintained close contacts with underworld don Dawood Ibrahim from Bengaluru, Karnataka. The gang is said to have close links to Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), a rebel ethnic group.

Katta Kamini went to ground after his gang was involved in the murder of a cop in 2006.
