HA Gaston Methot shot down for gun permit

West Point HA Gaston Methot was miffed when his gun permit renewal was denied in 2018. An RCMP firearms officer sent a ‘notice of refusal’ saying he was being denied “because it was not desirable in the interest of public safety". Methot sued the basterds and won, sort of. The judge didn't accept Methot’s suggestion that she simply renew his licence. He had to sway more judges, and that eventually failed. “The applicant is a member of the Hell's Angels Motorcycle Club, which is an organization that allows for violence and criminality, that restricts its member’s cooperation with police, and regards police as adversaries,” the judge said. “Such decisions have been supported across the country. Public safety is paramount and the legislation gives a broad discretion.”
A biker expert pointed out that Hells Angels rules strictly forbid members from co-operating with police. So if a firearm is ever stolen, an HA member would not report the theft. No word on how Methot attempted to splain that one away.

HA Quebec money man Richard Felx FINALLY off to big house

First convicted in 2009, Richard Felx, 64, will be reporting to jail this week. Going all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada, it was ruled Quebec’s highest court erred, and that the original trial judge was right to dismiss the request for a stay of proceedings.
In his last scam in the summer of 2017, career criminal Richard Felx used a fraud to obtain financing to buy new vehicles from various dealers in Montreal. Felx acquired nine vehicles under his name or through a numbered company. He pleaded guilty to fraud, concealment and breach of commitment. He earned 69 months' imprisonment and a fine of $10k. Felx was convicted in 2016 of gangsterism, conspiracy and money laundering for work with Hells Angels Normand "Casper" Ouimet, Alain Durand and Martin Robert to launder money. Some were on the run from the SharQc operation of 2009.
Normand "Casper" Ouimet
A former notary caught laundering dirty money from Quebec's Hells Angels in tax havens faces 15 new charges. Richard Felx was nailed at the courthouse by the Sûreté du Québec. He was appearing for another fraud involving vehicle leases exceeding $500k. In July 2016 the recidivist was sentenced to 72 months for gangsterism, conspiracy and money laundering as a result of Operation Diligence, the infiltration of bikers into the construction industry. He spent only a month in jail before appealing.
In late 2017, Felx was also sentenced to 40 additional months in jail and a $633k fine on another fraud. He stole $1.2m from 55 small investors. Yet again Felx is appealing.

Oz cops land 11.2 kg pure fentanyl from Vancouver - 'total act of bastardry'

Nearly 60 kg of powdered substance was found including 30kg of meth. 27 kg of the powder contained fentanyl, yielding 11.2 kg of pure fentanyl.
The largest fentanyl seizure in Australia arrived from Canada inside ammunition boxes in an industrial lathe. A three-tonne industrial lathe was shipped from Canada and arrived in Melbourne in December 2021. The ABF sent it for further scrutiny and x-rays revealed drugs. Australian authorities have issued a public warning about the opioid and are still investigating. No arrests have been made.
Fentanyl was not known to be in the country in such purity and bulk.
A two-week operation to remove and analyze the powder was mounted, outdoors, by officers in full bio-hazard outfits with a decontamination zone, ambulances and naloxone at the ready. The previous high bust was 30 gms. “Typically, we would only see fentanyl being detected in quantities of one gram or less." Most Oz fentanyl street sales are stolen medical patches.

HA Jaimie ‘Jewsifer’ Yochlowitz gets jollies water bombing homeless

HA Jaimie Yochlowitz is bringing eyeballs to the club after posting social media throwing water ballons from a high rise at homeless. Having nothing better to do with his time, for months Yochlowitz posted videos, until his TickTock account was pulled for abuse. Yochlowitz later posted that he had found a new place to live and had moved. “As much fun as it was to drop balloons on the heads, I’m happy to be gone from that neighbourhood,” he wrote.
No doubt 'that neighbourhood' is glad to see the biker go on his way. Conduct this childish is all bad for the HAMC.

The murdered Chad Wilson, left, with the murdered Suminder 'Ali' Grewal, center, and Jaimie ‘Jewsifer’ Yochlowitz.
HAMC standards MUST BE slipping. The Death Head has it's mouth stitched closed. This represents several things, among them keeping one's mouth shut. 'Jewsifer' doesn't seem to get that concept. It is being reported Yochlowitz's remaining social media accounts have since been closed.
Yochlowitz is a full patch of the Hardside Chapter in Surrey.

Cons fingered in ‘Whitey’ Bulger killing

Geas hasn’t disputed his role in the murder. The top suspect in the killing of Boston gangster James “Whitey” Bulger, Fotios “Freddy” Geas, 55, — a career criminal and prison lifer at Hazelton federal penitentiary — has been charged, along with Paul J DeCologero, 48 and Sean McKinnon, 36. They are charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder. “Freddy hated rats,” Geas’ friend said. “Freddy hated guys who abused women. Whitey was a rat who killed women. It’s probably that simple.”
Bulger was beaten to death by the inmates, with one of his attackers using a sock with a padlock in it as a weapon. Geas is serving a life sentence for the 2003 assassinations of Adolfo “Big Al” Bruno and associate Gary Westerman.

Brothers Keeper associate Andrew Miguel Best pulls 5 years

Andrew Miguel Best, 22, was charged with trafficking and possession for the purpose of trafficking. He dealt fentanyl, heroin, meth and cocaine in Campbell River. The investigation resulted in seizure of more than 11 kg of drugs including cocaine, methamphetamine and fentanyl; a loaded Smith & Wesson .40 caliber; laboratory equipment, precursor chemicals, and more than $50k. Best said nothing before being put away. The Brothers Keepers aggressively expanded drug distribution territory from the Lower Mainland to Vancouver Island and the Kamloops area, according to cops. They recruited 20 somethings as disposable street level dealers, of which Best was one.

HA Richard 'Dick' Mayrand accused of failing to declare money at customs

HA Richard 'Dick' Mayrand is accused of failing to declare how much money he was bringing into Canada when he returned to the country. He is alleged to have violated a section of Canada’s Proceeds of Crime and Terrorist Financing Act. Mayrand was left with a 16-year prison term, one of the longest sentences to come out of Operation Springtime 2001. Mayrand became a leader in the Nomads chapter after Maurice (Mom) Boucher was arrested for ordering the deaths of 2 prison guards. Mayrand said he quit the Hells Angels in 2009 and even covered up his tattoos.
He joined the Nomads chapter on Jan. 17, 2000, after being a member of the Montreal chapter for 15 years. One of the highlights of his parole hearing came when the commissioner chastised him for being loyal to the HAMC despite murdering his brother, Michel, in the Lennoxville massacre in 1985.
Visibly shaken, Mayrand was silent before declaring: "I don't know what to say to you, sir. My brother had broken some rules. I was 20, it was a way of thinking, a different way of seeing things. I did not see myself leaving the club, I had just arrived. And even if I had left the club, my brother was no longer there, it wouldn't have changed anything."
"All my friends were in the club."
The alleged offence occurred in Montreal on Feb. 28 and Mayrand has been summoned to appear in court in September. The summary offence comes with a maximum fine of $250k or a maximum two-year prison term.

Dead scuba diver, 55kg cocaine surface in NSW - update III

Oz cops have said there is a good chance Jhoni Fernandes Da Silva De is dead - killed as a result of the failed cocaine operation. 'If you're a decent criminal group and you've had arrests, you wouldn't leave loose ends hanging,' a police source said.
The diver found dead in Newcastle harbour has been identified as Brazilian Bruno Borges, 31. Cops have issued a warrant for the arrest of the second diver, Jhoni Fernandes Da Silva.

James Blee, 62, was arrested in Far North Queensland while trying to board a flight to Singapore.
Cops say the original shipment of drugs weighed up to 300kg. Only 100kg made its way into Australian waters and the remaining 200kg ended up in Indonesia. Indonesian authorities say the drugs they found floating in four black packages near Java's Merak Port weighed 179kg — making it a record haul for the country.
Cops in New South Wales found 110 pounds of cocaine, estimated to be worth about $14m, along with the body of a diver washed up on a riverbank. The diver was wearing expensive scuba equipment including a “rebreather” that lets a person breathe underwater without producing a trail of bubbles. The cocaine came from the nearby cargo ship Areti, a Marshall Islands vessel that had arrived from Argentina on Sunday. 46kg of cocaine from the bulk carrier made its way onto Australia and cops are looking for a second diver.

VPD oinkers get exercise beating homeless - update

Chaos erupted on the Downtown Eastside yesterday as City of Vancouver staff and firefighters started the process of clearing tents and structures from the sidewalk on Hastings Street. A confrontation by police led to a street battle as ever more cops flooded the area. Street people hate and do not trust the VPD for obvious reasons. Sending an army of asshole cops into the situation is a guaranteed recipie for conflict. BC Housing said that it has nowhere for people to go given the short notice provided by authorities.
'Aero' lives in a DTES alley. Aero said he was charged with assaulting police after he went to the aid of a friend trying to help a walker-dependent man who was on the ground and surrounded by cops. "We weren't trying to instigate anything," he said. "It was just they pushed down one of our [VANDU] members, and my colleague saw that happen, and he was trying to help him to get up. And then he got intercepted by cops and got beaten down. And then I saw that happen, so I tried to go and help him, and then I got thrown down, and I started getting beaten up." He said the charge was related to him allegedly biting an officer. Aero smiled to show he had no front teeth.
Randy Crossan says police pushed him to the ground.
