HA Troy Anthony Scholder, San Diego HA nailed for hate crimes = 21 years

Troy Anthony Scholder, 44, has been sentenced to 21 years to life in state prison. A San Diego jury convicted him earlier this year of attempted murder, assault, and a hate crime. Scholder's prison sentence was doubled due to a prior strike conviction, in which he robbed a former Hells Angels member who had sought to leave the gang. He told one of the arresting officers to "remember the Fatherland".

Members of the Hells Angels and their puppet club appeared in court accused in a hate crime on three black men. 18 were indicted in all.

Hells Angels and their goons are busted for hate crimes in a vicious attack on three Blacks. The three were attacked in the San Diego neighborhood of Ocean Beach. Troy Scholder pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. He was held without bail. Sonny Barger said: 'The club, as a whole, is not racist but we probably have enough racist members that no black guy is going to get in it.' All pled not guilty on an array of charges that carry sentences ranging from three years to life. As one man lay curled up on the ground, HA Troy Scholder pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the chest, cracking his sternum. Scholder “casually” folded up the blade and walked away.

After the stabbing, bikers spirited Scholder from the crime scene to the gang's clubhouse in El Cajon.  He faces 39 years to life in state prison if convicted. Scholder was deported to the U.S. after a Langley arrest in 2011. He was wanted in the U.S. then on charges related to kidnappings, assaults and robberies done for the Hells Angels. An April 26, 2007 incident led to charges against Scholder and several bikers, including president Stephen Sanders. That involved the torture and disfigurement of a former HAMC.

Chief Justice of Canada welcomes filthy dirty Daniel Byma - update II - #CJC File 25-0591

Richard Wagner has been a justice on the Supreme Court of Canada since October 2012. He was named the Chief Justice of Canada in 2017. In 2023, Richard Wagner was criticized for his handling of the complaint against judge Russell Brown. In 2024, Wagner was criticized for having a bust of himself exhibited inside the Supreme Court building. It was apparently paid for by taxpayers. Wagner was also criticized for his excessive foreign travel as chief justice, racking up huge expenses. He was criticized for overstepping the court's constitutional role. "I think that the courts in Canada are seen to be impartial, independent, and are well-regarded." He spewed ... “Mr. Byma is an exceptional jurist, with significant experience in private practice”.

Byma clerked for him from August 2012 through August 2013. Ex-Sandher Crime Family lawyer Daniel Byma describes himself as 'Executive Legal Officer and Chief of Staff Supreme Court of Canada'. Daniel Byma didn't obtain his position through merit or any competitive process with other qualified candidates, it was obtained through his personal relationship with Richard Wagner.

An Air India Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner bound for London Gatwick crashed shortly after taking off in Ahmedabad, leaving at least 204 people dead. The flight was carrying 242 passengers and crew. This is the first crash of a 787-8 Dreamliner.

Everyone is jumping to conclusions about the flaps of the aircraft. They were configured incorrectly considering a near full load.

Bishnoi thugs arrested in Brampton murder of KTF supporter

Harjeet Singh Dhadda, 51, of Mississauga, who operated G&G Trucking Solutions was gunned down May 14, 2025. The gunmen fled in a stolen 2018 Black Dodge Challenger, which was recovered shortly after the hit. Busted in Delta for first-degree murder are Aman Aman and Digvijay Digvijay.

Baaz News reported that the Bishnoi gang had taken responsibility for the murder. It said: “Rohit Godara, an associate of Bishnoi, stated that Dhadda was killed for allegedly assisting Khalistan Tiger Force chief Arsh Dalla (Bir Singh Sandher's first cousin) with bail. Sandher supplier cuts in-person ties to crime family - update II

A Sandher supplier (name withheld) had their lawyer send a letter to them this spring.

The Sandher presence on the business premises provides an undue risk to staff, and they are now persona-non-grata on the premises. If the Sandhers wish to continue doing business, they must appoint a designated 3rd party who will be responsible for picking up orders, or alternatively they must retain a common carrier.

They also won't deliver to any Sandher premises.

This turn of events is justified by the fact the Sandher's primary business is drug production, not the supply of apples or cherries. That may be common knowledge. What this space knows for fact is that one or all of the Sandhers are legitimate hit targets. Brothers Prabtaj and Gurtaj as the killers of Donny Lyons, Bir Singh Sandher as top executive of the Khalistan Tiger Force.

The anti KTF Bishnoi gang may be motivated on their own accord, or as a paid free agent for others. Its said the recent hit of Bishnoi thug Jaskaran Singh Minhas in Surrey is directly connected to the conflict. The Hells Angels are POed after DeltaPort precursor business got outted because of the Sandhers.

We have a massive large security fence around the Sandher compound at 1610 Swainson Road, probably to protect the occupants from hitmen. The Sandhers may be untouchable in their compound, but are very touchable outside of it. Banning the Sandher's presence is an extremely good idea. All who do business with the Sandhers should do the same. The Sandhers own an $8.9m mansion in Upper Lonsdale, North Vancouver, and a $12.5m mansion off Marine Drive. Their homes often contain guests like cousin and KTF boss Arsh Dalla (Arshdeep Singh Gill). Arsh Dalla is another hit target. Many would see him dead. ‘Historic drug seizure’ made by cops in Mississauga, Brampton

Satwinder Singh Sharma whacked

On June 11 around 3:45 p.m., Surrey RCMP responded to a shooting at a business at 160 Street and 84 Avenue. Satwinder Sharma, 56, died at the scene of multiple gunshots. Two men approached Sharma, engaged him in conversation, then opened fire.

Sharma, who had operated a workforce supply company since 1992, was a prominent figure in the local Punjabi community. The shooting comes days after two separate firing incidents involving Punjabi businessman Satish Singh Kumar, president of the Lakshmi Narayan Mandir in Surrey. Kumar had received extortion threats. A post by 'Goldy Dhillon' on FaceBook claimed allegiance to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and claimed responsibility for the Kumar threats. The post was later removed.
