Ryan Nixon - TNT Trucking, Kandolas - 982 Old Vernon Road Kelowna - update III

The ALC issued a stop work order for 982 Old Vernon Road on May 12. Should Ryan Nixon, Jeetender S. Kandola and Manraj K. Kandola continue to violate it they stand to be fined $500,000 and brought before a judge to answer for their non-compliance.
Ryan Nixon has put a sign at the open front gate of his disaster zone. What it's purpose is can only be guessed at. The grade school drop out is probably trying to show the ALC how sincere he and the Kandolas are after 8+ years of ignoring all their many orders.
It's been revealed that despite being ordered to do so by the ALC, the Kandolas and Ryan Nixon have provided no $50k deposit, no affidavit, and no operations plan. Nor has their illegal work at 982 Old Vernon Road stopped. Thus the ALC order is permanent and the reprobates are willfully disobeying it. The next step is a contempt of court order, arrests, and fines of $500,000+.

The extent of the illegal damage done by the terrible trio is off the charts.

manrajkandola@hotmail.com, raj.kandola@century21.ca.
Jeetender S. Kandola and Manraj K. Kandola bought 982 Old Vernon Road in Kelowna in 2005. The Russos started a sawmill on the site in 1949 to produce railway ties. It became a waste wood dump. The sawmill operated until the land was sold to the Kandolas. Remedial work by the Kandolas ended in 2008. They applied for temporary non-farm use permits in 2014, 2017, 2019 and again in March 2023. They were all denied. The last application was forced by the Agriculture Land Commission (ALC) to be a permanent removal application. That was also denied.

Ryan Nixon's TNT Trucking Ltd. started illegal business on the property in 2017. NEVER has his business been permitted.

Ryan Nixon (ryan@tntkelowna.com)
TNT operates at least a dozen dump trucks and offers demolition, excavation, landscaping supplies, waste removal, crushing and screening, waste bin rentals, soil remediation and concrete disposal. All TNT activities are banned from ALR ground and have never been permitted there. The required zoning for Nixon's business has always been industrial. (I1, I2, I3, and I4) Its been business as usual for years worth of ignored ALC orders. Over the last 8 years 982 Old Vernon Road has been turned by Ryan Nixon and the Kandolas into an environmental disaster zone.
Nixon was required to post a $50k bond to appeal the ALC final determination, and he MUST stop corrupting the land by May 31, 2025. He and the Kandolas failed to do either and the handcuffs will finally come out for straight up criminals.
The only move that makes sense for Ryan Nixon now is a midnight move and to fuck right off. In the end it will be the Kandolas who will be responsible for their destroyed land.

Nixon has leased new industrial ground at 231 Tilley Road in Kelowna. 16 months ago I laid out the Kandola offense to Max Carbone, owner of Century 21 in Kelowna and Manraj K. Kandola's employer.
"Sir I have done absolutely all the work for you. Now I expect you to cut this revolting woman loose for sickening cause." That cause would be the fact the Kandola's were illegally operating a business, for many years, contrary to zoning.

max.carbone@century21.ca
The moral culpability is twofold. A1 agricultural land in Kelowna was turned into a permanent wasteland by crooks, and his firm demands a minimal level of ethics from him and its real estate agents. That includes following the law. Manraj K. Kandola gives no fuk about either of those.

Max Carbone responded ... "they are undertaking significant activities to remediate the property and restore it to agricultural land / viability. That seems to me to be a reasonable course of action. If you have concerns, then please report it to the appropriate government authorities."

Max Carbone, Anna Carbone, Dean Desrosiers
This blogger expects lies from criminals like the Kandolas. It's abhorrent when the same lies are regurgitated by hypocrites that SHOULD HAVE done something. Max Carbone spews about how ethical he is to whomever will listen, but the reality is he is just as bad as the Kandolas.

HA Robert Barletta a hitman target - revisited again

Robert Barletta provided cops with a new photo in May at 'First Run'. Barletta became a member of the Montreal chapter of the Hells Angels in 2018. Barletta is close to Martin Robert, considered HAMC #1. Considered the #2 in the Hells in Quebec, Stéphane 'Fesse' Plouffe, wasn't pleased to uncover his face so cops could confirm his identity and get a mugshot.
The date is March 30, 2020. Its possible the gunmen didn't recognize Barletta at first, who was sporting white sneakers, grey pants, a grey long-sleeved shirt and a black baseball cap as he passed the black Audi that had been parked on Ontario Street, just south of Gerard Street, for nearly four hours.

He unlatches the front-yard gate when two armed men spring from the vehicle. The first man gets out of the passenger seat and is holding guns in both hands as he runs toward Barletta. None of the nearly 20 shots fired hit their mark. No one was arrested.
Barletta’s narrow escape shows he has made dangerous enemies. It also raises questions about why cops have been tight-lipped about the incident. Its said Robert Bartletta has serious problems with rivals in his own group and rivals outside of the HAMC. Cops laid more gaming charges against Barletta and seven others, seizing another $24m of assets.
Barletta faced 15 charges including bookmaking, laundering proceeds of crime, fraud over $5,000 and commission of an offence for a criminal organization.

Taymoor Pasha buys 16 1/2 years for fentanyl

Taymoor Pasha, 25, was sentenced to 16.5 years in jail after pleading guilty to possessing 15 kilograms of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking in the largest fentanyl seizure in the London area’s history. The judge declared Pasha was “among the worst” drug traffickers. “Mr. Pasha’s offending conduct may well have yielded 20-year consideration,”
With time served, Pasha has 14 1/2 years left on his sentence.
“Only lengthy periods of imprisonment to these merchants of death will suffice to reflect the abhorrence shared throughout Canada towards this conduct.”
Pasha pleaded guilty in November 2024 to possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking after cops found his stash of 15 kilograms and other drugs, including a large amount of cocaine, heroin and pills, with a total street value of $3.2m.

HA Jean-Richard Larivière

'Race' was spotted at a police checkpoint at 'First Run 2025' in May.
Jean-Richard 'Race' Larivière, 57, is among 11 men arrested Thursday in Project Alliance. He is charged with conspiring to kill Vincent Lamer on November 3, 2017 and Samy Tamouro, a man tied to the Hells Angels in Quebec who was killed in Mexico near the end of 2023. He is also charged in the Silva hit of Sébastien Beauchamp on December 20, 2018. Earlier the same year, on Jan. 24, 2018, Jean-Guy Bourgouin was shot outside a restaurant in St-Léonard. Larivière allegedly ordered that shooting, as he was charged with attempted murder. Larivière is also charged in the hit on Gaétan Sévigny on Oct. 17, 2019.

Larivière (right) with Nomads. Top row is Michel Rose, Normand Robitaille, René Charlebois and Gilles Mathieu. On Dec 5, 2000, he graduated as a Nomad prospect and was to join the group. But the cops closed down the 'Bank of Nomads', seizing $2m in cash and $17m in drugs.
Larivière later received his colours after being promoted to a member in good standing of the Montreal chapter. In 2018 the National Organized Crime Squad (ENRCO) seized his patches.
In the Hells Angels, having your colors in the hands of cops is a personal insult. The club's bylaws stipulate that all members "are obliged to have their jackets". The problem is that they do not have the right to have more than one jacket. 'Race' had to order another set of patches. Larivière was fined $1k for obstructing cops at the 2018 Martin Robert wedding in Montreal. The drunk biker got himself tasered by cops at the event and spent the night in jail.
Larivière was arrested again on July 6, 2020 after a dispute at the Pizzeria Sofia restaurant. The owner announced last call before closing. Unhappy that his supply of booze had ended, Larivière and a goon attacked him.

Larivière is a target of Quebec homicide cops.
The altercation was captured by cameras. Larivière, 54, pleaded guilty to a charge of common assault. Charges of assault causing bodily harm and uttering threats were dropped. Larivière has been connected to many murders. The killings of Stéphane Dupuis in April and Sébastien Giroux and Hugues Leblanc in May 2022 are all connected to the HA drug trade. The hit of right hand man Samy 'Blue' Tamouro is another. Tamouro was killed at a gym in Cancun in December 2023.
Tamouro was part of an internal purge following the revelations of informer Frédérick Silva. Tamouro knew Silva well. The assassins were busted, and it was revealed the pair worked for the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. Underworld figures were photographed at Tamouro's funeral in Canada, including gang leader Jean-Philippe Célestin and HAMC trafficker Benoit Nantel-Gagnon.

Kelowna councillor Maxime Dehart gushes about 'Durali farm on Old Vernon Road'

"Ajay, owner of Durali Properties, and Andy, our Director of Finance, toured the newly planted Durali farm on Old Vernon Road in Kelowna this week."
Two weeks ago, stick up bum Ajay Singh Jhajj decided to post photos of himself on LinkedIn.
Employee Tobi McNeil chimed in "Freshly planted!"
Kelowna councillor and Jhajj employee Maxine DeHart spewed sweet nothings about the nothings. "OMG so exciting. When I get back from Ottawa will figure out what we should do in the column. Congratulations." She has apparently excused her excited self from the upcoming Kelowna council vote on the adjacent 'Kelowna Springs' development.

KTF's Arsh Dalla threatened murdered Instagram star

Kamal Kaur, real name Kanchan Kumaria, was a Punjabi Instagram influencer found dead in a car last week. She had received threats from Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dalla last year. Kaur’s body was discovered in a car near Adesh Medical University in Bathinda on June 11, 2025. The discovery was made after locals complained of a foul smell emanating from the parked car. Kamal Kaur was known for her funny social media videos, although she had faced some criticism for using foul language. Preliminary investigation suggests that she was murdered somewhere else and her body was dumped in the car.

Amritpal Singh Mehron
Kaur had received threats from Canada-based gangster Arsh Dalla (Arshdeep Singh Gill) last year for posting “inapproporiate” content. In an audio recording reported by News18 Punjab in October 2024, Arsh Dalla was heard saying that Kamal Kaur spreads filth on social media. He then threatened to kill one of her family members unless she removed her videos. Amritpal Singh Mehron is wanted in the murder. He said he will not allow “obscenity and vulgarity” in Punjab. In a video message from his verified Instagram account, Mehron, a Nihang Sikh, told social media influencers from Punjab to delete “vulgar content” from their accounts. “Do it by tonight or you will find me nearby.”
Mehron confessed that Kamal Kaur was murdered by two of his aides for “defaming Sikh values” and “mocking the surname Kaur.” “Khalsa never attacks women, but when a woman targets our Takhts and mocks Sikh values, she cannot be spared,” Mehron said. The Nihang order of Sikhs are known for their distinctive blue attire and adherence to a strict code of conduct.
