UK Tobin brothers pull long time - update

Liverpool drug dealer Zac Edgar, 24, thought it would be a great idea to rap about his cocaine selling prowess. In the video he claims he was "ducking undercovers bruv" and supplying "banging white to all your local nitties."

When cops saw the video they began investigating him. Edgar was part of a major ring that moved mountains of cocaine. He was busted and pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply cocaine and was jailed for six years and three months.
£20m worth of cocaine was found in a van on the M6.
John Tobin, 40, and Alan Tobin, 51, sold huge amounts of drugs over four years to gangs around England, Wales and Scotland. Their operation was nailed when cops intercepted 187kg of cocaine on the M6.
The 2019 operation was the biggest UK land-based cocaine seizure at the time. Alan Tobin was jailed for 20 years while his brother was sentenced to 19 years and eight months at Liverpool Crown Court. Their henchmen also received long jail terms. Robbie Broughton, 39, received eight years and six months, Brian McQuillan, 51, six years and four months and Simon Leech, 30, was imprisoned for eight years.
Robbie Broughton was the muscle. He used his brawn to collect drug debts. The brothers enjoyed a lavish lifestyle for years before problems arose as police targeted the gangs they were supplying drugs to. It resulted in "huge debts".

The Gulf Shores PD says one more kilo was found in the Fort Morgan area. This brings the total to 35kg this week.

Long list of gang hits causes angst in Burnaby

Ahmed Riyaz Tahir has been charged in the death of Blerton (Toni) Dalipi. It is the latest in a long list of Burnaby executions. Tahir was charged with attempted murder in New Westminster in July 2019. The charge was stayed. It was alert neighbors who called the cops and got Tahir busted this time. Toni Dalipi
Jaskeert Kalkat, 23, was laid out for eternity last week in Burnaby. He was a Brothers Keepers gangster.
Chris Kenworthy, 32, was found dead in his car Feb 4. He was a convicted killer linked to the Wolfpack gang.

52 months for selling machine guns to Cartels

A Utah woman is heading to federal prison for buying 49 high powered rifles for Mexican drug cartels. Seven of the 49 are a military grade model M249 semi auto rifle. These weapons cost between $7,500 and $8,000 each. Norma Llamas Rodriguez, 47, lived in a trailer. It's 52 months in a federal prison for her. Her son also pleaded guilty and is awaiting sentencing.

No break for carfentanil/fentanyl dealer James Nelson

“One of the most significant” fentanyl busts in Canada resulted in James Nelson and Cassie Bonthoux facing 14 charges of trafficking fentanyl and carfentanil through the dark web. BC's appeal court has upheld an 11-year prison sentence for Nelson, 39. Nelson could have bought himself 16 years. Police raided the couple's Duke & Duchess clothing store on Pandosy Street and home on Aug. 10, 2017. It was the culmination of an 11-month investigation.
More than 120 grams of pure fentanyl and carfentanil were seized in the raids, along with three kilograms of cutting agents. Overdose deaths in the Okanagan are at record levels. Overdose/poisoning calls are rising 32.4% yearly in Kelowna, with 1,040 calls in 2019.

Drogheda gangster Paul Crosby charged in Keane Mulready-Woods murder

There was tight security as Paul Crosby, 25 appeared before Drogheda District Court where he was accused of the brutal murder of a 17-year-old boy. Crosby is a key protagonist in the Drogheda feud. He pleaded guilty to arson and was jailed for 54 months. He set fire to a car while under garda surveillance. Threats to Crosby's life are such that armed police are required for every court appearance. Crosby was a very close associate of the murdered Robbie Lawlor. Crosby is considered a key member of the so-called anti-Maguire faction in the feud.
Crosby is one of the main targets for the Maguire faction, whose leader Owen Maguire was left paralyzed after being shot in July 2018. Crosby ridiculed Maguire with many online insults. At one stage he even goaded Maguire by asking: "Do you want to go for a walk and sort this out?" Crosby claimed he assaulted Maguire's close associate Cornelius Price in a 2018 jailhouse attack. Crosby has more than 40 previous convictions.

RCMP Bernie Herman charged with first-degree murder

Bernie Herman, a 32-year member of the RCMP, has been charged with first-degree murder of Braden Herman, 26. (no relation) He makes his second court appearance in Prince Albert on May 26. Braden had lived with the cop and his family in Prince Albert but the two — who come from the same Clearwater Dene First Nation — had a falling out. It was information inadvertly revealed by the cop which lead to Braden Herman's body. It was found in Prince Albert's Little Red River Park by police within hours of his death.
Its said the veteran cop was harrassing the victim incessantly and had contacts that prevented complaints.

'high end illegal casino' - Dirty Cops torpedo bust

Charges have been withdrawn against the main figure in the case, Wei Wei. His lawyers say dirty cops planted evidence and stole watches worth hundreds of thousands from his bedroom.
The 'Mackenzie No. 5 Club' is owned by Toronto real estate developer Wei Wei. Wei met at least twice in 2016 with Trudeau, including at a controversial Liberal fundraiser. Wei was also among a delegation representing a Chinese government endorsed group that met separately with Trudeau. A member of that delegation donated $1m to the Trudeau Foundation. Wei and his wife, Xing Yue Chen, bought the property in 2015 for $4.7m.
Wei came to Canada a decade ago under the investor-immigrant program. A person named Wei Wei owns 50 properties around Toronto.

29 were charged with a combined 74 criminal offences.
A 20,000 square foot mansion, more than $1m and 11 firearms were seized as cops in York dismantled an illegal casino and spa. Project End Game was initiated after police received information on underground casinos operating in Markham. On July 23, 32 people were arrested at a $9m mansion that was being operated as a “high-end illegal casino.”
The mansion was restrained by cops and 11 firearms, $1m, $1.5m in alcohol, and gaming machines and tables were seized.
The property offered high roller gamblers accommodation, spa treatments, beverage services, sex, and high-end food, including contraband items such as braised shark fin.

The Independent Police Review Director will investigate what went on with York Regional Police's "Project Endgame."

The mansion is now for sale with a price of $9,980,000.

Kashif Mahmood The latest criminal to be convicted from hacked encrypted messaging service EncroChat was a cop. PC Kashif Mahmood, 32, carried out stops on cars he knew to be carrying drug money at the behest of a syndicate. Mahmood would take marked and unmarked police vehicles, and, dressed in his police uniform, travel to locations where the crime group was aware of the transfer of cash. Mahmood would then seize it, under the pretence of his powers as a cop.
At least £850,000 in cash was stolen. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said former officer Mahmood was 'audacious, corrupt and criminal'. He pulled 8 years in jail. Drug kingpin Mohsin Khan was sentenced to 16 years for conspiracy to supply class A drugs.

Gang of Vancouver cops arrest retired judge for "officer safety"

Vancouver cops have apologized after 5 uniformed Nazi mistakenly detained and handcuffed well-known retired judge Selwyn Romilly on Friday. Selwyn Romilly was the first Black man named to the B.C. Supreme Court. Romilly was walking on the seawall when he was approached by cops looking for a suspect who had been yelling and screaming. The oinkers told Romilly he matched the description of the suspect, and placed him in handcuffs for “officer safety.” The suspect was described as a 40-50 year-old dark-skinned man; Romilly is 81.
Infamous VPD cops #3066 and #3108 Romilly was born in Trinidad and Tobago and came to Vancouver to study at UBC, where he graduated in 1966. He was appointed as a judge in 1974, and in 1995 was elevated to the B.C. Supreme Court. The retired judge had a long and distinguished career and is highly respected. "They didn’t ask me my name or questions. They put the handcuffs on in indecent haste.” Romilly said he was upset and embarrassed but that the handcuffs didn’t stay on for long. “I told them I was a retired Supreme Court judge. I don’t know whether that made them have second thoughts.”

Surrey Police release photos of Murder Targets - Flashback

Mandeep Grewal of Coquitlam, brother of slain gangster Gavinder Grewal, was shot dead in Abbotsford in Oct 2018. Surrey RCMP had warned the public in late July of 2017 about associating with his other brother Manbir Grewal, then 28, and four others. Mandeep Grewal is the 14th South Asian to be murdered this year in the Lower Mainland area. None of the murders has been solved. Police say targets of recent shootings continue to pose a risk to the public in Surrey. In an effort to try and ensure safety, police are identifying five men who are believed to be the targets of shots fired over the past two months.

The targets are identified as 25-year-old Karman Singh Grewal from Vancouver, 28-year-old Manbir Singh Grewal and 29-year-old Ibrahim Amjed Ibrahim from Coquitlam, 23-year-old Indervir Singh Johal and 23-year-old Harmeet Singh Sanghera from Surrey.

All refused to provide statements or information. Ibrahim Amjad Ibrahim was found shot dead in Richmond in October 2017.

Kelowna prospect Colin Michael Bayley pulls 9 months

The trial for the HA prospect had been delayed more than eight months after he switched lawyers. Colin Bayley was charged in 2019 with aggravated assault. He pled guilty the day his trial was to begin. Just deserts this time is 9 months.
A raid on their clubhouse earlier in the week didn't appear to slow down festivities at the annual 'K-Town BBQ Cook Off', hosted by the Kelowna chapter of the Hells Angels in 2019. Various full patch and associated bikers appeared for the event.
Colin Michael Bayley, 30, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault in connection with the vicious assault of a Kelowna man on May 6, 2019.

Bayley had just completed a 12-month probation period for a previous assault conviction before the May 6 assault.

Serge Lebrasseur off to pay debt to society

Serge Lebrasseur. Hells Angel Serge Lebrasseur appealed his 4 month sentence for being an intimidator at a ferry terminal in 2019. He was arrested for breach of conditions and is back in jail. He thought it would be funny to threaten folks on Facebook. The semi-amazing biker likely isn't laughing now.
His caption reads ... “It will be settled ah, ah, ah. I found the one who blocked me on the Sorel-Tracy ferry ha, ha, ha ”. The judge added an extra month.
