Mongols ex-boss David Santillan a rat - no new trial

Prosecutors say that Mongol Nation encourages, supports and rewards its members for committing crimes.
The Mongols MC will not get a second chance to clear itself of federal racketeering charges after a judge last week denied its request for a new trial. In 2021 it was revealed that David Santillan, president, had acted as a confidential informant for John Ciccone, an agent with the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

The feds call the Mongol Nation "the most violent and dangerous" OMG in the country.
David Santillan, 52, covertly cooperated for over a decade with a special agent. In exchange the agent spared Santillan from serious legal consequences for many offenses. His own wife had this to say: “In other words,” she wrote, “he is a rat.”
David 'Lil Dave' Santillan was out in bad standing in 2021.

Pro fishing chitbags busted - Jacob Runyan, Chase Cominsky

Something stinks in the world of competitive fishing. Would-be winners of $29k at an Ohio fishing tournament, Jacob Runyan and Chase Cominsky, were disqualified after it was found their fish were stuffed with lead weights and fish fillets.
Prize money came mainly from other entrants.
Competitors faced off to see who could achieve the highest total weight for a bucket of five walleyes caught in Lake Erie. Jacob Runyan and Chase Cominsky were known for their success at other fishing tournaments.

Soninder Dhingra sentenced, sprung

Soninder Dhingra, 49, was busted with 94kg of cocaine and 15kg of crystal meth in 2013. He pleaded guilty to importing narcotics and was sentenced to 10 years in jail. Taking into account the time spent in detention, for which each day counts as a day and a half, there was only one day left to serve for Dhingra. Dhingra imported drugs with the help of a corrupt customs officer. After an initial trial, Dhingra was found guilty and sentenced to 15 years. He took his case to the Court of Appeal, arguing that his first trial began in English and gradually and then completely took place in French, and that violated his constitutional rights. The new trial was being prepared when negotiations began last week between the prosecution and the defense.
Project Abri targeted drug importers linked to a member of the Montreal Mafia.

900kg cocaine washes up on beach in Wales

30 black bags tied together with rope yielded 30 bricks each worth some £90m. Surprisingly, it isn't the region's largest retrieval. In May last year, nearly a tonne of cocaine washed up on beaches near Hastings and Newhaven in East Sussex. The public spotted bags bobbing in the sea before alerting police in that case.

Former UK gangster offers reward to catch peacock

Former gangster turned actor David Courtney, 63, is offering a reward to help catch his peacock after it escaped and ran amok. Seconds after bringing the new pet home it flew out of it's roofless coop - with Courtney not realizing the exotic bird could fly. Now the peacock, named Percy, is ruling the roost with neighbours being woken up at 4am by his mating calls. The bird and it's poop has appeared on top of people’s roofs, cars and gardens after escaping seven weeks ago. “I just had no idea that they could fly - I thought it was like a chicken or something." Courtney sees the bird twice a day.

Kim Bolan - Postmedia Network Inc. sue Dennis Watson - update II

Latest is Mr. Dennis Watson blaming yours truly in court documents for his legal troubles. (John Doe) What say we? First off I am not 'John Doe' and never was. Anybody losing sleep over Kimmee Bolan is a retard.

Mr. Dennis Watson was a pussy and folded to former HAMC boss Damiano Dipopolo even though he had a strong case. His REPLY to the latest from Kim Bolan fails massively.  Dude figures BCSC rules are for others. The man called Kimmee Bolan a liar many times over and has zero evidence to back this up. He is spewing out his ass about ridiculous conspiracy theories so bent one needs to question Dennis Watson's mental state.

kbolan@postmedia.com
A BCSC lawsuit for defamation has been filed by the above noted against crime blogger Dennis Watson. This would be the same Dennis Watson sued by ex-HAMC president Damiano Dipopolo for damages to HIS fragile reputation. Too bloody damn curious is this rubbish on a first pass ... "was published of and conceming (SIC) the plaintiff Bolan and is defamatory to her in her character, calling, reputation and profession'. I have no issues with doing that, at all. Kimmee Bolan outted the fully innocent '3 blind mice' in 2016, and her laughable claims of being subject to a murder plot came from her secret source, career criminal Donnie 'Blaze' McWhirter, who was feeding her BS for fun. Kimmee has ALWAYS been full of krap. See ----->Here.

"designed to cause Bolan fear, anxiety and misery, and to impugn her dignity."
"The conduct of Watson has been high-handed and deliberate, and demonstrates a wanton disregard for the safety of the plaintiff Bolan, particulars of which inciude (SIC) the following: (a) The Third Defamatory Expression ends with the words "Tiocfaidh ar lr",an Irish language sentence, a reasonably complete and accurate translation of which is "Our day".
LiarTard extraordinary Mr. Scott Dawson of Farris LLP. We say his representation of Postmedia Network Inc. is defacto serving owner Chatham Asset Management which is serving wicked Trump azzwiper Anthony Melchiorre. Shame youse terds. sdawson@farris.com

Cops, federal agents raid Spokane Hells Angels clubhouse

Spokane cops in SWAT gear and federal agents served a search warrant at the Hells Angels clubhouse on East Sprague. The clubhouse’s metal gate hit the ground, then cops breached the front door using their BearCat armored vehicle. There was a series of loud bangs as cops broke through the building’s other door. Windows of the building were blown out.
The city spent $305k for it's new BearCat armored vehicle.
The Hells Angels have been neighbors of a Motel 7 for 10 years. The group has events occasionally but “it’s usually fairly quiet over there,” the owner said. “I think they just got punched in the mouth a bit.” he said.

Lavish wedding of Kinahan mobster’s moll Morrissey - Johnny Cash

The woman behind a vodka firm said to be a front for an international money laundering ring married her mobster husband in a lavish bash at a Scottish castle. The couple tied the knot at five-star Dundas Castle – spending a fortune on the party, with guests flown in from their home in Marbella, Spain. Nicola Morrissey’s life of luxury homes, designer clothes and expensive cars came crashing down last week when she was thrown into a Spanish prison cell over her links to organized crime. Morrissey, CEO of Nero Drink Company, and Johnny Morrissey, her husband, were arrested in Spain at gun point. Johnny is linked to dozens of murders and is a key figure in the Kinahan Cartel.
Cops say he is known in these circles as 'Johnny Cash' and played a major role in laundering billions over the past 18 months.
In April, Johnny Morrissey was named as a key aide to the Kinahan cartel by authorities in the US, who put up a $5m reward for information leading to their arrest.

Lorenzo 'Fat Cat' Nichols seeks compassionate release

Prosecutors described 'Fat Cat' as the leader a violent gang that, in the 1980s, raked in $100k a week selling drugs in Brooklyn and Queens. Nichols protected his empire with extreme violence that resulted in the deaths of at least four, including a parole officer who sent him back to prison for violation of his parole. He was also tied to the death of NYPD officer Eddie Byrne. Fat Cat was sentenced to 40 years, of which he's served 37. In his plea for release, Nichols says his health is suffering from the stress in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center. He cannot follow a vegan diet, and its causing high blood pressure.
He speaks of his "Glucose and Prostate levels." Brooklyn federal prosecutors filed a lengthy argument as to why "Fat Cat" Nichols deserves not a damn thing.

Raynald Desjardins to be sprung again

Raynald Desjardins will soon be a free man again after qualifying for a second statutory release. The Parole Board of Canada revoked Desjardins’s release last year after he violated conditions, specifically that he keep away from known criminals. Desjardins was a leader in the plot to kill Montreal Mafia leader Salvatore Montagna on Nov. 24, 2011. Desjardins behaved well since being returned behind bars. Authorities noted many cons provided services to the gang boss.

Fox news dork Tucker Carlson speaks at Sonny Barger's funeral

Tucker Swanson McNear Carlson is the son of a media executive who married an heiress to the Swanson frozen dinner empire, attended a private school in Rhode Island and Trinity College, a liberal arts college in Hartford, Connecticut. A brainless, daily advocate of former president Donald Trump, Carlson was described by Politico as "perhaps the highest-profile proponent of 'Trumpism'" In his blue button-down shirt and chinos, he described to the assembled bikers that he (like them) ascribed to Barger's credo: “Stand tall, stay loyal, remain free and always value honor.”
Barger was 83 when he died from throat cancer in June. He joined the Hells Angels in 1957.

Trump judge Cannon slapped down as incompetent by 3 judge appeals court

The appeals court’s opinion was unsparing toward Judge Aileen Cannon. Her court "abused its discretion."
A court panel has granted the DoJ’s request to block aspects of Judge Aileen Cannon’s ruling that delayed a criminal investigation into top secret documents seized from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. The panel ruled that Cannon, a Trump appointee, erred when she prevented federal prosecutors from using the documents as part of a criminal inquiry. “For our part, we cannot discern why Plaintiff would have an individual interest in or need for any of the one-hundred documents with classification markings,”
Trump's 'special master' has also turned out bad for Trump. Judge Raymond Dearie said Trumpers "can't have their cake and eat it too."
The decision came only an hour after arguments, showing the panel had little difficulty reaching a conclusion. Investigation into Trump's theft of state secrets will continue, subject only to his appeal of the decision to the Supreme Court.

Ukraine kicking Putin's ass - update VI

Ukrainian forces are advancing into Kherson. For more than three months, the Ukrainians targeted bridges, railways, supply dumps and command centers in and around Kherson, a strategic Black Sea port anchoring Russian-occupied Kherson Oblast. The Russian 49th Combined Army in Kherson began to buckle but held after the Kremlin rushed reinforcements from the east to the south. That thinned out Russian defenses in eastern Ukraine. Ukrainian defenders have broken through the Russian line of defense in Dudchany and advanced on Beryslav.
Russian forces have retreated from Lyman. This one day after Putin claimed it "for ever" as Russian territory. Its said Russian commanders refused to allow upwards of 5,000 soldiers to leave their hopeless position. They did it anyway.

Lyman is an important logistics hub, anchoring Russian operations in Donetsk.
On the same day Putin announced annexation, his soldiers in the town of Lyman are nearly encircled and could be wiped out to the last man. The region is among four chunks of eastern and southern Ukrainian territory that Putin declared Russian-annexed land. Even senior Russian officals acknowledge Lyman is encircled and surrounding villages have been retaken by Ukraine forces. Several thousand Russian troops are there.

If Russian fighters can't hold this line they will be running away again.
Ukraine now says its forces have retaken over 9,000 sq km (up from 6,000 km2) during a counter-offensive in eastern Ukraine. Russian forces have established a defensive line between the Oskil River and the town of Svatove. It is one of the few resupply routes Russia still controls from the Belgorod region of Russia.
Ukraine has struck over 400 Russian targets with U.S.-supplied HIMARS rocket systems. HIMARS, short for High Mobility Artillery Rocket System, is a five-ton truck that can fire multiple long-range guided rockets. The Pentagon sent a total of 26 advanced mobile launchers — 16 HIMARS and 10 older American-made M270 launchers that Britain and Germany provided. 126 howitzers along with 807,000 rounds of ammunition for them to fire was also provided. Russia's 'shit army' is wilting under the pressure of an endless supply of hugely effective western weapons and motivated fighters. This was the outcome Putin ought to have foreseen. The war in Ukraine now showns that Russia is far less militarily capable as was thought.
