Lets put them together for Mr. Scott Adair, CEO of Hybrid Brand Management. What did this dorkus do? He got himself thrilled past stupid dealing with world famous securities reprobate Mr. Michael Forbes. "We're thrilled to be working with Adastra," said Scott Adair, CEO. Here.
Thrilled - adjective. Feeling or showing great excitement and pleasure; very excited.
The National Post is reporting that Michael Forbes' claim that he holds an MBA from Western University's Ivey Business School is another fraud. The university states he holds no such degree. He attended a 5 day seminar. "Michael Forbes CEO & Director (Bsc. Pharm, MBA)"
"Michael also has his private pilot’s license from Mount Royal Aviation College and was elected to attend the Ivey School of Business for Canada’s Top 40 under 40 in 2017 where he received an honorary MBA." Here.
Michael Forbes is a real estate agent, which explains why he breaks every rule in the securities book. He ought not be running a dog shit collection business. info@adastraholdings.ca
News hit of a potential class action lawsuit against this revolting offense. Here. The reprobate running this scam isn't seeing fit to disclose that material event to public dopes buried in his garbage.
"Michael Forbes and Lisa Marshall were long time broadcasters and for almost 30 years ...”.

"The Forbes Group offers expertise and opportunity in many different corporate realms."
Eighty-One West Law PC (81W), Camp Fiorante Matthews Mogerman LLP (CFM) and Bennett Mounteer LLP (Bennett Mounteer) are investigating potential shareholder claims relating to Adastra Holdings Ltd.
“The laws aren’t there, yet,” Forbes said. “What I can tell you is, I can import (cocaine) from other countries, I can produce it and I can possess it.”
It went straight to the grand poopbah TrulyDough, and, after copious shit hitting fan, boss Michael Forbes saw fit to disclose the truth ... he will never be selling cocaine to Joe Blow. So sad for retards buying this garbage paper for 200 times more than it's 'worth'. Forbey baby thanks you for your support. https://adastraholdings.ca/about/
On the heels of Adastra’s announcement, Sunshine Earth Labs announced that it has also received approval to produce and distribute cocaine, but also MDMA, morphine, opium and diacetylmorphine.
Adastra Labs in Langley, B.C., said Health Canada gave it approval on Feb. 17 for an amendment under its controlled substance dealer’s licence. Decriminalization of up to 2.5 grams of drugs, including cocaine, began in B.C. on Jan. 31. This was part of a plan to combat the overdose crisis that kills 7 people per day.
“We proactively pursued the amendment to our Dealer’s License to include cocaine back in December 2022. We will evaluate how the commercialization of this substance fits in with our business model at Adastra in an effort to position ourselves to support the demand for a safe supply of cocaine.”
Producing and distributing cocaine is not and never was a part of the province’s decriminalization plan. Eby said Health Canada needs to answer to British Columbians.
Guo Wengui, a self-exiled Chinese tycoon with close links to Trump Republicans and the lower mainland, has been indicted on 12 counts relating to a $1bn fraud. Known as Miles Guo and Ho Wan Kwok, Wengui faces 20 years in jail for wire fraud, securities fraud, bank fraud and money laundering. Steve
Bannon was Trump’s campaign chair when he touted Guo as “the Donald Trump of Beijing”. Bannon was aboard Guo’s yacht when he was arrested on fraud charges in August 2020. Once one of China's most wealthy men, Guo fled China in 2014 during an anti-corruption crackdown led by Xi Jinping. Guo founded two purported nonprofit organizations, the Rule of Law Foundation and the Rule of Law Society.
Guo used these shells to solicit money, purportedly to pursue political change in China. He promised huge returns to his suckers. His improper purchases included a $37m yacht, a 50,000 square-foot mansion, a $3.5m Ferrari for Guo’s son, a $62,000 TV, and two $36,000 mattresses. The DoJ seized and is seeking the forfeiture of $634m of Guo’s fraud proceeds from 21 bank accounts.
The activist group New Federal State of China (NFSC) was Guo's creation. It paid actors to protest in front of a lower mainland blogger's home for 72 consecutive days. Shiliang Yin, 33, apologized to political and human rights activist Louis Huang for assaulting him on Nov. 25, 2020, outside the Surrey home of blogger Bingchen Gao. He said he was paid $50k by Guo Wengui.
Cops seized five vehicles, $105k, 27 assault rifles, 18 handguns, six shotguns, a commercial pill press and a commercial mixer for powdered drugs.
Five are busted after search warrants were executed at three residences and a storage locker in Armstrong, Lake Country and Kelowna. The raids returned an arsenal of guns along with drugs and cash.
Cops seized more than 30kg of drugs, including cocaine, methamphetamine, MDMA, fentanyl, and synthetic opioid pills. More than 20 kg is believed to be street level fentanyl.
Naples prosecutors describe Maria Licciardi as a true “madrina” – godmother in the Camorra syndicate.
The crime boss, also known as 'The Monkey', inherited the role from her brother Gennaro when he died in prison. Her blood lust has been more than a match for any male rival. She is said to be responsible for 100 murders. Licciardi has been sentenced to nearly 13 years in jail by an Italian court for leading a Camorra clan founded by her brothers.
Extortion, drug trafficking and the infiltration of public works contracts are traditional sources of revenue for the Camorra.
The clan, based in the Naples suburb of Secondigliano, is part of a larger criminal group known as the Secondigliano Alliance, which controls much of the crime in the Naples area. Licciardi, 71, was arrested in August of 2021 while attempting to travel to Spain to visit her daughter.
She previously served eight years in jail.
Licciardi was one of the victors in a blood feud between clans that left Naples littered with corpses. She has always protested her innocence. “I am a housewife but I have always worked. I have been a shoemaker. I hate drugs and if I see young people taking drugs it makes me feel desperate.”
Licciardi inspired the character of Scianel in the television series Gomorrah.
After six years, cops are still looking for Daniel Tomassetti, the final suspect in a pair of Hamilton mob hits. Tomassetti has been wanted for the shooting of mobster Angelo Musitano and bystander Mila Barberi. Jabril Abdalla ended up being convicted on the lesser charge of participating in a criminal organization. Michael Cudmore fled to Mexico in May 2017. He was whacked there in 2020. Tomassetti also fled to Mexico in January 2018. He hasn't been seen or heard from since.
Tomassetti is wanted for two counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempted murder and three counts of conspiracy to commit murder.
Tomassetti's Interpol red notice states he is five feet, four inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. A $50,000 reward remains outstanding for any information that leads to Tomassetti's arrest or conviction.
Richard Beale, the owner and managing director of Roma Numismatics was arrested in New York in January on multiple charges relating to the sale of an "Ides of March" aureus. It now appears that the coin was sold using false provenance meaning it is a fake. Two genuine ‘Ides of March’ aureus are known.
The fraud story said the coin was discovered hidden away in a private European collection. It is in too mint condition and was falsely described as “the undisputed masterpiece of ancient coinage.” It sold for $4.1m at auction and is worth it's gold content, slightly over $100.
Colombian cops discovered a go-fast boat with 2 dead crew and two others overcome by fumes. The four were moving a huge cocaine shipment when a fault in the fuel system caused the semi-submersible to fill with fumes. The two still alive are expected to survive. The boat was one of three recently seized by the government belonging to the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
Former Hells Angel bikie Benjamin Geppert has landed back behind bars after a bizarre attempt to escape police where he ripped his ankle tracker off, dived into a creek and unsuccessfully tried to steal a boat. The James Bond-style escape was foiled when the former Hells Angels enforcer figured out he needed a key to start the motor of the dinghy.
DumbTard Geppert claimed it was a 'brain snap' that drove him to remove his GPS monitor. Geppert was on parole. He pleaded guilty to wilful damage to corrective services property, being unlawfully at large, and attempting unlawful use of a vessel. He remains caged.
His partner Allaina Jones, (Allaina Vader) flipped out and beat another driver on a Gold Coast traffic island last year. Jones' BMW had swerved around a Honda CRV and crossed into the bike lane. Jones pleaded guilty to six charges including common assault, drug possession and traffic offences. She was sentenced to three months in prison, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay $1000 to the victim.
The deaths of at least 39 high profile Russians shows the bloodstained hands of the Kremlin. Those who have died have done so in odd circumstances, such as sudden suicides, falls, and improbable accidents.
Sergey Grishin died this week from sepsis after criticizing Putin. Russian scientist Andrey Botikov was strangled with a belt in his apartment last week. He too had criticized Putin.
Experts described Putin (Mad Vlad) as running a "modern-day FSB version of Murder Inc." "Anyone seen as a potential threat seems to have an attraction to an open window," said one expert.
Seen in Montérégie, All Boivin is still running. He is now on the list of the ten most wanted criminals in Quebec. The only K9 to get away in Operation Radon is All Boivin, 33, the head of the ring. A dozen were busted.
Boivin is a career offender with a violent criminal past, most notably for assault causing harm and cocaine trafficking. In 2018, Boivin savagely tortured his girlfriend, 21. She was beaten for hours, strangled and sprayed with cayenne pepper. Her head was dunked in water, she was kicked repeatedly and her lip was burned with a cigarette. She spent two weeks in hospital with serious injuries, including laceration of her liver and hundreds of bruises.
Boivin was sentenced to four and a half years in prison in April 2019, but this was overturned in the Court of Appeal due to errors of law. He pleaded guilty in Jan 2021 and avoided another trial.
Cops are asking the public to stay alert and to contact authorities if the wanted 'man' is spotted. Boivin is 6 ft tall and weighs 250 lbs. He has brown hair, blue eyes, and a scar on his left shoulder. He should not be approached.
Cops remind some that helping this animal means one becomes liable to a charge of obstruction of justice.
An attempted multimillion-dollar airport heist in Chile resulted in a shootout that left a robber and an airport security official dead. The botched heist took place at the Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport in the capital of Santiago. Between 10 and 12 robbers attacked as airport workers were moving $32.5m in cash off of a plane. The airport has been targeted in the past. In 2017, an armed group stole $18m, and three years later a similar heist took $15m from an armoured truck.
Provincial police have charged two men after a lengthy fraud investigation into a $300m contract awarded in 2015 for the redevelopment of St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto. Busted are Toronto residents John Aquino and Vasos Georgiou. Aquino, 50, is charged with two counts of fraud over $5,000 and one count of secret commissions.
Georgiou, 58, is charged with two counts of fraud over $5,000, one count of secret commissions, and one count of fraud on the government.
Wild hogs are described in many ways. Deleterious and invasive is the most generous. Latest is 'Trophy Boar' from a bow hunter in Texas. 30 years ago in the Texas Panhandle, there were no wild hogs. Today they are common. Creeks and rivers serve as a swine highway to expand their range. Like a plague of locusts, nocturnal feral hogs destroy crops, they root and destroy manicured golf courses, raid turkey nests, muddy ponds with their excrement, and destroy cattle pastures. Texas has an estimated 2.6 million feral hogs and you can hunt them year round with no bag limit. You are doing a good deed offing the basterds.
Nasty, vicious, super-adaptable, crafty and disease laden. The feral hog's hellish impact on food chains, irrigation, recreation, and land replenishment is well known. Born of escaped domestic hogs and wild boars imported by sport hunters, they are prolific. Beginning at six months of age a sow (sounder) can spit out 12 piglet litters twice a year. The hellions have few, if any, predators tough enough to take them on. In Canada in the 1980s, Russian boars and European hogs landed as seed stock for meat production and controlled hunting. Oikers escaped, went feral and reproduced. Their numbers in Canada aren't clear, but they have exploded in number over the past decade.Their range now spreads over nearly 800,000 sq km, mostly on the Prairies.
Its said the pigs make good eating.
Montana has a 'Squeal on Pigs' program. Citizens are urged to report the swine so they can be dispatched.
A Curtiss P-40 Warhawk was rescued after being buried 50 years ago on a South Pacific Island. 13,738 were produced during WWII. Most famous were the “Flying Tigers.” They were volunteers in service to the Chinese Air Force against the Japanese.
The unit’s 3rd Pursuit Squadron of 10 planes was comprised of Marine Corps aviators. They called themselves the Hell’s Angels.
R.T. Smith
HAMC official history says the name comes from a World War II veteran from the Flying Tigers. Flying Tiger Arvid Olson was a close friend of one of the founders of the Hells Angels.
The "Death’s Head" logo can be traced to two U.S. Army Air Corps patches, the 85th Fighter Squadron and the 552nd Medium Bomber Squadron.
In September 2022, the Italian Tax Police (Guardia di Finanza), visited a couple in Brescia, a man and his wife. They had sent to Slovenia and other Eastern European countries 4.5 million euros as alleged payments of ferrous materials that had never entered Italy. Cops decided to dig in the garden, where they found metal drums full of banknotes for a total of eight million euros. Another three millions euro were found buried in the couple’s cellar. All this money had come from China. “Operazione Via della Seta” (Silk Road) involved hundreds of Tax Police agents for several years.
What they discovered is a bombshell. Evidence was uncovered conclusively proving that the Chinese Communist Party routinely cooperates with criminals — the Italian Mafia, Colombia’s drug cartels, and Russian oligarchs close to Putin — to launder billions. The whole operation has been traced back to those who organized it in Beijing and Shanghai: a pool of banks led by the Bank of China, the fourth largest bank in the world and which is a puppet of the CCP itself. The way of sending money to China and taking a part of it back to Italy (or elsewhere) is extremely complicated, and involves real banks in other countries, including in Switzerland.
Two US citizens kidnapped by drug traffickers were found dead while two others escaped that fate. Officials said it was a case of mistaken identity.
The victims crossed the border into the city of Matamoros in Tamaulipas state for medical reasons. Survivors Latavia Washington McGee and Eric James Williams were returned to the United States. One suffered a gunshot wound to the leg and the other was unharmed. The US State Department advises against travel to Tamaulipas due to dangers including "gun battles, murder, armed robbery, carjacking, kidnapping, forced disappearances, extortion, and sexual assault."
A leaked internal assessment revealed that the Perth Mint might be forced to repatriate $9 b worth of gold bars after masking the sale of diluted or ‘doped’ gold bullion to China. Gold bars can never be made 100 per cent pure, so there will always be some other material that makes up bullion. The industry standard is for bars to be 99.99 per cent gold, known as 'four nines' gold. Refiners keep their gold as close to 99.99 per cent as possible – because any gold over that threshold isn't paid for by the customer. The mint's processes produced 99.996 per cent pure gold, meaning about 0.006 per cent of each bar was "giveaway", so to reduce that amount, silver was added to the mint's bars. The Western Australia government-owned mint started doping its gold in 2018.
The mint saved $600k per year as a result of its doping scheme. In September 2021, the doping scheme started to unravel. Two bars violated Shanghai Gold Exchange’s requirements and included excessive silver. Up to 100 tonnes of gold supplied to the Shanghai Gold Exchange (SGE) didn't meet Shanghai’s exact purity criteria for silver content.
It wasn’t just one faulty batch, it was the majority of the gold bars produced throughout the course of the three-year doping scheme.
The mint tried to keep this knowledge from China. The Perth Mint stopped its gold doping program the moment the failed assay was detected.
Included in the haul was a 217-year-old bottle of Château d’Yquem worth €350k.
A court in Spain has sentenced two people to 54 months in prison after the theft of €1.6m worth of wine from a high-end restaurant in a heist that made headlines around the world. Owners of Atrio hotel and restaurant in the city of Cáceres sounded the alarm after discovering 45 bottles of wine missing.
Nine months later, a former Mexican beauty pageant contestant and a Romanian-Dutch man were arrested in Croatia. The wines are gone. Priscila Lara Guevara and Constantín Dumitru were sentenced to four and a half years in prison.
