Daniel Dubajic sets record for bust by TO cops - Update

Daniel Dubajic reveals through Facebook he is an anti-semite and white supremacist. “They (Jews) think they are the chosen ones. They believe they are entitled to rule the world. That’s no conspiracy. That’s common sense.” In another comment he stated, “Hitler was also voted man of the year for the world. Look it up. Maybe even twice.” Dubajic last appeared January.

Daniel Dubajic, 45, is facing 78 charges after police recovered more than $18m in drugs and 65 firearms at his apartment last month - the biggest single-day seizure in Toronto cop history. Cops seized 106kg of cocaine, 61kg of meth, 5kg of fentanyl, 9kg of MDMA, 65 firearms, including 57 handguns and eight long-barreled and semi-automatic guns, more than 15,000 rounds of ammunition, and several high-capacity and extended ammunition magazines.

Cops were tipped off to drug trafficking. They had no clue they were dealing with weapons trafficking as well in the historic bust.

The huge operation was based in a residential neighbourhood near Parklawn and Berry roads in Etobicoke.

Victor Rivera - Nobody Tells Daddy No - update II

Victor Rivera was arrested on federal charges that he pocketed hundreds of thousands in kickbacks from contractors of his organization.

Victor Rivera is head of one of the largest homeless shelter operators in New York. He has been accused of sexual assault or sexual harassment by at least 10 women. Five were targeted in his shelters and two were given payments exceeding $175k to ensure their silence. Victor Rivera was fired. New York has launched a probe and the district attorney is said to be investigating criminal charges.

More than 80,000 people in New York City are homeless.

Rivera's organization, the Bronx Parent Housing Network, has received more than $274m from the city to run homeless shelters and provide services since 2017. “I know what it is to be hungry. I know what it is to be homeless and I know what it is to be judged in the greatest city in the world,” Victor Rivera once spewed.

Victor Rivera owns two homes, including a $780k house in Stony Point, N.Y. with a heated swimming pool. He drives a new BMW, provided to him by his 'non-profit' organization. “I have never wanted anything more than to give back to this city and help the many people who need it,” Rivera said, “because I was once one of those people.”

Spanish cops nail Madrid drug ring

The drug gang based its operations out of Madrid and the Málaga resort town of Marbella. It was led by Moroccan Said Al Moui and his two brothers, Mohamed Al Moui and Moustafa Al Moui. Police seized 600 kg of cocaine and arrested 12. Cops also seized 20 vehicles, including a Ferrari worth $298,000 and a Mercedes GL V8 valued at $188,000.

Over $1m in cash was seized.

Massive weapons bust

Cops from the OPP, RCMP and several municipal forces searched 11 properties as part of Project Weaver, an investigation into firearms and drug trafficking. Among the seized items were 31 firearms, 81 grenades, 2 grenade launchers, 10 kg of cocaine, an Outlaws MC cut, eight vehicles and $130k in cash.

Two Outlaws MC members are among the 10 people charged. Ryan 'Big Red' Daigneault faces a dozen drug and weapons charges.

ex-RCMP Brian Burkett some piece of work

Ex-RCMP Brian Burkett is facing allegations of breach of trust and sexual harassment from multiple women. He has worked at six detachments across B.C. between 2007 and 2017. There are four civil lawsuits against the former pig and seven criminal counts of breach of trust for pursuing sexual relationships with women in connection with his duties as a cop. “The system is not set up to protect us; in fact, the system is set up to protect RCMP officers,” says a woman.

“The system is designed to exhaust us and really to encourage us to not speak up. It is a silencing system.”

None of the many allegations have been proven. Burkett has not filed responses to the civil claims. BC Prosecution Service confirms Burkett intends to enter a plea on June 2.

3 cops sentenced in FBI cartel sting

Three more ex-South Carolina cops have been sentenced to federal prison following an FBI operation in which agents posed as Mexican drug cartel members. Carolyn Colter Franklin, 64, Allan Hunter, 52, and Nathaniel Miller Shazier III, 29, were nailed on charges of conspiracy.

The City of Orangeburg agreed to pay $750k in 2020 to a man who sued over being jailed for more than four months on charges that he hit a cop, even though a police supervisor said it wasn't true.

The dirty cops thought they were protecting drug dealers. FBI wiretaps and videos showed the cops agreeing to use patrol cars in uniform and accept payment to "guard" fake drug shipments. Franklin pulled 61 months in federal prison, Hunter 63 months, and Shazier 46 months.

Cocaine Bear

The story from 1985 reads, "A 175-pound black bear apparently died of an overdose of cocaine after discovering a batch of the drug, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said today. The cocaine was apparently dropped from a plane piloted by Andrew Thornton, a convicted drug smuggler who died Sept. 11 in Knoxville, Tenn., because he was carrying too heavy a load while parachuting. The bear was found Friday in northern Georgia among 40 opened plastic containers with traces of cocaine."

The bear was stuffed and put on display at the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area in Georgia.

A medical examiner conducted an narcolepsy on the bear and found problems expected from a massive cocaine overdose: cerebral hemorrhaging, respiratory failure, hyperthermia, renal failure, stroke and heart failure. The cocaine in question fell from the sky. A dead parachutist, Andrew Thornton was found in the front yard of a Knoxville home on Sept. 11, 1985, surrounded by cocaine.

At one point the bear was stolen. It later resurfaced among Waylon Jennings's collection of preserved animals in Las Vegas.

Adam Jeffrey Strong - Guilty

Adam Jeffrey Strong, 48, was convicted of first-degree murder in the slaying of Rori Hache, 18, and manslaughter in the murder of Kandis Fitzpatrick, 19.

The murders were sexually motivated.

Strong told cops at the scene: “OK, you got me, the gig’s up, it’s a body. If you want to recover the rest of her, it’s in my freezer.” Cops were said to have DNA evidence of his guilt.

Rori Hache, 18, was pregnant when she died.

Kandis Fitzpatrick was last seen in 2008 in Oshawa.

Rori Hache’s grandfather is Bernie Guindon, boss of Satan’s Choice MC and a one-time member of the Hells Angels. Guindon is and was a respected old school biker - he named his son Harley Davidson Guindon.

Nick Martin, Rebels bikie boss whacked - sniper

Perth cops have arrested a man overnight in connection with the assassination of former Rebels bikie boss Nick Martin. He is a former soldier.

Bikie boss Nick Martin was laid to rest. A single sniper gunshot killed him.

WA police have launched a taskforce and raided the clubhouses of rival bikie gangs after senior Rebels bikie Nick Martin was shot dead at a Perth drag racing event. The brazen public slaying has sparked fears of a gang war. WA cops have launched operation Rovello, a taskforce comprising more than 100 cops including gang squad and homicide detectives. “We’re taking the fight back to the gangs in Western Australia,” WA Police Assistant Commissioner Brad Royce told reporters.

Rebels boss Nick Martin, 50, has been gunned down at a family drag racing event in Perth. He was shot in front of horrified families before dying at the scene. A five-year-old boy, who was sitting on his parent's lap nearby, was injured. Martin was involved in a brawl with a Hells Angels bikie in Scarborough, on November 24.

There are now fears of an all out bikie war. Martin was a well known identity in the Perth underworld and had survived a series of attacks.

Instafamous model busted for drugs

Instagram model Mary Molloy, 25, and her ex-boyfriend were busted over their drug-trafficking ring. Court was told the happy couple broke up weeks after the bust. The arrests are linked to a raid in Brisbane when 24,000 ecstasy pills were found.

The fortunate Molloy walked after getting herself pregnant.

Martin van de Pol whacked - HA killer

Martin van de Pol was shot in the head.

Martin van de Pol, 56, was well-known in the NL underworld. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison for shooting of a Hells Angel and 3 prospects in a sex club in Haarlem in 2000.

Van de Pol was one of two men convicted in the shooting. Revenge was promised.

Riot police clashed with Ajax fans. Nov 27, 2018.

Martin was shot dead in front of his daughter,7, in a schoolyard. The criminal was an influential figure within the hard core of Ajax fc hooligans.

Miguel Hadad Facusseh

Mexican Miguel Hadad Facusseh, 37, is accused of being a leading part of a transnational network moving tens of millions of Colombian cocaine to Mexico, where it was smuggled into the U.S. One of the cocaine plots organized by Hadad ended in a fireball when the Colombian air force intercepted a plane in 2017, forced it to the ground and strafing it with machine gun fire.

He was sent to California on Jan. 27. Trial for him and a score of others is in October.
