Troika Developments - Canco Petroleum and Renee Merrifield - update III

Trioka is teamed up with Sussex Retirement Living. The goal is woodframe shitboxes for old folks. The latest is 'Valley Road' at 728 Valley Road. Its a 6-storey 175-unit senior's shitbox.
The apparently legitimate Sussex must have no clue its builder is catering to Sinaloa Cartel capital via Canco Petroleum. If they did, they would find another builder. CC provisions on terrorist financing is frightenly broad.
News on March 26, 2025 was about a 160 unit woodframe shitbox breaking ground at 1881 Barlee Road in Kelowna. Ex-Liberal politico of failed ambitions Renee Merrifield is talking head. Parmjeet Singh Sehgal and the KTF's Canco Petroleum is providing the designated terrorist Sinaloa Cartel capital. With Cartel money behind them, they are pretendians, insultingly referring to 'tribe'.
There were multiple problems with Troika by late 2020. These included missed deadlines, unfinished work, unhappy clients, and unpaid trades. Those problems were gone by 2022 with arrival of drug money.

Renee Merrifield (renee@troikagroup.ca)
Renee Merrifield was a politico on Canco's arrival. Carlos Alentejano is COO and Merrifield's husband. His balls must be in her purse. There is much evidence of nepotism. Scores of employees are children of principals. The Co is not established and large enough for major projects. They were sub-contractors, not a developer. Renee Merrifield, Troika CEO, spewed "the development is part of the company’s commitment to helping solve B.C.’s and Canada’s housing crisis." (info@troikagroup.ca)
Shitbox numbers are 17 studios, 111 one-bedroom, and 32 two-bedroom. No parking and major reduction of setback was rubber stamped by a compliant City hall. Kelowna mayor Tom Dyas and sidekick Mohini Singh were all smiles, again. This wood box complex might be good for illegal Punjabi students working in Canco scam call centers.

Former gas jockey Parmjeet Sehgal (parmjeet@cancopetroleum.ca)
In February the Co completed a $900k renovation project at the Canco head office for partner Parmjeet Singh Sehgal, paid for with Sinaloa Cartel drug money.

Mobland - Brad Hunter

Journalist Brad Hunter has penned a compelling story for the Toronto Sun. "Lax sentencing, little oversight, and a government that has either been a) hopelessly naive; b) stupid; c) cynically playing for ethnic votes; or d) all of the above."

"Canada has become a hub for global money laundering with between $45 billion and $113 billion per year washed through real estate, the big banks, crypto and casinos. And that cash funds enterprises such as the production and peddling of fentanyl and other crimes."
Hunter points out why Canada is so popular with crooks. It’s a low-risk, high-reward jurisdiction with lax enforcement and an indifferent government. Lax oversight of Canadian banks, real estate, financial services, and most important of all lawyers, has been a windfall for money laundering.

Prabtaj Singh Sandher's LinkedIn - Lakepoint Capital - update II

Some say Can X Global Solutions is among the group of dirty Khalistani 'consultants' providing call center labour for the BC Hydro scam. Having both a Canco Petroleum connect AND an interest by Prabtaj Singh Sandher seals the deal. Main man at Can X Global Solutions is Anuj Sengar. anuj@canximmigration.com,

aman@canximmigration.com, manpreet.sandhu@canximmigration.com, anmol@canximmigration.com, aditya.kochhar@canximmigration.com

The Sandher's boys arrogance knows no limit. Despite their primary business being the production of fentanyl and meth, and everyone knowing it, they figure their brown poop doesn't stink at all. Top level drug producers advertising their business is amazing, even from the widgie Sandher girls.
Prabtaj Singh Sandher is concerned with 3 things. First is greased MLA Gavin Dew of B.C. Conservative, the KTF call center scammers Canco Petroleum, and a new entry to the Sandher crime network, Lakepoint Capital.

Canco Petroleum

Jatinder Singh Nijjar

Ravinder Singh Nijjar
Canco Petroleum is owned by Parmjeet Singh Sehgal, Ravinder Singh Nijjar, and Jatinder Singh Nijjar. The Nijjars are brothers to slain Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar. He was executed 18 June 2023 in Surrey by thugs tasked by Lawrence Bishnoi.
Hardeep Singh Nijjar
Parmjeet Singh Sehgal and Ravinder Singh Nijjar were gas jockeys in 2010 when they bought a c-gas site in Kamloops. Canco Petroleum launched in 2016 with a single location.
Canco Petroleum exploded in 2020 after moving its head office to Kelowna. By 2023 there were 100 Canco branded sites in Canada. Canco Petroleum now owns and operates some 160 claimed gas station, convenience store, liquor, and quick service restaurant locations. Most are owned. Their expansion was fueled by laundering vast sums of drug money from the Sinaloa Cartel.

Funding was no problem for Canco and independents sold at inflated prices. In the span of 7 years, Canco’s growth pushed it into Ontario.
KTF financier Bir Singh Sandher's lawyer Robert Tonsoo (rtonsoo@bensonlawllp.com) of Benson Law LLP is closely connected to Canco Petroleum and has been from its inception.

Navjit Khun Khun went to Bond University in Australia for a law degree. She worked at Benson Law before becoming in-house counsel for Canco Petroleum.

navjit.khunkhun@cancopetroleum.ca
Navjit Khun Khun is a member of Khalsa Aid International. After articling at Benson Law, she took her oath from Robert Tonsoo at the Guru Amar Dass Durbar Gurdwara in Rutland.
She is the boss of the Uptown Rutland Business Association and promises to keep drugs out of Rutland.
Canco has deals with Chester’s Chicken and Tim Hortons. Tim Hortons is owned by Restaurant Brands International Inc., one of the world's largest QSR companies. RBI boasts $40b in annual sales from 30,000 outlets in 100 countries.

Chester's is a quick-serve restaurant (QSR) with 1,200 locations, virtually all in the U.S.
Part of the Khalistani Canco Petroleum operation is propane. Brian and Dianne Chadwick of Summerland started A&A Propane Delivey Service in 1993. In 2021 they got an offer they could not possibly refuse and retired with a large bag of loot. Canco Propane drivers are now Punjabi.
Canco celebrated a grand opening in Sparwood on September 13, 2024. Canco regional manager Smile Seth attended with brothers Aman Singh and Raj Singh, and Ganeev Kaur. Seth immigrated to Canada from Punjab in 2016 and worked at Canco as a cashier. He said other Punjabi should have the same opportunities. "We want to employ immigrants." There is no word on jobs for Canadians.

The recent designation of the Sinaloa Cartel as a terrorist organization in both the U.S. and Canada is a VERY serious threat to the Khalistani. (parmjeet@cancopetroleum.ca)
During 2023 new openings were a monthly event. The steamroller that was Canco Petroleum stalled by early 2024. The bottomless pit of money from the Sinaloa Cartel must have petered out. There are conflicting numbers. 160 Canco stores may actually be less than 120. The implosion of the Sinaloa Cartel means less drug funds going into gas stations, golf courses, and orchards. The tide may turn to redemptions of cartel capital. If the Khalistani can't pay it back they stand to be in life threatening jeopardy.
