It's fall 2024, and the Sandhers were nailed again for illegally dumping their plant waste into a Kelowna ditch.

A meeting was arranged between Gurtaj Sandher, mayor Dyas, and Mohini Singh. The meeting was on the Sandher's new $1m Regal 42 FXO yacht. The cost to the Sandhers for their City of Kelowna permit to dump plant waste into a manhole was a one-time fee of $100.

The Sandher yacht was moored at Kelowna Yacht Club and that meeting was being watched. Dyas announced taxpayers would support Sandhers with their 7+ years of dumping illegally into a Kelowna ditch. After being elected, Dyas increased salaries 35% and punished those who objected. Dyas stole an instant 15% pay hike to over $145k per year.

There's another issue important to the Sandhers and that's approval of the Denciti 'Kelowna Springs' development. The council vote on that is approaching, and despite getting elected promising to halt Kelowna Springs, it's expected Dyas will give his full support to that steal too. mayorandcouncil@kelowna.ca

Nothing has come from the legal threat of Jason Yamashita and B.C. Government employees union boss Paul Finch. The BCGEU is paying all the legal costs of corrupt union members Dave Birchmore, Brandon Jacobsen and Ken Owens. They took grease from fentanyl producer Bir Singh Sandher to ignore his $11m fentanyl lab buried on Black Mountain.

Cops uncovered a 'credible threat' against the life of Dave Birchmore. One group's interests are advanced with Dave Birchmore's premature demise, and that is Bir Singh Sandher and his Sinaloa Cartel. On September 25, 2024 we told Bir Singh Sandher's dirty Fasken lawyer Daniel Byma that Dave Birchmore was a cooperating witness. That was a lie. He is not the informer. Daniel Byma ratted Dave Birchmore out to terrorist Bir Singh Sandher, putting his life in jeopardy. The reason top level ALC civil servant Dave Birchmore provided an affidavit to Byma to support the Sandher lawsuit is because he fears for his worthless life. Here  A deliberate conflict of interest is the least of Dave Birchmore's concerns.

Birchmore can name names, and that is dangerous knowledge when those top criminal names are facing serious jail time.

Conservation officer Ken Owens was busted cold receiving $50k for quashing the ALC investigation into Black Mountain. Fintrac flagged a crypto cash out sent from a Sami El-Helou bitcoin wallet at the bank account of Ken Owens at RBC in August 2024. Cash went to Brandon Jacobsen of the ALC, and MLA Gavin Dew of Conservative B.C. gavin.dew.mla@leg.bc.ca

A fraudulent ALC report was produced for the Sandher crime family June 6, 2024 stating an inspection occurred at 4502 Pyman Road on Black Mountain and the illegal activity there was compliant.

In late 2020, 4502 Pyman Road sold for about $18m. Bank of Montreal financed the Sandhers 1,516 acre, 11-titled property on an inter alia mortgage. An inter alia is a mortgage secured by more than one property. A single mortgage document is executed and registered against each property that is used as security. Called a blanket mortgage, it is rare in Canada. Bir Singh Sandher's brother Sukhdev Singh Sandher also operates under an inter alia BMO mortgage. Construction of the reinforced concrete drug lab bunker started without permits or approvals in spring 2021 and ended in late fall. Cherries have never been grown on the 1,300m mountainside range land. Temperature decreases by 6.5° C for every 1,000 meters gained in altitude. Few if any cherries are grown above 1,000 meters in the Okanagan. The ground falls under the RDCO and ALC. Bribes flowed to Dave Birchmore, Brandon Jacobsen and Ken Owens. MLA Gavin Dew is also corrupt.

sntsk'il'ntən - Black Mountain Regional Park isn't far from the Sandher bunker entrance. Hikers best not get lost. The area around the bunker entrance is under 24/7 surveilance. The Sandhers call their drug lab bunker a 'water treatment cistern'. Map coordinates for the bunker entrance are 49°52'9.21"N, 119°17'15.67"W.

Prior to its sale to the Sandhers, the route along Pyman Road was a hiking trail to the top of Black Mountain. Citizens are advised to avoid the area.

The Falkland drug lab was visited by Sinaloa boss Edgar Watson, and KTF brass including Bir Sandher, Gurjit Jhajj and interim KTF boss Arsh Dalla before commissioning. Gurtaj Singh Sandher was at the lab.

Sami El-Helou handled payment for the purchase of precursors. Those came through HAMC and the Pigpuncher at DeltaPort.

The drug/weapons bunker on Black Mountain has completed commissioning phase and is operational. Equipment is state of the art. Sandhers have purchased gas chromatographs, a mass spectrometer, HPLC equipment, and a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer. Over $3m has gone into equipment for the production of meth, fentanyl, MDMA and methylphosphonyl difluoride. (sarin)

The Sandhers have stockpiled weapons, including 81mm mortars and RPG's at the Pyman Road lab on Black Mountain. Near the illegal lagoon filled with stolen crown water, the Sandhers installed a $100k, 3 phase, 4160 volt, 500KvA electrical system.That's overkill for running irrigation pumps, which run on 600/347 Y connected 3 phase. 4160 is best because cables run a long way underground without voltage drop to the electrical room in the bunker. A 3 tap transformer: 600/347, 480/277, and 208/120 runs industrial scale lab process equipment.

The concrete bunker cost $8m. The buried structure is 100m SE of the entrance and is 50m long, 22m wide, and 10m in height. Entrance to the Sandher lab on Pyman Road is clear. Google maps shows a black rectangle, and that is the entrance.

The bunker is made of reinforced concrete with 2 support columns in the center. It was built below grade and buried. There is a ramp/tunnel going into it from another small building 100m away.

Construction took over 7 months. Total cost is $11m. Add land cost (covered by BMO) and the total is $29m. Building, for perspective, is about 1,000 sq m. Sandher's concrete bunker is 1,100 sq m.

The Sandhers have buried the equivilent of 140, 40' shipping containers. (11,000 m³/76.3m³)
