The 2 year anniversary of the execution of Donald Lyons passed in June 2026. Cops know precisely who killed Donny Lyons. Will the Sandher brothers ever face justice? Probably not from the state. As far as the HAMC goes, revenge is never off the table with them. Both brothers best retain their executive protection forever.
Hells Angels associate Donald Bryce Lyons, 51, was gunned down in his Princeton driveway on June 15, 2024. Lyons was no choirboy. He was a major gangster, one of the founders of the Independent Soldiers. Donny Lyons spent his entire adult life doing crimes. Lester Jones, the out bad thief VP of the Kelowna Hells Angels, was a close friend.
Lyons was shot down like a dog by his partners the Wedding/Sandhers/Sinaloa Cartel, and that was a fate he may have deserved. Donald Bryce Lyons' story is notable for the fact that those he trusted eliminated him, common for those in his line of work. Gangsters always need to fear those closest to them. Lyons trusted the Sandhers boys and that was a fatal mistake.
When Lyons was murdered he was a major player in production of synthetic drugs meth, fentanyl, MDMA. There is compelling circumstantial evidence in Lyons' murder. Gurtaj Singh Sandher and Prabtaj Singh Sandher executed Lyons.
Prabtaj Singh Sandher was likely the man who pulled the trigger to make his bones with the Sinaloa Cartel. Circumstantial evidence won't convince a judge of their guilt.
Donald Lyons was murdered because he was competition in the synthetic drug lab business. The Sandher's massive new lab on Black Mountain was nearing operation. Lyons was eliminated by his partners, and orders came from the highest levels. The decision to eliminate Donnie Lyons was arrived at by Cartel boss Edgar Watson and Sami El-Helou.

The decision to whack Donnie Lyons was an extremely bad one. Murdering your partners may be fine in Sinaloa Mexico but its frowned upon in Canada.

His killers have seen 6 labs and the storage facility in Enderby get busted, and nobody in gangland wants anything more to do with them.
The Sandhers, Donny Lyons and to a lesser degree Dale Habib were in partnership in the synthetic drug business and that business was booming. The huge load of meth precursors found in Enderby and lassoed by cops belonged to them. RCMP raided a rural property in September 2024 and seized over 30,000 kg of precursor chemicals. A truck registered to Lyons was on the property. The precursors fed multiple labs, including the Falkland lab, which was busted in October 2024.
The Langley fentanyl lab was also busted in October 2024. The Spallumcheen lab was nailed in Feb 2025. 3 fentanyl labs in the Lower Mainland busted spring 2026 also belonged to the Sandhers. Precursors were acquired by Sami El-Helou's Brightway and came through DeltaPort via the HAMC's Ricco the Pig Puncher.
Sami El-Helou's Brightway was the conduit for precursors. P2P meth is manufactured with phenyl-2-propanone (phenylacetone). Purity is above 90% and it is cheap to produce. This was the first time it was found in Western Canada. Other reagents in meth production include hypophosphorous acid, iodine, sulfuric acid and red and white phosphorus. For every kilo of meth, 5 to 7 kilos of toxic waste is produced. For every kilo of fentanyl, up to 15 kilos of toxic waste is produced.
Donny Lyons must be laughing in the afterlife. For all of the dark plots of the Sinaloa Cartel, his murder was the beginning of major busts for their drug operation.

Lyons was close to Wolfpack gangster Sukhvir Singh Deo, who was fatally shot in Toronto in 2016. He was also close to Hells Angel Larry Amero, an original Wolfpack member. Amero is serving an 18-year sentence. Lyons survived over 25 years in gangland. He had a very long history with police. Lyons was once a member of the defunct HAMC puppet club The Kingpins in Kelowna run by Dale Habib.
The Sandhers were also involved with the Habibs and have close ties with them.
Former Kelowna president Damiano Dipopolo and vice-president Lester Jones were kicked out of the HAMC in bad standing for pilfering club funds in fall of 2023. Out in Bad Standing is a term for banishment when a member is expelled from an OMG. The HAMC blew $3.1m attempting to save its clubhouses in B.C. A significant cut was removed by the pair of garbage-low bikers, and that's the reason they were kicked out in bad standing. They are thieves against their brothers. Violating a core principal means both men may be attacked on sight by other HAMC. It is fundamental betrayal of biker code of conduct.

That member violated universal MC protocol. That member went against the word of the club in his actions. That member was a Sex Offender. (Child molester) That member was working with/for/in assistance with Police. That member was a thief. That member committed violent acts on another Member or associate without cause. That member committed violent acts on a member of the public unjustly and severely. That member is a drug addict. The vote to expell a member must be unanimous. If a HAMC member was a police rat he will virtually certainly be killed. In some cases a member out in bad is to be attacked on sight. In all cases members must not and will not associate with a member out in bad.
Digstown Clothing went up in flames at 2:00am in Feb 2007. RCMP released video of a man with a limp caught on camera at the back of the business before the blaze. A 'person of interest' came forward after the video aired. Dipopolo has bad knees.
Dipopolo collected $54k in insurance proceeds from the blaze. "It is totally suspicious because of the intensity of the fire and the time frame. We know it was an accelerated fire," said Kelowna Fire Chief Rene Blanleil. No charges were ever laid.
Damiano Dipopolo is out of the HAMC in bad because he is a thief and stole club funds. Dipopolo regularly brought bad press to the club. The number of criminals busted under his never convicted watch can't be counted. Damiano Dipopolo often bragged of being arrested, and released without charge, 8 times. Founding member's Dipopolo fall from grace began after losing the Kelowna presidency to Richard Goldammer in 2022. He accumulated great wealth while being the top crime boss in the city for 20 years.

When criminal operations came crashing down there was always one man walking away fully intact. The career criminal abused the Supreme Court with 1% lies to silence bloggers. His lawyer was Suzan El-Khatib, who now works for the Vancouver Canucks.
The out bad biker now has ex top Calgary gang cop Sat Parhar making his threats for him. There is no confirming word that Damiano Dipopolo was a cop asset for over 2 decades. We say he best be watching his back. Even the HAMC has no use for Damiano Dipopolo and all it takes is one ratted out criminal to even the score.
Damiano Dipopolo used DeCotiis family money approaching $1m to expand the HAMC into Kelowna. Brandon Vito Hughes was a grandson of the patriarch of the Decotiis clan, and a key player in a bitter family feud. In February 2003, Paolo De Cotiis approached Brandon Hughes at a nightclub on Granville and threatened "to get" him and his family. Brandon Vito Hughes killers were waiting for him on July 23, 2009. After coming home from Vancouver's Celebration of Light fireworks, Hughes was gunned down outside his North Vancouver home. Giulo DeCotiis and Paolo DeCotiis were introduced to Rocco Dipopolo and Damiano Dipopolo through architect Oberto Oberti. The Dipopolos found their assassin through their connections with the Rizzuto Crime family - Luigi Salvatore Pasquale. Pasquale had an accomplice.
2 days after the murder of Hughes, Pasquale fled to Italy, where he lived in the vicinity of Palermo. In 2011, extradition proceedings were initiated to bring Pasquale to face trial in Canada for the murder of Brandon Vito Hughes.

Cops had strong fingerprint evidence against the killer. Pasquale was murdered in November 2011 outside a villa near Palermo.

The Kelowna Hells Angels clubhouse at 837 Ellis Street was sold to the City in December 2024 and was torn down in March, 2025.
Surrey slumlord Amit Chopra reached out to Kelowna mayoral candidate David Habib to help remove tenants from a drug house in 2022. Habib's solution was simple, board the property up with the druggies inside. “I’ve always been as I like to say, ‘in your corner,’” said Habib.
In Sept 2013 a truck exploded in the driveway of a home in Kelowna as the result of a bomb. The truck didn't just catch fire, it exploded in the middle of the residential neighbourhood in the middle of the night.
The resulting fireball destroyed the vehicle and was labelled 'suspicious' by fire crews and the RCMP.
Cops dealt with 3 bomb cases that year, including when one blew up a truck owned by David Habib.
David Joseph Habib. His brother, Dale, was president of the Kingpin Crew, a disbanded puppet club of the Hells Angels. It folded in 2013 on orders of the HAMC.
Kevin Van Kalkeren bought 16 years for trafficking.
The Kingpin Crew sold drugs from Habib's 'Liquid Zoo' nightclub for many, many years, including mountains of cocaine from major operator Kevin Van Kalkeren. At some point Dale Habib and the Kingpin crew lost the support of the Hells Angels. David Habib tried to sell the club and building to a numbered company. A Liquor Control Branch investigation found that one of the new owners was Hells Angel President Damiano Dipopolo. The Branch refused to transfer the liquor license and the sale was unwound.
The nightclub's license was returned in late 2011 and Habib reopened on January 9, 2012 with a special anti-gang condition. 3 days later, cops did a walk through of the club and saw a known gangster/drug dealer wearing a cap with the gang’s insignia on it.

Habib said that while he had heard of the Kingpin Crew and knew they were a motorcycle group, he didn't think they were a criminal gang.

Donny Lyons was a member of the Kingpin Crew and was very close to VP Lester Jones. Both Damiano Dipopolo and Jones were kicked out in bad from the HAMC for stealing club funds. They stole from the collection trying to save 3 HA clubhouses in B.C. from forfeiture. Upwards of $3m was raised and a good slice of that was stolen by the 2 garbage low bikers. The Kelowna clubhouse was purchased by the city and was leveled.
