HA Courtney Vasseur ordered extradited - 20 years on table

A B.C. judge has approved the extradition of Courtney Vasseur and Curtis Lehner. The Minister of Justice will decide if they should be surrendered to the US. Barring appeals the boys are good and screwed now.
Lawyer Teresa Mitchell-Banks said allegations against her client Courtney Vasseur, 42, were a house of cards. Her arguments likely won't fly far because extradition proceedings means it isn't the B.C. court's role to assess evidence.
Courtney 'Court' Vasseur is from the Nomads chapter of the Hells Angels.
Vasseur was busted along with Curtis Lehner and seven others. HERE Vasseur faces US charges of fraud, conspiracy and money laundering. The biker had a hand in 9 pump and dumps over 2 years and is looking at 20 years in a Federal US pen. “Through their pump and dump schemes, Lehner, Vasseur ... and their co-conspirators generated at least approximately $35m in proceeds from the sale of the shares they secretly controlled.” The 10 hail from Canada, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Spain, Monaco, Turkey and the Bahamas. The SEC is suing David Sidoo, and seven others, accusing them of pump and dump schemes to defraud investors of US $145m.
Vasseur used aliases 'Cyrill Vetsch' and 'Arctic Shark.' HERE Vasseur formerly worked for Aggressive Roadbuilders, a Langley company that went under in 2008 after Matthew Brooks and Kirk Roberts defrauded Scotiabank of $6m.

Nicholas David Carroll a chip off old block - revisited

In 2020 Nicholas David Carroll laughably attempted to claim self-defense in his attack on a barmaid on August 9, 2019. A drunk Carroll decided he was owed free drinks, which he was carrying when he brutally kicked the 95 pound woman. Carroll earned 22 months, and after time in custody was out in months. Carroll is the son of famous Hells Angel David "Wolf" Carroll. Carroll has a long criminal past as the judge noted he was 30 years old and his file 39 pages. He was described as "not very tolerant. Open to frustrations, impulsive”.
At 73 years of age, Nova Scotian-born David MacDonald Carroll has been on the lam since 2001. Carroll was indicted in a Quebec court for drugs, racketeering and murder with his boss and close friend Maurice 'Mom' Boucher. Although he hasn't been spotted for years, he remains one of Canada's most wanted men.

Trump thanks rat Sammy 'the Bull' Gravano for support

In a post on Truth Social, Trump shared an old interview with the former Gambino mobster. “Forget about Trump,” the rat said, “he’s a legitimate guy.” “I hope Judges Engoron and Kaplan see this,” Trump wrote, naming the justices presiding over two of his ongoing lawsuits. “We need fairness, strength and honesty in our New York Courts. We don’t have it now!”

Gravano emerged to offer his take on wiretaps between John Gotti and Frank 'Frankie Loc' LoCascio before the hit on Gambino mobster Louie DiBono.
A judge scoffed at Gravano's claims in slapping down Frank 'Frankie Loc' LoCascio’s bid for freedom in 2023, noting Gravano was an unlikely source of salvation for any Mafioso. “(Gravano) was condemned as a rat and marked for death ... he was vilified in the harshest terms as a liar and every conceivable variation of that word.” The ex-underboss, rat and admitted killer of 19 is a poor choice for character witness, even a criminal like Trump.
Gravano insisted Frankie Loc “had no role” in the Gotti ordered 1990 hit.
