We oppose Mr. MacAskill’s application being brought at this time on the basis that his prior application to dismiss the action under the Protection of Public Participation Act (“PPPA”) remains outstanding. That act prohibits any steps being taken in the proceeding other than injunctive relief. We previously sought Mr. MacAskill’s consent to dismiss his PPPA application, but he refused despite taking the position it was abandoned. The application was argued in January and February and Justice Gibb-Carsley reserved. It is our further position that Mr. MacAskill should not be permitted to bring any further applications in this matter until he appears, either voluntarily or by way of execution of a bench warrant. The contempt application and request for a bench warrant was also part of the application before Justice Gibb-Carsley in January and February. We say that Mr. MasAskill should not be permitted to avail himself of any step in the litigation process until such time as he complies with the Rules and orders of the Court, and his contempt has been addressed. Naturally (very), we responded. "Justice Gibb-Carsley may determine what is, and what is not, appropriate at this appearance. It is not the place of scheduling to cater to the whims of grossly filthy dirty conman Daniel Byma and his major fentanyl producer client. The defendant has produced compelling evidence. It very much needs to be heard and considered by Justice Gibb-Carsley, not a fully corrupted justice like Byma's very good friend Justice K. Ward Branch.

Affidavit #4 discloses both documents referred to previously, the LMIA of Edgar Watson and the formerly top secret CFSEU document 'Operation Valley Cloak' This affidavit was intended to have Justice Branch set his order aside. That was summarily rejected by Justice Branch. He declared his order could only be appealed and would not be set aside. Affidavit #5 outlines the true nature of the litigation. The defendant thought the Sandher defamation claim was to prevent exposure of an illegal, unpermitted quarry and illegal, unpermitted irrigation lagoon, and the graft paid to civil servants to overlook it. The motivation of the Sandher claim was to prevent exposure of their $11m buried drug bunker, which is now fully operational and capable of producing drugs including fentanyl, meth, MDMA and sarin.

Sandher Drug Lab - 49°52'9.21"N, 119°17'15.67"W. = Bank of Montreal

In late 2020, 4502 Pyman Road sold for about $18m. Bank of Montreal financed the Sandhers 1,516 acre, 11-titled property on an inter alia mortgage. An inter alia is a mortgage secured by more than one property. A single mortgage document is executed and registered against each property that is used as security. Called a blanket mortgage, it is rare in Canada. Bir Singh Sandher's brother Sukhdev Singh Sandher also operates under an inter alia BMO mortgage. Construction of the reinforced concrete drug lab bunker started without permits or approvals in spring 2021 and ended in late fall. Cherries have never been grown on the 1,300m mountainside range land. Temperature decreases by 6.5° C for every 1,000 meters gained in altitude. Few if any cherries are grown above 1,000 meters in the Okanagan. The ground falls under the RDCO and ALC. Bribes flowed to Dave Birchmore, Brandon Jacobsen and Ken Owens. MLA Gavin Dew is also corrupt.

sntsk'il'ntən - Black Mountain Regional Park isn't far from the Sandher bunker entrance. Hikers best not get lost. The area around the bunker entrance is under 24/7 surveilance. The Sandhers call their drug lab bunker a 'water treatment cistern'. Map coordinates for the bunker entrance are 49°52'9.21"N, 119°17'15.67"W.

Prior to its sale to the Sandhers, the route along Pyman Road was a hiking trail to the top of Black Mountain. Citizens are advised to avoid the area.

The Falkland drug lab was visited by Sinaloa boss Edgar Watson, and KTF brass including Bir Sandher, Gurjit Jhajj and interim KTF boss Arsh Dalla before commissioning. Gurtaj Singh Sandher was at the lab.

The drug/weapons bunker on Black Mountain has completed commissioning phase and is operational. Equipment is state of the art. Sandhers have purchased gas chromatographs, a mass spectrometer, HPLC equipment, and a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer. Over $3m has gone into equipment for the production of meth, fentanyl, MDMA and methylphosphonyl difluoride. (sarin)

The Sandhers have stockpiled weapons, including 81mm mortars and RPG's at the Pyman Road lab on Black Mountain. Near the illegal lagoon filled with stolen crown water, the Sandhers installed a $100k, 3 phase, 4160 volt, 500KvA electrical system.That's overkill for running irrigation pumps, which run on 600/347 Y connected 3 phase. 4160 is best because cables run a long way underground without voltage drop to the electrical room in the bunker. A 3 tap transformer: 600/347, 480/277, and 208/120 runs industrial scale lab process equipment.

The concrete bunker cost $8m. The buried structure is 100m SE of the entrance and is 50m long, 22m wide, and 10m in height. Entrance to the Sandher lab on Pyman Road is clear. Google maps shows a black rectangle, and that is the entrance.

The bunker is made of reinforced concrete with 2 support columns in the center. It was built below grade and buried. There is a ramp/tunnel going into it from another small building 100m away.

Construction took over 7 months. Total cost is $11m. Add land cost (covered by BMO) and the total is $29m. Building, for perspective, is about 1,000 sq m. Sandher's concrete bunker is 1,100 sq m.

The Sandhers have buried the equivilent of 140, 40' shipping containers. (11,000 m³/76.3m³)

Sandher supplier cuts in-person ties to crime family - update

A Sandher supplier (name withheld) had their lawyer send a letter to them.

The Sandher presence on the business premises provides an undue risk to staff, and they are now persona-non-grata on the premises. If the Sandhers wish to continue doing business, they must appoint a designated 3rd party who will be responsible for picking up orders, or alternatively they must retain a common carrier.

They also won't deliver to any Sandher premises.

This turn of events is justified by the fact the Sandher's primary business is drug production, not the supply of apples or cherries. That may be common knowledge. What this space knows for fact is that one or all of the Sandhers are legitimate hit targets. Brothers Prabtaj and Gurtaj as the killers of Donny Lyons, Bir Singh Sandher as top executive of the Khalistan Tiger Force.

The anti KTF Bishnoi gang may be motivated on their own accord, or as a paid free agent for others. Its said the recent hit of Bishnoi thug Jaskaran Singh Minhas in Surrey is directly connected to the conflict. The Hells Angels are POed and that never bodes well.

We have a massive large security fence around the Sandher compound, probably to protect the occupants from hitmen. The Sandhers may be untouchable at their compound at 1610 Swainson Road, but are very touchable outside of it. Banning the Sandher's presence is an extremely good idea. All who do business with the Sandhers should do the same. The Sandhers own an $8.9m mansion in Upper Lonsdale, North Vancouver, and a $12.5m mansion off Marine Drive. Their homes often contain guests like cousin and KTF boss Arsh Dalla (Arshdeep Singh Gill). Arsh Dalla is another hit target. Many would see him dead. Ryan Wedding henchman denied bail

Former trucker Gurpreet Singh, 31, is one of Ryan Wedding's four co-defendants in custody in Ontario. The henchman's bid for bail was denied. The judge wrote that Singh "has a very strong incentive to flee to avoid a potential sentence greater than 20 years in the United States." Singh has connections with international criminal organizations, including in Mexico, Dubai and Colombia. The bum would have certainly bolted given the VERY long stretch he faces. His defence proposed house arrest and release to Singh's parents' home, with GPS monitoring and three sureties, including his parents and a family friend. That bullshit did not fly.

Toronto cops arrested Singh in October on the 34th floor of the five-star St. Regis Hotel. He claimed poverty.

Gurpreet Singh appeared for a bail hearing in a Toronto court March 14. He faces extradition to the U.S. The whacked Acebedo-Garcia met with Singh and his uncle Hardeep Ratte, at a Toronto-area auto body shop. The judge was told prosecutors in California have video of the meeting, as well as records from the encrypted-messaging app Threema. U.S. prosecutors have warned against granting bail to Singh. Wedding took credit for negotiating the release of him last summer, after Singh was kidnapped by cartel members in Sinaloa over a $600k drug debt. Singh has "extensive organized crime connections within Dubai, including relationships with members of the Kinahan gang." Singh was involved in a scheme to ship stolen high-end cars to Dubai through the port of Montreal.
