Daniel Byma is a perjurer and an offense to all Canadians. He and his law firm Fasken are also traitors working for the criminal code designated terrorist Sinaloa Cartel. Our warning for folks to stay away from the Sandher bunker on Black Mountain resulted in more threats from Daniel Byma and Fasken;

"Any communications to these groups, or others, with the false allegations of criminal activity you continue to make against my clients are defamatory and constitute further harassment of my clients. I expect to get instructions to further amend my clients claims with respect to these defamatory and harassing publications."

It is dangerous for folks to wander past the Sandher bunker on Pyman Road on Black Mountain. That's why this blogger sought an entry order. (shot down) With photos of the interior of the $11m structure the Sandhers would be unable to use it. This blogger wouldn't dare go near the outside of that bunker without an armed RCMP escort. 6 separate groups were sending folks past the Sandher bunker. Daniel Byma and Fasken know people could get hurt, or worse. The terrorist KTF (Khalistan Tiger Force) Sandhers have spent $11m on their bunker/lab on Black Mountain, backed by an $18m BMO interalia mortgage. Their purpose is to produce fentanyl, meth, MDMA and methylphosphonyl difluoride (sarin). Daniel Byma and Fasken know that too. Daniel Byma and Fasken are paid criminals in complicit service to terrorists.

Toxic waste from the Sandher lab would go to ground, contaminating the water table in the area forever. This is nothing to the Sandhers. They couldn't care less.

Daniel Byma - Sandher affidavits

Under the PPP Act one may cross-examine plaintiff affidavits. Here. Sandher Fasken lawyer Daniel Byma declared that unless he was paid $4,000 to $5,000, in advance, he would NEVER allow the cross examination of Bir Singh Sandher's lying affidavit.
