Dealing with designated Terror Groups in Canada = 10 years

In September 2023 Trudeau falsely accused India of masterminding the June 18, 2023, killing of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar outside the Guru Nanak Gurdwara in Surrey.
To back his accusation that India’s intelligence service was behind the hit, Trudeau said that US intelligence confirmed it. This was false. Abusing 'Five Eyes' intelligence for his own political fortunes created a crisis in the group’s intelligence sharing. While American intelligence supplied Canada with data after Nijjar’s murder, Trudeau couldn't understand it. Trudeau confused militancy with legitimate religion. Khalistan activists rely on government ignorance and target the authentic Sikh community to further their lunatic fringe cause. Sikh militants are deeply involved in organized crime and gang violence. Trudeau's ignorance focused attention on Canada’s permissiveness toward Sikh terrorism and terror finance. Bir Singh Sandher
Trudeau not only tolerated Khalistan militancy, but allowed it to transform Canada into a safe haven for terror and terror finance. After Khalistani terrorists blew up Air India Flight 182 in 1985, ignorance about Khalistan lethality should have been recognized by all. It was left unchecked, and today Khalistani extremists produce mountains of fentanyl on Canadian soil in the clear open. They launder billions for the Sinaloa Catel. On February 20, 2025 the Sinaloa Cartel was designated a terrorist entity. ANYBODY dealing with them commits an indictable offense. Listing a criminal organization as a terrorist entity gives additional power to cops to track, trace and disrupt their financing.
‘We know that by interrupting the money we are going to have a profound influence on the activities of the groups,’ Canada announced $1.3 billion to reinforce the border with new choppers, technology and personnel. On top of that, the government earmarked another $200 million to help Canada's cyber intelligence agency collect more information on organized crime. Relevant sections of the Criminal Code are 83.02 and 83.03. - Every person is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than 10 years ..."

Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Altaf Lalli shot dead

Indian forces have killed Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Altaf Lalli in Bandipora. Lalli was responsible for the April 22 Pahalgam attack that killed 26 tourists. While a search operation was underway in Bandipora, militants opened fire. In the resulting gunfire, Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Altaf Lali was killed.
10 Pakistani soldiers have been killed in an ambush on a military convoy in Balochistan.
Lashkar-e-Taiba (literally Army of the Good) is a Pakistani Islamic terrorist and Salafi jihadist organization. It's primary objective is to merge the whole of India's Kashmir region with Pakistan.

Jorge 'Big Head' Pimentel buys 20 years for fentanyl

Jorge Pimentel goes away for 20 years after he pleaded guilty in December to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute fentanyl in Rhode Island. Cops seized 19,315 fentanyl-laced pills. Cops landed over sixteen kg of fentanyl-laced pills and fentanyl powder, an industrial grade high-speed pill press, and 28 kg of cutting agents. 16 kg of fentanyl is enough to kill the entire population of Rhode Island eight times over.
Pimentel knew the pills contained fentanyl and went to great lengths to make them resemble Percocet. He "produced his poison in a dirty storage unit," federal prosecutors wrote. "It wasn’t a lab where formulas were measured. There was no scientific formula. Drugs were mixed with blenders, sisters, and red Solo cups." He sold the pills in bulk to other dealers for about $1.50 apiece, generating a “significant profit,”

Gavin Dew - corrupt MLA Kelowna - Mission - update II

Virtually EVERY Khalistani in the Okanagan is touting B.C. Conservative MLA Gavin Dew on social media.
For over 7.5 years Bir Singh Sandher illegally dumped his waste water into the ditch in front of his plant on Old Vernon Road in Kelowna. Instead of digging a $25k settlement pond he elected to have his unpermitted, illegally built plant dump into the environment. His discharge stank to high heaven, causing multiple complaints that FINALLY resulted in over $115k in fines. His downhill neighbor and vocal opponent, Alexandra Wright, was turfed as the ConservativeB.C. candidate in Bir Singh Sandher's riding because he told leader John Rustad to do it. His choice was the grease taking Gavin Dew and that is who is MLA today.

Gavin Dew; "The real solution isn't government handouts — it's getting shit done again."
ConservativeB.C. had much to say about fentanyl and tariffs. Their BS was dished up to shills in a pub at $100 per head. Gavin Dew is 'doing' shit about the Sandher fentanyl lab in his riding. While a Liberal it was pointed out Dew is a liar. “He went on to complete an MBA at Oxford and study crisis management at Harvard.” His time at Harvard was a 5 day seminar.
Fuzzy Dew (gavin.dew.mla@leg.bc.ca) has failed at everything he has ever done. His ship came in with leader John Rustad. On August 7, 2024 there was a pow-wow of the faithful at the Sandher crime family plant on Old Vernon Road in Kelowna. Dew was annointed by John Rustad to replace Alexandra Wright in the riding of Kelowna - Mission the next day. At age 32 Dew tried and failed to become leader of the Liberals in 2021. He finished last. It was here that he stroked Rustad's corrupt pee pee. That strokery paid off.
Dew, 36, received a donation of $1,268.07 from the Sandhers in 2021. The day care operator has no useful skills.
The KTF and Bir Singh Sandher bought Fuzzy Dew and John Rustad. Both are considered KTF assets. Months ago Fuzzy Dew took Sandher grease through the corruption of Conservation officer Ken Owens
Owens was busted cold receiving $50k from Sami El-Helou and the Sandhers. Grease was to quash the ALC investigation into their massive drug lab bunker on Black Mountain. Cash went to Brandon Jacobsen of the ALC and Gavin 'Fuzzy' Dew.

Fentanyl chemistry 101

Fentanyl is a synthetic drug. That means it’s not created from plants. It's made from precursors, ready-made building blocks created from common industrial chemicals. Certain types of precursors are prized by fentanyl producers because they function as shortcuts to making finished product. Because of this, governments strictly regulate a few of these key precursors. Chemical sellers and fentanyl producers resort to creative chemistry to get around these restrictions. Fentanyl is made up of four different molecular groups: a piperidine ring, an aniline ring, an alkyl chain and the acyl group. While all four are essential, the core of the drug’s chemical structure is the piperidine ring.
Fentanyl is much stronger than other opioids because its unique molecular structure allows it to easily enter parts of the brain that control pain. The piperidine ring is a central component.
Core precursors are chemical compounds made up of a piperidine ring and one or more of fentanyl’s three other molecular groups. 4-ANPP and norfentanyl are tightly controlled because they are immediate precursors, only one chemical reaction away from fentanyl itself. Designer precursors have a similar, but slightly different chemical structure. The tweaked compounds can still be used to produce fentanyl analogs. These chemicals contain the all-important piperidine ring, and are the ingredients that can be used to create immediate precursors. Legal industries use these pre-precursors. That makes tightly regulating them more complicated. Fentanyl is so potent, and each tablet contains such a tiny dose, a small amount of precursor chemicals makes a large amount of product.
The most common way of making illicit fentanyl in Mexico is the one-pot Gupta method. Gupta’s original method requires three steps. The whole process takes place at room temperature and there’s no specialized lab equipment required. Fentanyl makers start with a compound containing the piperidine ring, the core of the structure.
They then add aniline, an essential chemical used in a variety of products, including dyes and rubber. That’s how the aniline ring is added to the piperidine ring. The next step adds (2-bromoethyl) benzene, a chemical used in pharmaceuticals and fragrances. This adds the alkyl chain and forms the immediate precursor 4-ANPP. The final step uses propionyl chloride to add the acyl group, the last puzzle piece. Chemical reagents are poured in sequentially to purify the product and later help it to dry. The resulting paste is dried and ground into a fine powder. It's pressed into pills which includes tiny amounts of fentanyl mixed with sugar, common painkillers like acetaminophen, and chemicals that bind and color the pills.
Sandher fentanyl. A modern lab operates on a 6 or 7 day cycle. The amount of active fentanyl in an illicit pill is never evenly distributed. Four out of every five of the 8,000 overdose deaths Canada recorded in 2023 involved fentanyl.
A kilo of pure fentanyl can make around 500,000 pills. $1,000 worth of fentanyl precursors can yield 800 times that.

George Santos - drag queen Kitara Ravache = 87 months

Former Congressman George Santos will be sentenced April 25. He expects to be put away for 87 months. Santos pleaded guilty to wire fraud and aggravated identity theft. He owes $578,752 as per his plea deal. He was expected to go away for at least two years, although the sentencing range is 6-8 years. His deal required that he pay more than $200k in forfeiture money 30 days before he is sentenced. The deal was scuttled after he failed to pay. He accused the DOJ of being a “cabal of pedophiles” and called himself a “scapegoat”.
The gay fabulist had a plan. He reinvented his drag persona, Kitara Ravache, on the celebrity video creation site Cameo. “Hey you messy bitches! After 18 years in the closet I’m back for a limited time!” The conman spent stolen campagn funds on vacations with his boyfriend, luxury items, and personal expenses. Santos spent campaign money on his rent, Botox treatments, luxury fashion, gambling jaunts to Atlantic City and Vegas and holidays in the Hamptons.
Homosexual transvestite George Santos was expelled from Congress after proving to be a conman, liar, and thief. He faced a 23 count federal indictment.
"Mr. Santos has repeatedly, egregiously and brazenly violated the public’s trust, Mr. Santos is not a victim. He is a perpetrator of a massive fraud on his constituents and the American people.”
After denying all, George Santos was proven a homosexual transvestite. "The most recent obsession from the media claiming that I am a drag Queen or “performed” as a drag Queen is categorically false.” Santos said he rejected the term drag queen. “No, I was not a drag queen in Brazil, guys. I was young and I had fun at a festival. Sue me for having a life,” Santos had a reversal of personal financial fortune after supporting Trump's election fraud.

Kelowna fentanyl dealer Mandeep Singh Pandher buys 30 months

Kelowna cocaine and fentanyl dealer Mandeep Singh Pandher, 26, pledged to be a better man. That didn't fly for the 'student'. After serving 30 months for 3 trafficking convictions, Pandher will be sent back to Punjab. A removal and exclusion order was already in place for him. Pandher originally entered Canada on a student visa and was enrolled at the University of Toronto. He dropped out and came west to sell dope. When busted May 17, 2022, cops found 92 pre-packaged drug bags on him, containing 10 grams of fentanyl, three grams of crack, and 157 grams of cocaine. “It was humbling and helped me see how easily we lose ourselves when we stop being honest, especially with ourselves,” he spewed for the judge. "I have changed. I am not the man I was two, three years ago.”
A curious pull is Amanpreet Singh Pandher, from Sangur, Punjab. According to LinkedIn he has been an assessor with CRA for 3 years, 9 months. He is also a licensed real estate agent RE608097, with Real Broker B.C. Ltd. Here. Moonlighting as a real estate agent while having access to folk's tax records as an assessor is verbotten. That is a conflict of interest, potentially a serious one. (https://www.thepandherproperties.com/) He appears on Facebook as Amanpreet Singh. Here.

Dude makes over $50k with CRA and has zero excuses. "5.1 Objective 5.1.1 Establish clear direction to prevent a real, apparent, or potential conflict of interest." Here.

Kelowna mayor Tom Dyas - Regal 42 FXO - $100 - Revisit

It's fall 2024, and the Sandhers were nailed again for illegally dumping their plant waste into a Kelowna ditch.
A meeting was arranged between Gurtaj Sandher, mayor Dyas, and Mohini Singh. The meeting was on the Sandher's new $1m Regal 42 FXO yacht. The cost to the Sandhers for their City of Kelowna permit to dump plant waste into a manhole was a one-time fee of $100.

Documents outlining trucking of Sandher waste water Here and Here. There was no time limit spelled out, and no benefit to Kelowna taxpayers.
The Sandher yacht was moored at Kelowna Yacht Club and that meeting was being watched. Dyas announced taxpayers would support Sandhers with their 7+ years of dumping illegally into a Kelowna ditch.
After being elected, Dyas increased salaries 35% and punished those who objected. Dyas stole an instant 15% pay hike to over $145k per year.
There's another issue important to the Sandhers and that's approval of the Denciti 'Kelowna Springs' development. The council vote on that is approaching, and despite getting elected promising to halt Kelowna Springs, it's expected Dyas will give his full support to that steal too. mayorandcouncil@kelowna.ca

Sandher shill, Deputy Mayor Mohini Singh

3330 Old Vernon Road - Kelowna Springs

A deal that closed March 19, 2024 saw 87 A1-zoned acres at 3330 Old Vernon Road in Kelowna sell above the $9.6m asking price for $9.85m. The property is across the street from the polluting plant of Sandher Fruit Packers at 3231 Old Vernon Road. The new owner is S. Sundher Orchards Ltd. aka Sukhdev Singh Sandher, Bir Singh Sandher’s brother. (davesandher@live.ca) The property has 15 acres in a cherry nursery, and was a turf farm prior to B.C. Tree Fruits purchasing it in May 2019 for $6.48m. B.C. Tree Fruits envisioned a packing plant and removal of the land from the ALR.
Backing the Sandher crime family yet again is Bank of Montreal.
The significance of Kelowna Springs developer Denciti Development Corp buying the adjacent ground at 3030 Old Vernon Road a few months before the Sandher purchase ought not be lost on anybody. It takes little imagination to suppose the Sandher's deep connections to dirty Provincial civil servants would grease the removal of that ground from the ALR to allow the development of industrial land to proceed. The source of Denciti's bottomless capital isn't obvious.
