Donald Lyons was murdered by Prabtaj Singh Sandher and Gurtaj Singh Sandher one year ago.
On June 15, 2024 Donald Bryce Lyons, 51, was gunned down in his Princeton driveway. Donny Lyons was no choirboy. He was a major gangster, one of the founders of the Independent Soldiers. Lyons spent his entire adult life doing crimes. Lester Jones, the out bad thief VP of the Kelowna Hells Angels, was a close friend of Lyons. When Lyons was murdered he was a major player in the production of synthetic drugs including fentanyl. Lyons was shot down like a dog by his partners, and that was a fate he likely deserved. There has always been compelling circumstantial evidence in the murder of Donny Lyons. Prabtaj Singh Sandher and Gurtaj Singh Sandher are the killers. Strong circumstantial evidence against them is not enough to convince a judge of their guilt.
Donald Bryce Lyons' story is notable for the fact that those he trusted eliminated him, common for those in his line of work. Gangsters need to fear those closest to them. Lyons trusted the Khalistani Sandhers, and the Sinaloa Cartel. That was a fatal mistake.
Prabtaj Singh Sandher and Gurtaj Singh Sandher executed Lyons. Prabtaj Singh Sandher was likely the man who pulled the trigger to make his bones with the Sinaloa Cartel. Donald Lyons was murdered because he was competition in the synthetic drug lab business. Lyons was eliminated by his partners, and orders came from the highest levels.

The decision to eliminate Donnie Lyons was arrived at by Sami El-Helou and Edgar Watson. Chapito Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar gave the final nod of approval. Gurtaj Sandher and Prabtaj Sandher were the hitmen. Unless the Sandhers are charged with the murder of Donnie Lyons, nobody will be. The decision to whack Donnie Lyons was an extremely bad one. Murdering your partners may be fine in Sinaloa Mexico but its frowned upon in Canada. Lyons was well connected and revenge on the killers through rats has been large. His killers have seen 6 labs get busted, and nobody in gangland wants anything more to do with them.
The Sandhers, Donny Lyons and to a lesser degree Dale Habib were in partnership in the synthetic drug business and that business was booming.
The huge load of meth precursors found in Enderby and lassoed by cops belonged to them. RCMP raided a rural property in September 2024 and seized over 30,000 kg of precursor chemicals. The precursors fed multiple labs, including the Falkland lab, which was busted in October.
The Langley fentanyl lab was also busted in Oct. The Spallumcheen lab was nailed in Feb 2025.
3 fentanyl labs in the Lower Mainland busted this spring also belonged to the Sandhers.

A truck registered to Lyons was on the Enderby property. Precursors were acquired by Sami El-Helou and came through DeltaPort via the HAMC's Ricco the Pig Puncher.
Sami El-Helou's Brightway is the conduit for precursors.
P2P meth is manufactured with phenyl-2-propanone (phenylacetone). Purity is above 90% and it is cheap to produce. This was the first time it was found in Western Canada. Other reagents in meth production include hypophosphorous acid, iodine, sulfuric acid and red and white phosphorus. For every kilo of meth, 5 to 7 kilos of toxic waste is produced. For every kilo of fentanyl, up to 15 kilos of toxic waste is produced.
Donny Lyons must be laughing in the afterlife. For all of the dark plots of the Sinaloa Cartel, his murder was the beginning of the end for their operation. Half a dozen labs have been shuttered. American intelligence received in January resulted in busts of labs scattered across B.C.

Donny Lyons, HA Larry Amero and Sukhvir Deo. Lyons survived over 25 years in gangland. He had a very long history with police.
Lyons was a member of the defunct HAMC puppet club The Kingpins run by Dale Habib. The Sandhers were also involved with the Habibs and have close ties with them.
The Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) has hit new lows with the people they are bringing here. New arrivals work for Telus/Rogers for a short period of time. Then they leave, taking as much corporate material as they can steal. They then become phone scammers pretending to be Telus/Rogers employees.
They con folks into giving up their PIN number, and with that do all manner of crime. They create and restore accounts, then order as much product as possible - phones, tablets, gift cards, all on the victim's dime.
The logins are from Punjab, but the stolen goods are delivered to addresses in Surrey and Brampton. They also change account passwords, and home billing addresses to Surrey/Brampton.
TD bank has also been throughly infiltrated by KTF scammers. They scrape confidential client information, and put it on the dark web, or else use it to impersonate you to get credit. There are rings operating in the GTA, and Greater Vancouver area. They also open bank accounts in people's names to launder money for various enterprises, including the Sandher crime family. Cops are on to them, but folks MUST stay aware.
Former Kelowna president Damiano Dipopolo and vice-president Lester Jones were kicked out of the HAMC in bad standing for pilfering club funds. Out in Bad Standing is a term for banishment when a member is expelled from an OMG. The HAMC blew $3.1m attempting to save its clubhouses in B.C. A cut was removed by the pair of garbage-low bikers, and that's the reason they were kicked out in bad standing. They are thieves against their brothers. Violating a core principal means both men may be attacked on sight by other HAMC. It is fundamental betrayal of biker code of conduct.

That member violated universal MC protocol. That member went against the word of the club in his actions. That member was a Sex Offender. (Child molester) That member was working with/for/in assistance with Police. That member was a thief. That member committed violent acts on another Member or associate without cause. That member committed violent acts on a member of the public unjustly and severely. That member is a drug addict.
The vote to expell a member must be unanimous. If a HAMC member was a police rat he will virtually certainly be killed. In some cases a member out in bad is to be attacked on sight. In all cases members must not and will not associate with a member out in bad.
Digstown Clothing went up in flames at 2:00am in Feb 2007. RCMP released video of a man with a limp caught on camera at the back of the business before the blaze. A 'person of interest' came forward after the video aired. Dipopolo has bad knees.
Dipopolo collected $54k in insurance proceeds from the blaze. "It is totally suspicious because of the intensity of the fire and the time frame. We know it was an accelerated fire," said Kelowna Fire Chief Rene Blanleil. No charges were ever laid.
Damiano Dipopolo is out of the HAMC in bad because he is a thief and stole club funds. Dipopolo regularly brought bad press to the club. The number of criminals busted under his never convicted watch can't be counted. Damiano Dipopolo often bragged of being arrested, and released without charge, 8 times. Founding member's Dipopolo fall from grace began after losing the Kelowna presidency to Richard Goldammer in 2022. He accumulated great wealth while being the top crime boss in the city for 20 years.

Goldy Brar, wanted by Interpol, provided his motive for the Sidhu Moose Wala murder in a series of voice notes to the BBC. “In his arrogance, he [Moose Wala] made some mistakes that could not be forgiven,” Brar said.
“We had no option but to kill him." Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, known as Sidhu Moose Wala, 28, was gunned down in Punjab’s Mansa district 29 May 2022. The central motive, according to Brar, was revenge for the murder of Vicky Middukhera in 2021, an associate of Lawrence Bishnoi.
The origins of the feud was when Moose Wala promoted a kabaddi match organized by the Bambiha gang, rivals of the Bishnoi gang. A brief truce was mediated by Middukhera, but his killing was the end for Moose Wala.
Sachin Bishnoi was extradited to India from Azerbaijan. He is one of the accused in the high-profile murder of Sidhu Moose Wala. Alongside Sachin Bishnoi, Lawrence Bishnoi is also implicated in the murder, as is Goldy Brar. They played a leading role in planning the assassination of Sidhu Moose Wala.
Moose Wala was whacked in his Punjabi village in Mansa, a day after authorities cancelled his security detail.
Within hours of the killing Lawrence Bishnoi reportedly said on social media: “Today, Moosewala was killed in Punjab, I, Sachin Bishnoi, Lawrence Bishnoi take the responsibility. It’s our work. Moose Wala’s name surfaced in our brother Vikramjit Singh Middukhera and Gurlal Brar’s murder, but the Punjab Police did not take any action against him. We also came to know that Moose Wala was also involved in the encounter of our associate Ankit Bhadu. Moose Wala was working against us. Delhi Police had taken his name but Moose Wala used his political power and saved his skin each time.”
Fugitive Satinderjit Singh Brar, alias Goldy Brar, is among Canada’s top 25 most-wanted criminals. The RCMP have listed him as number 15. India has repeatedly pleaded with the Canadian government to not allow criminals and terrorists to plan and carry out anti-India crimes from its soil.
