Members of the Hells Angels and their puppet club appeared in court Friday accused in a hate crime on three black men. 18 have been indicted in all.
Hells Angels and their goons are busted for hate crimes in a vicious attack on three Blacks. The three were attacked in the San Diego neighborhood of Ocean Beach on June 6th.
Troy Scholder pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. He is being held without bail. Sonny Barger said: 'The club, as a whole, is not racist but we probably have enough racist members that no black guy is going to get in it.' HAMC's ties to white power gangs insures there will never be a black HA club member in America.
Troy Anthony Scholder
All pled not guilty on an array of charges that carry sentences ranging from three years to life. As one man lay curled up on the ground, HA Troy Scholder pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the chest, cracking his sternum. Scholder “casually” folded up the blade and walked away.
After the stabbing, bikers spirited Scholder from the crime scene to the gang's clubhouse in El Cajon. He faces 39 years to life in state prison if convicted. Scholder was deported to the U.S. after a Langley arrest in 2011. He was wanted in the U.S. then on charges related to kidnappings, assaults and robberies done for the Hells Angels. An April 26, 2007 incident led to charges against Scholder and several bikers, including president Stephen Sanders. That involved the torture and disfigurement of a former HAMC.
Cops seized 42 illegal weapons and drugs in raids.
Agent Viet Do is trying to sell the promoter's condo and is claiming the project is 'sold out'. Lying thing to say after listing his A12 for 8 months and counting on MLS. He fails, yet again, to mention to potential suckers the TC-1 zoning of the property. See HERE.

Ka-Mikosit Favelle will be released from custody as she awaits trial. She is charged with second-degree murder, criminal negligence causing death and dangerous driving causing death. A crash on Aug. 19, 2022 killed cyclist Adam Briand-Lawrence.
It appeared a motor vehicle accident. A 'complex' cop investigation took over a year.
Favelle's charges are designated as a “K-file” in online court records. That indicates an offense involving intimate partner violence.
Favelle had remained in custody since September. Her bail application was not opposed by the Crown.
Quebec Hells Angel Marvin Ouimet, 54, failed to avoid having to reside at a halfway house while he serves out a 14-year sentence for his role in Quebec's Biker War. Most offenders serving time in federal pens in Canada automatically qualify for release after two-thirds of their sentence if they weren’t previously granted parole, which Ouimet wasn’t. The parole board imposed a halfway house condition for six months as well as another that he not be in places like bars. Quimet appealed.
The parole board disagreed and said Ouimet’s membership in the Hells Angels is enough to justify strict conditions.
Ouimet tried to gain control of bricklaying companies in Quebec through threats, intimidation and extortion. He was nailed in 2009. 145 charges were laid and the boss of the Trois-Rivières chapter lost $9m in loot.
Oakley Lain Charest, 35, of Vernon buys himself 5 years. The father of three was busted with a Ruger 45 calibre P90. Matthew Shaw walked with a conditional sentence. HA Courtney Lafreniere pled guilty to proceeds of crime on Sept. 27, and Haney HA Jonathan Lutar pled guilty to drug trafficking on Sept. 25. Roman Tassone is the last man standing.
Lukas Tassone was reeled in Dec 23.
Lukas Sam Fox Tassone is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking while Roman Gabriel Fox Tassone faces two counts of the same charge. A judge heard a plea deal isn't in the works for Roman Tassone.
Allan Beatima Arcangel died from 'non-criminal' causes while Matthew Shaw pled guilty May 31 to charges of commission of an offence for a criminal organization, conspiracy to commit indictable offence and trafficking.
Hells Angel Jonathan Louis Lutar and others pleaded not guilty to drug trafficking and conspiracy charges. They were all framed probably. Lutar, 39, is a full patch with the Hells Angels Haney Chapter. He and 6 others were busted with over 30 kg of various drugs, including fentanyl, handguns, rifles, shotguns with ammunition, body armour, two vehicles, a cocaine press, and Hells Angels gear. Nailed are Courtney Lafreniere, 41, Oakley Charest, 34, Matthew Shaw, 31, and Allan Arcangel, 51.
25 charges were laid. Cops executed a dozen search warrants in the Lower Mainland and the Okanagan between Sept 2020 and July 2021.
Flaming terd Sam Bankman-Fried has been convicted on all counts, what a surprise, and will be going to Federal jail for an extended period.
A lesson for the rest of us is to NEVER testify in your own defense. He repeatedly called something “effectively correct” instead of saying yes. He responded, “I’m not sure what you’re referring to,” so many times people were laughing. Mopbucket now faces a maximum sentence of 115 years.
Bankman-Fried said some version of “I can’t recall” over 140 times in his cross-examination.
“that’s a hypothetical.”
Bankman-Fried is trying to avoid serious time and it hasn't gone well. When confronted with questions, he relies on weasel phrases. These include: “I don’t recall,” “I’m not entirely sure,” “that’s not how I thought of it,” “depends on the context,” “it’s possible,” “something to that effect,” “not to my memory,” “it could have been,” “I wouldn’t phrase it that way,” “to some extent,” “no, but I may have,” “I don’t know,” “that wasn’t how I understood it at the time,” “depends on how you define it.”
Crypto boss Sam Bankman-Fried, 31, will speak in his own defence at his fraud trial in New York today.
This comes after prosecutors wrapped up their case against the mopbucket.
He is accused of lying to investors and lenders while stealing money from customers of his now-bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange, FTX.
Bankman-Fried, who faces decades in jail if convicted on the massive open steal, denies any wrongdoing.
Bankman-Fried pleaded not guilty.
Bahamian authorities extradited him to the United States. In an interview on "Good Morning America," FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried said he was "vaguely aware" that FTX lent stolen customers' funds to its sister firm, Alameda Research.
Permanent bad hair day Bankman-Fried of $10b fraud FTX says he is not a crook. He also says he is almost broke. Bankman-Fried, 30, said his lawyers advised him not to speak publicly, but he ignored them because he knows better.
Manitoba RCMP busted Mohammad Riyadul Hoque, 30, in October. He is charged with trafficking fentanyl and cocaine, money laundering and possession of proceeds of crime. An RCMP report says Hoque wagered and laundered millions in provincially operated casinos between August 2021 and December 2022. He gambled $3.5m at casinos in 2021 and cashed out nearly $4m. In 2022, he wagered $5.7m and cashed out $6.2m.
This year, before getting busted, Hoque wagered $864,000 and cashed out about $439,000. A forfeiture suit seeks 3 properties Hoque bought with drug money.
Hoque specialized in dealing crack and fentanyl on first nations reserves. His money laundering got him busted for dealing drugs. Bank records reveal he received many money transfers from people in Red Sucker Lake First Nation, including more than $500k from three people in 2022-23.
Some say Oakland Cemetery is chock full of the paranormal. Oakland Cemetery was established in 1859 and holds dozens of children from the Chicago Industrial Home for Children.
The children mysteriously died between 1894 and 1926. Also resting there is Johnny Stompanato Jr., a bodyguard and enforcer for crime boss Mickey Cohen and the Cohen crime family.
Johnny Stompanato, renowned for his violent temper, soon abused film star Lana Turner. Her teenaged daughter fatally stabbed Stompanato to death in 1958.
Its said that people standing near his gravesite have reported suddenly feeling abrasive energy and becoming angry or irritable for no reason.
Suburban millennial Aaron Shamo was convicted of being a drug kingpin and was sent to prison for life.
Mormon college dropout Aaron Shamo, 29, made himself a millionaire by building a fentanyl trafficking empire in his spare time with little more than his computer. Shamo called himself a 'white-collar drug dealer' who was helping people get the drugs they needed. His attorney called him a fool and his primary defence was that he isn’t smart enough to be a drug kingpin. Shamo flooded the US with half a million fake oxycodone pills laced with fentanyl.
On the stand at trial Shamo rambled about how customers wrote thank you notes because doctors refused to prescribe painkillers. He said it was “a win-win situation” — he got rich and his customers got drugs. Ruslan Klyuev died in his bedroom with an envelope from Shamo at his feet. Shamo was charged in connection to that overdose death, but when investigators scoured his list of customers they said dozens more were also dead. His was the only death with which Shamo would be charged.
The DEA estimates a kilogram of fentanyl purchased for a few thousand dollars from China could make a dealer more than $1 million. “Any moron can basically become a major drug kingpin by dealing in fentanyl.” Shamo's business boomed. He hired a personal assistant. He stuffed a duffel bag with $429k cash and asked his parents to hold it. He bragged to friends about gambling in Las Vegas. He shopped for real estate in Puerto Rico; sipped champagne on a cruise ship; bought designer clothes, a boat and expensive cars.
Shamo penned a note: “I am Shamo. I am awesome. My friends love me. I created an empire.”
On Nov. 22, 2016 Federal agents raided Shamo’s home. They found more than $1.2m in cash. They seized another $800k from one of his associates. Shamo’s other ex-partners and packagers pleaded guilty and agreed to testify. Aaron Shamo was convicted of 12 counts including the 'kingpin charge' that is usually reserved for drug lords like El Chapo. It carries a mandatory life sentence. The jury deadlocked on the death of Ruslan Klyuev.
Mounties are crowing that Newfoundland and Labrador are likely the only province in Canada without an active Hells Angels presence. This comes after the latest Vikings MC drug convictions, which saw Vincent Leonard, Wayne Johnson and James Curran get put away for 60 months, 66 months and 42 months, respectively.
Alberta cops announced today that Jessica Kane, 31, has been charged with robbery, overcoming resistance by administering a drug and 4 counts of breaching of a release order after a year-long investigation. Kane had some charges dropped by the crown in Vancouver.
The mother of Dustin Lefebvre, who died in his home after an encounter with Kane, is speaking out. She wants to know why Kane still enjoys her freedom after new charges of drugging and robbing a man while out on bail. Lefebvre, a father of two, died in February 2021. A noxious substance caused his heart to fail. In addition to the 24 odd charges she currently faces, Kane is also being investigated in Calgary.
Jessica Nicole Renee Kane, was released again, this time on house arrest with a $20k cash deposit. During her bail, Kane must stay inside her home 24/7/365 except on Fridays between noon and 2 p.m. for groceries. Kane is banned from sex work, possessing drugs or drug paraphernalia, and other conditions.
Kane is set for another appearance March 9 in Surrey. She was charged in another drugging while she was out on bail. She also faces new charges of obstruction and breaching a release order. She was busted again Jan. 9 for another count of administering a drug to commit an indictable offence and one count of robbery. Kane initially faced 21 charges of drugging and robbing Johns across the Lower Mainland over 18 months. One said there are similar teams of women posing as escorts on Leolist, drugging and robbing clients.
Kane was charged in multiple incidents of Lower Mainland men being drugged and robbed during escort-service encounters. She was released on $50k bail with no deposit or sureties. Jessica Kane was charged with manslaughter in a man’s death in Feb 2021. He had ingested a substance during an encounter with her.
Former Melbourne HA bikie boss Andrew Lamositele-Brown, 40, has been found guilty of murder of Auckland prospect Petau Petau. He was expelled from Australia as a 501 deportee months before. Lamositele-Brown blamed a mystery man (who he refused to identify) who had given him a gun that was loaded.
It took jurors in the High Court at Auckland less than an hour to reject the biker's tale.
Lamositele-Brown, otherwise known as Andrew Tovia Fepuleai, began his jury trial in the High Court at Auckland 2 weeks ago. He claimed that he unintentionally triggered a handgun while showing it off to his good friend Petau Petau, freezing in shock as he collapsed in the following mayhem. The cop standoff lasted 7 hours.
Prosecutors told a starkly different scenario of a mad killer out of control.
