Outlaw expansion in Nova Scotia causes angst

The rivalry between the Outlaws and the Hells Angels is no joke. The two OMGs have been bitter enemies for years. They have mostly avoided each other in Nova Scotia, with the Outlaws' clubhouse in Cape Breton. That changed in February when the Outlaws opened a chapter in Lake Echo, in Halifax. The HA haven't had an official chapter in Nova Scotia since 2001, when their Halifax chapter was busted. The HA maintain their hold through 10 puppet clubs.
In Nova Scotia, as elsewhere around the world, the Red Devils are the primary puppet club. The Outlaws have expanded into Halifax and onto Red Devils' turf. That could be seen as a direct challenge to the HA.
The Black Pistons support the Outlaws.

Daniel Kinahan's cartel under pressure

Italian mafioso Raffaele Imperiale, 46, has been added to Italy's most wanted list. He is a top level boss of the Naples-based Camorra. Italian cops have been seeking his arrest since 2016. They consider him to be one of the country’s largest drug traffickers. Imperiale attended cartel boss Daniel Kinahan’s wedding in Dubai, and is thought to be hiding out there. The DEA identified Imperiale, Ridouan Taghi, Edin Gačanin (a Bosnian drug trafficker) and Daniel Kinahan as the heads of a ‘super drug cartel.’ Ridouan Taghi is on trial for organizing seven murders.
The cartel is one of the world’s largest, with a virtual monopoly of the Peruvian cocaine trade. Richard “El Rico” Vega, 47, was sentenced to 11 years in jail for operating an assassination ring and laundering drug money. “The Rich One” was once a frequent contact of Kinahan.
Most recently Kinahan was formally served with a US racketeering summons in his Dubai bolthole.
It's the first time his security cordon in the UAE has been breached. It's highly unlikely Kinahan would voluntarily touch US soil. The legal matter is related to boxer Jo Jo Diaz.

Canadian drug mules set for release

Melina Roberge, then 22, was one of three people arrested on board the Sea Princess after it docked in Sydney in August 2016. Roberge and her travel companion Isabelle Lagace posted glamorous pictures of their travels on social media. The judge accepted the naive escorts were led astray by an older man. “The sugar daddy it would seem had a big impact on her life. He charmed her and he spoiled her.”
Andre Tamin, 64, also pleaded guilty. The Quebec women pleaded guilty to importing 95 kg of cocaine with a value of $30.5m into Australia. They gained international notoriety when social media posts of their seven week luxury cruise went viral. The Quebecers boarded the MS Sea Princess in England.
The women, whose tickets cost $20k each, published photos of partying in New York, mountain biking in Peru and drinking coconut milk in French Polynesia.
Andre Jorge Tamine celebrated his 64th birthday in custody. Roberge and Lagace travelled round the world while carrying cocaine before being detained in Sydney. Several more men that were on the cruise ship were also arrested.

Heinous 'E-Biker' invades Skytrain with impunity

It was a cold and rainy day in the lower mainland and this 'E-Biker' was surely having none of that. The terd could barely push it and rode it on the platform. He then parked in front of the doors and didn't let folks pass. Amazingly, said terd is near famous and has been doing this for two years. Supposably this is an 'E-Bike' because it has pedals. Some say it's not an E-Bike if it can't be pedaled with a dead battery. It's said this $2500, 50+ kg unit won't move on a dead battery unless pushed. The issue is one of definition. Slap bogus pedals on near anything and a body ought to be able to drag it on Skytrain and over folks toes with nada problem.
It is our uninformed opinion this is an electric motorcyle scooter, not an E-Bike.

Cartel moll whacked

Paulina Arreola Perez, 26, was killed by gunmen in Mexico City after she was lured to a meeting.
Perez was riddled with 9 bullets. She was targeted due to her links with the La Union Tepito cartel. Her boyfriend was Alexis 'El Alexis' Martinez, one of the cartel's leaders. 'El Alexis' was murdered by rivals in March. The moll enjoyed a life of luxury with her mobster boyfriend, which she documented on social media. Following El Alexis's death, she shared her heartbreak: "Someday we will meet again." Her murder marks the third girlfriend of a member of La Union Tepito to meet that fate, following the killings of Valeria Diaz in May last year and Nayibi Mustafa in March.
