Frédérick Silva left a big mess when he killed Sébastien Beauchamp, an associate of the Hells Angels, at a gas station in St-Léonard on Dec. 20, 2018. Silva was found guilty of the hit. His accomplice, driver Giovanni Presta, 37, is on trial. Silva chased Beauchamp around the exterior of the gas station until finally succeeding in killing him. A stray bullet ended up in the gas pump and another travelled through the window of the Couche-Tard convenience store. Another struck a parked car nearby.
Three guns were left at the crime scene. Beauchamp was hit by four of the many bullets fired at him.
The Irish Mirror says investigators believe the 45-year-old escaped Dubai using a false passport in April. Cops suspect his final destination will be another state in Asia. They say one possibility is Kazakhstan. Kinahan made several visits to the oil-rich state that borders Europe and has firm contacts there. It’s understood father Christy, 64, and brother Christopher Jnr, 41 have also fled Dubai. All three were named as international criminals by the US Department of the Treasury, which placed global financial sanctions on them. They were barred from flying on an American airline, and US companies are barred from doing business with them, anywhere in the world.
Cops believe the cartel, which smuggles millions of euro for drugs into Ireland and Britain every year, is set to break up. The Kinahans can no longer run the operation. Others will step in to take over and will pick up the pieces. The cartel has suffered massive losses of men, cash and drugs.
A dozen Harleys, 16 vehicles and $400k cash has been seized in a cop operation in West Auckland.
The seizure comes from Operation Samson, which nailed the West Auckland Nomads chapter of the Hells Angels. Total value of property, assets and cash restrained is in excess of $6m.
A jewelry heist at the Maastricht art fair has resulted in a record amount of €500k reward by the insurer.
Its believed the so-called Pink Panther gang has something to do with the theft of 10 pieces of jewelry at the Tefaf art fair in June, one of which had a 114-carat diamond. Its said one of the necklaces was worth €27m. The necklace was by Joel Arthur Rosenthal, 79, one of the most noted jewellery designers in the world. It has a chain of pearls spaced with emeralds, from which hangs a yellow cushion-shaped diamond.
Kristín Sif was scolded by a HAMC in the middle of traffic recently. She sent a message on her phone, which had rang. A biker saw this and had a problem. "Of course I threw the phone on the seat, looked at the man and nodded and gave a 'thumbs up.' He did a 'thumbs down'".
Francesco Del Balso reportedly demanded $5k a week from the church if he couldn't get back the jewelry that his ex-wife left while donating clothes a few years ago. The intimidation allegedly began when the priest told Del Balso he had no idea about any jewelry. The 52-year-old is expected to face extortion and intimidation charges. In 2006, he was arrested in Project Coliseum and sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to gangsterism, cocaine smuggling, and tax evasion.
Del Balso also spent 30 days in prison after threatening journalist Félix Séguin, who was tracking his attempts to extort pizzeria owners in Quebec City.
The Montour brothers figured they were geniuses by tapping their old man's pal Mike Tyson to sell pot. They issued news Aug 30. Wholesalers from both Alberta and Quebec said they have no plans to allow Tyson 2.0 products on store shelves because Canadian law prohibits cannabis promotions through endorsements or depictions of people.
Peter Montour, Mike Tyson, Jerry Montour
It has been pointed out that Mike Tyson is a convicted rapist, and that fact alone would preclude him from being a part of any legitimate public company promotion efforts. One wonders how far exactly HEXO.t is from going taters up now. Throwing millions of stakeholder's money away this creatively takes some doing.
On a hot September evening, a dozen close relatives of the fallen biker gathered on Île Sainte-Hélène, in Montreal, to carry out his last wishes. They scattered his ashes in a small wooded area near oblivious walkers who had no idea they walked among the remains of one of the most notorious leaders of organized crime in Quebec. 165 people died in the Biker war between 1994 and 2002, including nine innocent victims. Boucher died behind bars at the age of 69 on July 10. He suffered from throat cancer which made him suffer until the end. Thin and weakened, he was fed liquid food supplements for several days, in addition to morphine. Disowned by his former colleges, Boucher died angry. There were no patched HAMC at Mom Boucher's final farewell.
Gina Adams was among a group of faculty hired at Emily Carr University in a cluster in 2019 as part of a "commitment to reconciliation, Indigenization and decolonization". Adams FINALLY resigned from her tenure-track adjunct professor position Aug 25 after being outed as a con with no native blood. Adams was born in Connecticut and is the white daughter of a Maine pageant queen. She claimed her native-inspired artwork came in dreams, courtesy of her Anishinaabeg ancestors. Adam’s grandfather was a white man, while her claim to belong to the White Earth Nation in the U.S. was rejected by the White Earth Nation. Adams used her scam to sell $35k quilts to art galleries while denying all for 2 years.
A top secret SCI document detailing a foreign government's nuclear capabilities and military defense systems was among hundreds of classified materials seized by the Feds during their search of Mar-a-Lago. It confirms officials worst fears about the intelligence Trump stole. " ... highly classified, restricted access documents about another country’s nuclear defense capabilities stored at Mar-a-Lago is a gamechanger with regard to the risk it poses to our national security. These documents … tells individuals what our capabilities are with regard to intelligence collection related to nuclear programs. More important is it identifies or exposes our gaps with regard to intelligence collection."
Trump attacked authorities at a rally where he called the FBI and DoJ “vicious monsters”. Trump calls Biden an "enemy of the state".
“Nuclear weapons issue is a Hoax, just like Russia, Russia, Russia was a Hoax, two Impeachments were a Hoax, the Mueller investigation was a Hoax, and much more," Trump spewed on Truth Social.
One does NOT abuse the HAMC death head for one's own purposes. An obviously fake Hells Angels letter was published Monday on the Telegram social network by Romana Didulo. Romana Didulo didn't get that memo and created some nasty business with the club's logo top, front and center. It is all bullshit from a mental midget. The handwritten signature in the letter belongs to singer Bill Kaulitz of the band Tokio Hotel. Cops say the unstable conspirator is “in delirium”.
Footage captured by stunned onlookers shows a Toyota RAV4 rear-ended then spun around by a black Mercedes-Benz S560 coupe. The driver is then robbed. The incident occurred on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. (Second Ave. and 91st St). The thieves made off with a bag with $20k in cash. They dumped the stolen Mercedes-Benz a few blocks away.
A first group contained Martin Robert and a second Stéphane Plouffe, men considered top HA worldwide.
Another sweep by cops resulted in arrests in various strains of organized crime, the mafia, bikers, street gangs, including Zone 43, a clique in the Montreal-North district. Around twenty Hells Angels and supporters were intercepted near Drummondville by the SQ police. The group was the Montreal chapter, often compared to the Nomads of old.
It is all over for ex-marine RJ McLeod who had been on the run from American justice for 6 years after the murder of his girlfriend.
He was extradited to San Diego to face a murder charge stemming from the 2016 killing of 30-year-old Krystal Mitchell. McLeod was spotted over the years in Guatemala, Mexico and Belize.
A $50,000 reward was offered for information leading to his capture.
A recent tip informed cops that McLeod was teaching English at a school in the city of Sonsonate.
El Salvador's Anti-Narcotics Division destroyed 5,048 lbs (2,290 kg) of cocaine worth $91m in Changallo.
The National Civil Police of El Salvador said that the drugs were seized from foreigners.
The anniversary of the Aman Manj hit is approaching without any arrests. UN gangster Amandeep Manj was killed in his car in the parkade of the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in 2021
Project Rebellion in 2009 led to the arrests of Aman Manj and several rivals in the Sanghera and Buttar groups. “They were hyper-violent and they were hunting the others for control, but also just for survival and to eliminate their foes before they themselves were eliminated.” Cops said "And eventually, when your guard is down, you get it. It’s not a matter of if, it’s just a matter of when. And, you know, the fact that he was 35 for a guy that was living that sort of lifestyle, he’s probably lucky he made it that long, unfortunately.”
Manj had a long association with gangsterism and the wholesale drug trade in the Lower Mainland. The gangster hit the headlines when he and Kirpal and Yasbir Manj were denied a $500k life insurance payout on his executed brother. Jodh Singh Manj, 31, was gunned down in 2020 after leaving a gym in a commercial complex in Mexico City.
Engler drove the stolen truck on flat tires until it could no longer be operated.
'Prolific' repeat offender Mitchell Engler is in custody on multiple offences, again. Cops in an unmarked police car followed a stolen black Ram pickup. Olds RCMP then deployed a tire deflation device. It was effective and the vehicle was disabled.
Charges number 15 and include flight from cops. The latest batch add to the 25 outstanding charges Engler is already on bail for. Its deja vu all over again because in 2020 Engler was picked up on five warrants with 23 charges including flight from police, dangerous operation of a stolen motor vehicle, possession of stolen property and failing to comply with conditions of release.
5 years ago career criminal Mitchell 'Mitch' Engler was wanted for kidnapping and weapons.
Thus far the one man crime wave is still in custody. Crime stats are down in Alberta.
Rabih Alkhalil was found guilty of the first-degree murder of Sandip Duhre in January of 2012. Duhre was gunned down in a busy downtown Vancouver hotel in a brazen execution. Six months later Johnny Raposo was shot four times in the head at point-blank range. Alkhalil was one of four men convicted of that murder.
Hells Angel Larry Amero stood trial along with Alkhalil and was found guilty of conspiracy to commit Duhre's murder. Cops have released surveillance video and photos from the Rabih 'Robby' Alkhalil escape from North Fraser Pretrial on July 21. Alkhalil, 35, escaped with the help of two suspects posing as contractors. Dopey cops initially released photos of the two suspects that were stock images plumbed from the internet.
Rabih Alkhalil has escaped from the high security North Fraser Pretrial Centre. Corrections will be investigating how the killer managed to escape from North Fraser on Thursday night with the help of two Americans. The two men posed as contractors working at the jail, where they helped Alkhalil to escape wearing a black jumpsuit and a construction vest.
A plasma torch was used in the escape. A Canada wide warrant has been issued for Alkhalil's arrest while an Interpol Red Notice is pending. Alkhalil is considered extremely dangerous and should not be approached.
The trial of Alkhalil and co-accused Hells Angel Larry Amero resumed without him.
When UK drug dealer Vicki Holland was busted, footage emerged of the sick woman abusing a simian at her home in Newport, Wales. 22 cellphone videos depicted her mistreating the monkey. Three were shown in court, including an appalling clip of Holland laughing as she tries to flush a distressed Milly down the toilet while she clings desperately to the bowl. Holland has been banned from keeping all animals for life and slapped with a 12-week jail term. The animal abuser was also ordered to pay £420 in costs and a £128 victim surcharge.
As for Milly the marmoset, she has found love at a monkey sanctuary. Even after getting a new home, Milly struggled to adjust and was terrified of people. The primate is doing much better after being introduced to 'Moon', a male marmoset. The two survivors of UK's illegal pet trade are seldom apart.
