Return to Nature Funeral Home

The owner of a Colorado funeral home and his wife were busted after the decaying remains of at least 189 people were recently found at their facility. Jon and Carrie Hallford were arrested on suspicion of four felonies — abuse of a corpse, theft, money laundering and forgery. They allowed the remains of the dead to rot away while they sent families fake ashes.
The remains were found Oct. 4 by cops responding to a report of an “abhorrent smell” inside the company’s decrepit building. Officials estimated there were 115 bodies inside, but the number rose to 189.

Spanked by BCSC's Dougie Muir - revisited 'rewards'

Latest and greatest to hit securities in British Columbia is news of cash rewards for ratting out crooks. Before citizens figure they have hit the bonanza jackpot with the THOUSANDS of open criminals operating in Vancouver they best consider they are being played for fools. This citizen has, over the decades, laid out a dozen scams of various sizes, including 'BridgeMark'. How many did the BCSC 'do' anything about? Nada one. Dougie Muir was forced to do something with BridgeMark after journalist Graeme Wood blew the scheme wide open.
"The more valuable your information is, the more we may pay you,” Brenda Leong, chair and CEO said.
So citizens. This man is UBER bigshot Dougie Muir, head of pee pee pulling or something or other at the BCSC. Did he e-mail to congratulate me for doing virtually all the 'investigating' into the massive large BridgeMark scam that occurred for years under his fully incompetent nose? Not exactly ... "Your emails to the BCSC over the past few days have been aggressive and abusive towards staff, and you have not provided any useful or relevant information."

I think I'm gonna cry. Soooo unappreciated, sniff. Sadly none of these overcompensated dopes, including puller/stroker Dougie, will reveal their 'retention bonuses.' Grrrrr my doodle. DBMuir@bcsc.bc.ca
One wishes Dougie and his overpaid peons could find the time to bust the open securities criminals scamming folks in the clear open instead of harassing bloggers doing their fukkin jobs for them.

Crooktard Martin Shkreli - 'Pharma Bro'

"Pharma Bro" Martin Shkreli described his time locked up in a federal prison like it was straight out of "Goodfellas." Shkreli served more than four years at a low-security Pennsylvania prison after he was convicted of securities fraud in 2017. The pup did well in mimimum, rubbing shoulders with old gangsters at the end of their sentences. "It was fun," Shkreli said. Perhaps this goofus should try a real federal prison next time.

Destroying cocaine

In September, Ireland made it's largest ever drug seizure. Over two tonnes of cocaine was recovered after cops stormed a cargo ship off the County Cork coast. About 30% of the cocaine has been incinerated so far. Cocaine burns poorly and has toxic elements. Antwerp’s position as the top destination for cocaine produced in South America resulted in authorities there being unable to destroy their large and growing stockpiles fast enough. Customs officials at the port of Antwerp seized about 110 tonnes of cocaine in 2022, another record.
So much cocaine was seized in Ecuador in 2021 the government requested aid from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. They advised a method called encapsulation. "Cocaine, cement, sand and water are mixed. During setting, the cement reacts chemically with the other material present and forms a stable, hard and impenetrable matrix."

Driver in D'Onofrio hit pulls 13 years non-parole

Embaba Ndutu Lufiau, 35, was the driver in the botched hit of bystander Angelo D'Onofrio in 2016. He will serve 13 years in prison without parole. Gunman Joubens Jeff Theus was supposed to shoot Antonio Vanelli, a man tied to the Rizzuto organization. Theus was found guilty of first-degree murder in October and is caged without parole for 25 years.
Angelo D'Onofrio was reading a newspaper when he was killed.

Irish gangsters hit the streets

Former members of the Kinahan cartel, including an enforcer for Mr. Flashy, have been released from prison. Scott Capper, 28, was a right-hand man for Glen Ward, 'Mr Flashy'. He was granted early release after a 30 month sentence for stealing a £43,272 cash box from a security guard and a 40 month sentence for two brutal assaults. Capper and failed hitman Andrew O'Keeffe have been freed from Dublin's Mountjoy Prison. Liam Brannigan, a cousin of mobsters 'Fat' Freddie Thompson and Liam Byrne was also freed. Another Kinahan cartel henchman, Dean Howe, is also set to be freed from prison within days.

Scottish gangster James White made £126m from crime

James White, 46, earned £126,241,001.29 heading a gang run by brothers James and Barry Gillespie. Prosecutors launched a proceeds of crime claim and found assets worth .001% of that amount to confiscate; £118,649.50. White was extradited from Brazil and jailed for almost 10 years in August, a bargain sentence. Cops say the Gillespie brothers were killed while on the run. White, who is fluent in Spanish, rose to operate on an "international scale" in countries including Italy, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, Russia and Brazil.
James and Barry Gillespie were likely killed in Brazil.
The gang's reach was global with high purity cocaine sourced directly from cartels in Brazil. The High Court in Glasgow heard a narrative which featured the brutal torture of a man over an unpaid drug debt to White that led to the discovery of an arsenal of weapons.

1 dead, 5 wounded in Denver biker shoot out

A man is dead and six others in hospitals after an early morning shootout in central Denver. The shooting happened outside of a Hells Lovers bar. Hells Lovers is an OMG founded in Chicago in 1967. The club was founded by Frank "Claim-Jumper" Rios, who was denied entry into traditional biker clubs because he was Mexican.
A "0%" diamond is worn in place of the traditional "1%" to signify being 0% law abiding.

HA Troy Anthony Scholder, San Diego chapter nailed for hate crimes

Members of the Hells Angels and their puppet club appeared in court Friday accused in a hate crime on three black men. 18 have been indicted in all.
Hells Angels and their goons are busted for hate crimes in a vicious attack on three Blacks. The three were attacked in the San Diego neighborhood of Ocean Beach on June 6th.
Troy Scholder pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. He is being held without bail. Sonny Barger said: 'The club, as a whole, is not racist but we probably have enough racist members that no black guy is going to get in it.' HAMC's ties to white power gangs insures there will never be a black HA club member in America.

Troy Anthony Scholder
All pled not guilty on an array of charges that carry sentences ranging from three years to life. As one man lay curled up on the ground, HA Troy Scholder pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the chest, cracking his sternum. Scholder “casually” folded up the blade and walked away.
After the stabbing, bikers spirited Scholder from the crime scene to the gang's clubhouse in El Cajon.  He faces 39 years to life in state prison if convicted. Scholder was deported to the U.S. after a Langley arrest in 2011. He was wanted in the U.S. then on charges related to kidnappings, assaults and robberies done for the Hells Angels. An April 26, 2007 incident led to charges against Scholder and several bikers, including president Stephen Sanders. That involved the torture and disfigurement of a former HAMC.
Cops seized 42 illegal weapons and drugs in raids.

27 - 9022 Clarkson Ave for sale - $849,900

Agent Viet Do is trying to sell the promoter's condo and is claiming the project is 'sold out'. Lying thing to say after listing his A12 for 8 months and counting on MLS. He fails, yet again, to mention to potential suckers the TC-1 zoning of the property. See HERE. MLS® Number: 947683

Accused Kelowna killer Ka-Mikosit Favelle gets bail

Ka-Mikosit Favelle will be released from custody as she awaits trial. She is charged with second-degree murder, criminal negligence causing death and dangerous driving causing death. A crash on Aug. 19, 2022 killed cyclist Adam Briand-Lawrence. It appeared a motor vehicle accident. A 'complex' cop investigation took over a year. Favelle's charges are designated as a “K-file” in online court records. That indicates an offense involving intimate partner violence. Favelle had remained in custody since September. Her bail application was not opposed by the Crown.

HA Marvin 'Casper' Ouimet

Quebec Hells Angel Marvin Ouimet, 54, failed to avoid having to reside at a halfway house while he serves out a 14-year sentence for his role in Quebec's Biker War. Most offenders serving time in federal pens in Canada automatically qualify for release after two-thirds of their sentence if they weren’t previously granted parole, which Ouimet wasn’t. The parole board imposed a halfway house condition for six months as well as another that he not be in places like bars. Quimet appealed. The parole board disagreed and said Ouimet’s membership in the Hells Angels is enough to justify strict conditions.
Ouimet tried to gain control of bricklaying companies in Quebec through threats, intimidation and extortion. He was nailed in 2009. 145 charges were laid and the boss of the Trois-Rivières chapter lost $9m in loot.

Bankman-Fried convicted - 'weasel words'

Flaming terd Sam Bankman-Fried has been convicted on all counts, what a surprise, and will be going to Federal jail for an extended period.
A lesson for the rest of us is to NEVER testify in your own defense. He repeatedly called something “effectively correct” instead of saying yes. He responded, “I’m not sure what you’re referring to,” so many times people were laughing. Mopbucket now faces a maximum sentence of 115 years.
Bankman-Fried said some version of “I can’t recall” over 140 times in his cross-examination.

“that’s a hypothetical.”
Bankman-Fried is trying to avoid serious time and it hasn't gone well. When confronted with questions, he relies on weasel phrases. These include: “I don’t recall,” “I’m not entirely sure,” “that’s not how I thought of it,” “depends on the context,” “it’s possible,” “something to that effect,” “not to my memory,” “it could have been,” “I wouldn’t phrase it that way,” “to some extent,” “no, but I may have,” “I don’t know,” “that wasn’t how I understood it at the time,” “depends on how you define it.”
Crypto boss Sam Bankman-Fried, 31, will speak in his own defence at his fraud trial in New York today. This comes after prosecutors wrapped up their case against the mopbucket. He is accused of lying to investors and lenders while stealing money from customers of his now-bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange, FTX. Bankman-Fried, who faces decades in jail if convicted on the massive open steal, denies any wrongdoing.
Bankman-Fried pleaded not guilty.
Bahamian authorities extradited him to the United States. In an interview on "Good Morning America," FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried said he was "vaguely aware" that FTX lent stolen customers' funds to its sister firm, Alameda Research. Permanent bad hair day Bankman-Fried of $10b fraud FTX says he is not a crook. He also says he is almost broke. Bankman-Fried, 30, said his lawyers advised him not to speak publicly, but he ignored them because he knows better.

Spirit of Johnny Stompanato Jr. haunts graveyard

Some say Oakland Cemetery is chock full of the paranormal. Oakland Cemetery was established in 1859 and holds dozens of children from the Chicago Industrial Home for Children.

The children mysteriously died between 1894 and 1926. Also resting there is Johnny Stompanato Jr., a bodyguard and enforcer for crime boss Mickey Cohen and the Cohen crime family.
Johnny Stompanato, renowned for his violent temper, soon abused film star Lana Turner. Her teenaged daughter fatally stabbed Stompanato to death in 1958.
Its said that people standing near his gravesite have reported suddenly feeling abrasive energy and becoming angry or irritable for no reason.
